Está muy bien, con vistas al puerto y cerca de la ría tan bonita de la zona. Los camareros son muy amables y los precios dentro de lo normal en un chiringuito junto al mar. Lo recomiendo :)

Lovely place to relax and have a couple of drinks. Nice view to the Ria of
Alvor. Quick service. Very friendly staff with a special mention to the manager who is very efficient, helpful and friendly.
Price of drinks a little on the high side but in line with the going rate for the area.

Dinner was very good! Seafood spaghetti is rich and very tasty and so were the amêijoas but the best plate was the fish fillets. Fish was so fresh! The glass of white wine and desserts also very good.
Staff very attentive, polite and helpful.
The only little negative point was that it was quite cold outside (for Algarve 13 degrees is cold) and the restaurant doors were open...

El sitio está muy chulo en la zona de la Ribera de Alvor, es casi como un chiringuito de playa pero en tierra y con una terraza amplia. Solo puedo hablar del servicio de bar que es bueno pero le quitó una estrella por qué el precio está fuera de mercado al menos en bar y el servicio es regular . Está muy destinado al turismo y se nota pero el sitio tiene un potencial enorme.

Nice restaurant on the harbour front. Friendly staff, excellent fish. We had the grilled salmon steak which was superb and enormous! (Same as the photo above). Similar prices to the other places along the harbour side.

After a long walk along the beach we came back into Alvor via the lovely boardwalk and came to this restaurant/bar. The position is really good, with a view of the moorings, opted for the tuna salad, which arrived in good time, and a small beer, both were very nice, service was good but without a lot of smiles, overall a perfectly OK place.

It is a very nice place. The service was good. The food was lovely. We had the traditional Cataplana, it was fresh and tasty. We watched the sunset perfectly from here.

Fantastic restaurant right on the sea front . Lovely to sit and have a drink and watch the world go by or have a meal as we did . The waiters were very attentive and really looked the part . My wife had the seafood spaghetti , plenty of seafood but a lack of sauce let it down , but she did enjoy it . I had a rare fillet steak with a mushroom sauce on the side and it was perfection . Would definitely return to the Testings Ria .

Possui uma vista agradável, tem explanada e um espaço para crianças.
Os funcionários são simpáticos.

O prato dos camarões é igual ao da Restinga na praia. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Apesar da localização ser diferente da praia, é mais fácil comer aqui do que na Restinga da praia (onde são precisos dias para reservar). Na rua, apenas precisarão de afinar alguns detalhes técnicos que existem na Restinga da praia (sobremesas melhores, toalhitas,...) e polir o atendimento de todos os funcionários (não podemos cobrar um jantar de 30 euros por pessoa e disponibilizar um funcionário que está habituado a atender um bar...). De todo o modo, 5 estrelas pelo esforço.

Wir haben verschiedene Restaurants in Alvor ausprobiert und unserer Meinung nach ist der Seafood im Restinga Ria am leckersten und am meisten frisch. Preise sind nicht in der Mittelklasse, aber für die Portionen völlig OK. Sehr nettes Personal, die auch immer wieder paar nette Worte an die Gäste haben.

Das ist unser persönliches Lieblingsrestaurant direkt am Strand von Alvor. Der frische Fisch ist wirklich gut,ob gegrillt oder gebraten. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Tomatenreis dazu,der super-lecker schmeckt. Ebenso sind die Salate immer frisch und sehr gut.
Als Nachtisch empfehle ich die kleinen runden Cheesecakes mit Limone oder Beeren. Es ist immer einen Besuch wert.
Es heißt aber nicht Restinga Ria,das sich am kleinen Hafen von Alvor befindet, sondern Restinga und das liegt direkt am Strand von Alvor

This is wonderful place to stay for holidays. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool. On the beach too. My only criticism they have no facilities for tea or coffee in the rooms.

What fantastic people here and good food too.
I lost my wallet containing everything in it outside. Some kind soul left it at the restaurant they contacted my hotel and we were reunited how happy was I .

On a day out in Alvor we went in for lunch. Fantastic menu, I wish we had the time to stay longer and go back for an evening meal. We ordered hamburger and chips an the Restinga omelette and chips. Totally cooked to perfection. The place is always busy, even at the end of the season. Staff are very helpful, cannot recommend this place enough!

We pre booked the table and while waiting to be seated the concierge decided to have a lengthy discussion with another customer & seated them while we just waited.
We were then taken to our table which was in the middle of the restaurant in the main thoroughfare & elbow to elbow to the next table. Seafood risotto was okay but too messy to eat at such a small table. They had ran out of desserts we wanted & ended up with an apple pie & not an almond dessert we asked for. However the staff were lovely . We chose this restaurant due to the good reviews it had received, but we came away sadly disappointed.

Ein optisch sehr ansprechendes Lokal in Alvor. Schöner Blick von der Terrasse auf den Ribeira de Odiáxere. Was die angebotenen Speisen betrifft, können wir kein Urteil abgeben, da wir nur Kaffee bzw. Cappuccino getrunken haben. Die Bedienung des Hauses war sehr freundlich. Nicht gerade preiswert hier, oder anders gesagt, touristenmäßig!!

Wir waren in der Mittagszeit hier Muscheln essen und haben eine halbe Portion bestellt. Diese waren so lecker, dass wir zwei Tage später abends dort essen wollten. Ich habe eine ganze Portion bestellt, bekam jedoch die gleiche Menge wie die Halbe vor zwei Tagen. Auf die Nachfrage wurde uns frech beteuert, dass dieses tatsächlich eine ganze Portion wäre.

They have two locations. One on the beach and one overlooking the lagoon/marina. Both have fabulous views to relax, have a drink and watch the world go by. Haven't eaten here. The staff are very efficient and friendly.

Nous nous sommes rendu dans ce restaurant pour commander un petit plat à emporter pour notre enfant. Le fait que nous commandions à emporter pour manger sur la plage semblait être un problème pour le restaurateur car il a refusé de nous donner des couverts en plastique. Le plat commandé est arrivé incomplet. La clientèle sur place et à emporter est définitivement traité de manière différente. Dommage!

Great location right by the sea. Fantastic to chill and enjoy the sunset. Food and drink was average but the staff very friendly.

Cosy little place by the Alvor Fishing harbour, good viewing of people passing by on habour pathway... Fresh fish is served and tapas is really nice, they can also do half portions. Friendly staff and priced fairly...
