MadeToMeasure Business: Hello! I have the worst experience with shoes. We collaborate with this Portugal production. But shoes are the worst quality. Yes, maybe looks nice, but they have the worst construction. Balance of shoes are not right. When client wear shoes he feels huge discomfort and destroy feet. This is not acceptable from medicine point of view!!! Leather is worst. After even first try on it looks like client wear shoes one year. Also Degier1935 company are can’t do honest business. Fatima Henriques (owner) and Antonio Silva need to give back our money, but not going to do this. When we start collaboration was agreement, if we finish collaboration and give back all shoe kits (shoes which needs for try in), she will give money for this shoes kits. When we receive shoe kits they already looks not new (somebody I sure also give back). We paid for delivery to give all back, to make all on time, was good in payments. We gave back shoe kits in March2019. Now already August, and everytime I receive answer - I am traveling, or something else, I am preparing transfer. And nothing more... This is real story.
