Bom serviço de transportes....

We have payed them in advance, they have told us that today at 10.30 we will have the merchandise and it is 15.41 and we have not receive any email of apologies, the lady answering the phone in their office suddenly does not understand English anymore. Regarding the price even if we do not need controlled temperature, they have asked us the same price. After we have received offers from other transporters we saw that their price is double compared to that from their competitors....and still we do not receive the transport on time :( Later edit: At 20.28 they send me an email to tell me that they have delivered the merchandise in another town, 200 km away from our warehouse and they us me for understanding to find myself the transport for these 200 km. I was asking about the driver's phone number the whole day and send them at least 5 emails and receive no answer. Any moment in time I can prove this with the emails. Well I do not recommend them. You can loose your clients because of their unprofessional way of treating their clients.
