Nice location, but high price. Don't eat bread what they give you, it will cost 6 euros. Salads wereokey, but portion was small and price even higher than Finland.

Where do I start .the service was great. But that's where it ends for us .my friend order steak med well it came out med rare ,sent it back to cook more still came back med rare ,which she could not eat but still had to pay for it , I had order a starter which I did not like .when I said I didn't like them they said sorry and left it on the bill .as for the music fee is per person which they don't say ,we thought it was per table which would have been fine ,but they played 2 songs .so diners beware

This could be a really nice place, near the city center and Tram 28. They have this nice place outside where you can see the Tram passing by. The waiters were really slow but not unfriendly. When we first sat down they gave us some bread and water that we didn't order. When we got the bill we were fully charged! In our case we ordered the soup of the day (nothing special), sparkling water and a beer! The "free things" made up half of our bill. You could say that we felt scammed..

Came across while looking for another restaurant. I'm so glad this one caught our eye instead. Service was above par and the food was delicious (the kind of meal you talk about for months to come). I had the mussels as a starter and salmon for dinner paired with the house red - Portuguese wine is fantastic if you've never had some. The ambiance was quiet and romantic. indoor and outdoor seating.

Es un restaurante de calidad normal, con precios algo inflados pero dentro de lo que uno se espera en la zona de chiado. La terraza merece la pena. No obstante, al ir con el zomato gold parece que bajan la cantidad de las raciones así como la rapidez del servicio. Dada la competencia en la zona no volvería.

Decent food and an exceptional terrace in the evening. Where you can drink some good wine and enjoy city’s vibe.
I would recommend this place for it’s terrace only, quite boheme place. Be sure you book a table if you want to enjoy this experience.

This was the first meal I had in Lisbon and I loved it. The place the restaurang is located kn is nice with the tram passing every other minute right next to the out door serving. The food was good but a little to pricy. The staff was friendly.

Average food, rather high prices. They rip you off with the bread, you don’t order it, but have to pay 3,20€ per person which you only see once you asked for the bill. We noted that we never ordered that bread (as we also didn’t enjoy it very much) and they took it off from the bill.

Really expensive for what you get. Not even vegetables or salad just rice, egg and a plain burger with cream sauce (in my case) They are ripping you of with the bread. You don’t order it and you have to pay €3,20 per person for it. So just for 1 little basket for 3 persons we had to pay €9,60!! Absolute ripoff.. the guy next to us had the same basket and it would have cost him “only” €3,20. Would have given 0 stars if possible!

Lovely atmosphere in a small and calm street just off the busy area of Chiado.
The food is delicious and well presented, perfect for any instagram post!
I’d recommend sitting outside in the summer and watching walkers by.

Vollkommen überteuertes, sehr durchschnittliches Essen. Wasser überteuert und Service war eine riesige Katastrophe!
Ich kann nur von diesem Restaurant abraten! Lieber ein Stück weiter nach unten zur Pizzaria Lisboa gehen!

Nachdem wir 20min für unseren Platz warten mussten durften wir weitere 1,5h auf unser Essen warten. In der Zwischenzeit wurde trotz Nachfrage unser Wasser und ein Glas Rosé vollkommen vergessen/ignoriert(?). Der Tintenfisch meiner Mutter war in Ordnung, der Salat meiner Schwester bestand jedoch hingegen fast ausschließlich aus purem lieblos auf den Teller geworfenem Blattsalat mit einem Dressing bestehend aus Marmelade...
Mein Garnelen-Curry setzte sich zusammen aus einer Fertigsoße in der insgesamt 5(!) trockene Garnelen schwammen und einem Häufchen Reis. Service und Essen undurchführbar dazu noch ziemlich teuer. Ich würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben...

La nourriture était bonne et le vin excellent mais les serveurs n'ont pas été sympathiques... De plus, ils vous arnaquent en vous faisant payer vos couverts et des amuses bouches que vous n avez pas commandés en vous faisant penser que c'est une petite attention de la maison... pas très honnête !

Bad charcuterie platter, so fatty it makes you feel sick. We didn't try the proper dishes, only tapas that were quite small in quantity. Careful, bread and butter (called "couverts" for two was 6,40€, which is quite a lot.. otherwise staff was nice, quiet terrasse.

La terraza genial. La comida aceptable. Las croquetas de bacalao necesitan mejorar. (Y en Lisboa) (Pero se dejan comer). El carpaccio de bacalao, normal (con otro aceite lo mejorarian).
Cobran 3.20 € por persona en concepto de "couvert" (pan en una canastilla que lleva todo el día al aire, "correoso". Son esos detalles que desmerecen un lugar.

Visitei este restaurante pela primeira vez. O espaço é acolhedor e agradável, o atendimento é simpático e decorre sem muitas demoras.
A comida é boa. Experimentei os croquetes de vitela, tábua de queijos, chamuças vegetarianas, canudos de camarão, camarão com sésamo e o feijão da horta. Ficamo-nos pelos petiscos e recomendo.

Eccezionale...ambiente spettacolare, servizio eccellente, cibo sublime: provare il baccalà e il polpo senza dimenticare le tapas (straordinario il gamberetto in tempura con una salsa agrodolce). Ottimo vino biamco portoghese "600" e dulcis un fundo un bicchierino di ottimo "ginjinha" per digerire.
Un plus: si può prenotare con The Fork.

Don't bother. At sitting down they gave us a tiny bread basket without asking. It was 6.4€ at the end. Portions were tiny and somewhere in the back staff was arguing very loudly the whole time we were there. And finally, they wouldn't take any credit cards. Without ever mentioning that anywhere! Luckily we had enough cash with us, but this was the final straw. Please don't go to this place, it's a tourist trap and not worth it!

Happened upon Café No Chiado. Really old school, friendly and professional service. Really cosy atmosphere. There were some Fado musicians on which was a bonus even though there was a cost but we were told about this and asked if it was OK. The two starters we had were absolutely outstanding: Burrata with ham and basil oil and stuffed artichoke flowers. Yum. Food overall was really good. We'd visit again.

Nice setting, good terrace. Service slow and a bit mechanical. Food very bland, nothing special at all. Price relatively high for what you get. They have to do quite a bit more for the money! It looked good so we went in, we were disappointed!

Un super souvenir de ce restaurant avec des plats, certes assez coûteux, mais raffinés. On y mange à sa faim, les plats sont bien proportionnés et la présentation des assiettes est très soignée. Les trois serveurs que nous avons eu étaient tous très accueillants et le service était relativement rapide au vu de la qualité des plats.
En prime un super cadre avec le trolley qui passe de temps en temps.
P.S. : Le restaurant nous a aimablement envoyé un objet oublié sur place en France et très rapidement. AU TOP !

The loveliest little restaurant close but hidden away from the busy Chiado streets. It was my favorite meal of my trip in Lisbon, possibly the favorite of all the cities in my two week trip from Madrid, Algeciras, Tangier, Marrakech, and Lisbon. Waiter was friendly and food was better than most (my duck was a overcooked and potatoes over salted. They have a special from 2-6pm that includes bread/dips, soup, entree and a drink for €12. A steal in this part of town!

Se olvidaron de los entrantes, y como insistimos en que nos los trajeran, al rato, nos trajeron los platos recalentados. Lo malo es que yo había pedido arroz con pato, por lo que después de todo el tiempo, no se podía comer. Lo peor fue la actitud de los camareros, que al preguntarnos si todo estaba bien e indicarles el problema con ese plato, insistían en que esa comida era así, por lo que no hicieron nada al respecto.

Das Café ist einen Besuch wert wenn man in Lissabon verweilt. Allerdings gibt es viele weitere Cafés mit dieser Qualität und dem entsprechenden Flair. Besonders preisgünstig ist es auch nicht.
