Antonio Antonio: Just about 1 year ago, I was diagnosed with a slipped disk, an hernia, and damage on the spinal nerve. I drove myself to the Emergency Dpt. at SFX Hospital, at the first signs, huge pain on my lower limbs, tinkling sensation, huge pain on my lower back and inability to walk. What did they do....not much. Prescribed me painkillers and there you go, out the door. For weeks I endured agonising pain, and even had to go back to the Emergency dpt again, only to be prescribed stronger painkillers. And an appointment with the specialist also resulted in nothing, just told to carry on and given another appointment letter with the same useless neurosurgeon 6 months later. With the agonising pain I was in, and the impairment such can cause on one's life, I decided I had to search for help somewhere else, since I was not getting nowhere in the public hospitals, and even some private ones I went too, like CUF, and RED CROSS. I searched around, and I was so glad I was able to find VIVER Quiropratica. From day one they understood my problems and tried to work on the roots of it, rather than trying to fix the symptoms with medications like traditional medicine does. For me was also easy to trust as I understand what's involved, having had some Chiropractic treatments elsewhere in past. It has been a long way, since Dra.Tânia saw my crippled back first time. I was like the Hunchback of Notre-Dame, nearly. But after constant treatment sessions, and seeing and feeling the results, even if slow at times, I can say, I couldn't have been in better hands. Everyone at VIVER Quiropratica Clinic is super friendly, welcoming, and empathic, where at hospital SFX the word empathy is replaced by the word "number". Emphaty is a too expensive word for the hospital. And while I still have a bit to go on my treatments at VIVER Quiropratica, I feel great, nearly there. My biggest Thank You to Dra Tânia. She's professional, knowledgeable, just top class!! Thank you to everyone who works there. Keep up the Great Work!

O pior serviço ao cliente que eu já experimentei. Paguei bom dinheiro para ter um computador novo e me enviaram um usado que cheirava a fumaça de cigarro. Então eu tive que sair do meu caminho para ir à loja para devolvê-lo porque quando eu liguei eles disseram que levaria um mês para me enviar uma etiqueta e me enviar um NOVO. Quando chego à loja tudo o que eles podem fazer é encomendar-me uma nova e ir buscá-la à loja dentro de uma semana. Isto foi uma grande chatice da minha parte. Se isto fosse a Amazon, eles teriam feito tudo certo e me mandado uma nova o mais rápido possível. Esta é a minha primeira e última experiência com eles.

Grande experiência com o especialista em home theater Wendel! Ele era de baixa pressão, muito conhecedor, profissional e um especialista em nos ajudar a escolher uma TV. Uma jovem na secção de mobiliário também nos ajudou a seleccionar as bancadas de TV. Agora a jovem que trabalhava na secção de TV precisava de mais treino. Ela quase arruinou a experiência.
