Really bad experience, awful customer service. Went to this store with the purpose of buying some records, but didn’t even had the chance of browsing through the collection, as I was imediatelly warned with a menacing tone, not to pick any of the records if I didn’t had the intent of purchase (since they had a specific order for online orders - Discogs). At the moment I did had chosen 2 records which I intended to purchase, but immediatelly changed my mind as it happened. Being a musicophile myself, I respect collection order, but not arrogance or lack of ability to comunicate and deal with customers. Won’t ever come back and will avoid ordering from this store account on discogs.

When it comes to sales, they are fast, very fast. When you have an issue with expensive (+2500euro)equipment, your stereo is out for weeks, many weeks. When you ask them to help you with some new issues, they need many phonecalls and need to discuss internally on what is possible or not possible. In the end they will not even call you back after several attempts. The behavior is so arrogant that I gave up. Finished with them. And if I may advise, search for a professional organization even though they are a bit remote. But with this crew you will only be disappointed.
