Bad service. I wanted to fix 2 dolls there, but they were far from the original state when they were done.. shame really

Mandei arranjar 3 bonecas que ficaram muito maiores do que o tamanho original, as roupas não lhes cabem... nao gostei nada do serviço.

Agradar a miúdos e graúdos... ali como quem passa na praça da figueira um espaço a visitar. Brinquedos antigos convivem alegremente com alguns mais recentes.... material para as casas de bonecas... decoraee construção.

I really wanted to like and support these kinds of shops/business as they are rare. Shops that cater to people who value their dolls, stuffed toys are precious and I appreciate their intention. I, unfortunately had a very bad experience. If you value time and punctuality, I wouldn't recommend this shop at all. I am only in Lisbon for a limited time so I asked them if they could repair my 12-year-old stuffed travel bunny. I was told it was possible to pick up on the day we leave. During the agreed pick up date, I was told it wasn't ready and was told to come back. My uber driver was waiting outside the shop with my luggage to catch 3 flights out of Lisbon and told the shop I can't possibly do that and I had to take the bunny as is. After around 20 mins wait, they gave me my bunny unfinished with a part of it unstuffed and not stiched. Some parts were re-stuffed but my main concerns weren't done. I still had to pay full price of €38 and left in a rush to catch my flights. This is really disappointing having to receive my toy at this condition. They should have not agreed to take on this if they cannot deliver. I wouldn't go back to them again

- Fun and worth going - Spend less than 30 minutes here - 2€ for entrance and a guided tour The Doll hostiltal/repair shop was a diffrent but kind of fun experience. They have more than 2000 dolls from the last two centuries at the museum.

Local icónico nesta área de brinquedos, pode desta forma dar o tratamento aquele seu brinquedo que com o tempo foi ficando mais debelitado e que o fará recuar ao tempo em que com ele brincava. Pode também encontrar além deste serviço, brinquedos novos. O local é o que ocupa há algumas décadas, praça da Figueira em Lisboa.

Delightfully creepy! Charming if you like dolls, amusing if you don't either way it's fun! The tour guide was lovely and very informative. Well worth a visit.

Nice cute museum if you’re around the area. It’s a 15 min maximum program. Nice history and a lot of toys from old times to see. It’s a guided tour that costs 2€ per person. If you like dolls or just antique things worth a visit. Very nice staff!

My favourite place in Lisbon! The tiny shop is full of interesting pieces and the museum / collection upstairs is definitely worth the visit, for a fair ticket of 2 Euro. The guide was very nice too! They have an incredible collection of dolls plus the ones to be repaired. Expect drawers and drawers of heads, legs and arms. Super beautiful!

What a surprise that I found a small place but very interesting history behind and what they’re doing. Dolls hospital! Now and then who can think about that. A beautiful place family running for years fixing dolls from every where, including from another country. With a tour we can understand more how important about dolls to people, memories, personal....and we can see step by step how the hospital work . I can tell people who work here are all artists, they very friendly helpful and artist. The hospital very clean, comfortable and organized. I glad I found this place. Will tell my friends coming here whenever they visit Lisbon/ Portugal

Mes filles ont adoré. La visite est rapide mais efficace, les explications de la guide sont en anglais j ai du traduire à mes filles mais ce n etait pas trop compliqué. Je regrette qu il n y ait pas eu les "docteurs" en pleine "opération " ça aurait été plus intéressant de les voir faire en direct.

One of my best experiences in Lisbon and among the best museums that I have been. Truly a hidden gem in the heart of the Lisbon. I highly recommend visiting this museum even of you are in Lisbon for a few days. The visit takes around 20 minutes and the tour guide will present you with a detail account of the aim of this hospital and their collection in the museum. The dolls in the museum date back to 19th century which is amazing. It is really a hospital! believe me! They have trained doctors working in two surgery rooms! They also accept the sick dolls from all over the world and send them back after treatment! AMAZING

Signalétique extérieure médiocre pour trouver le lieu

Уникальное место в Лиссабоне, да и во всей Португалии. Более 4000 кукол от старинных до современных барби. Есть куклы 19 века. Большое разнообразие домиков, одежды и аксессуаров для игрушек. Работает небольшая мастерская по ремонту и замене разных деталей кукол а также реставрация фарфоровой посуды и церковных предметов.

Little doll shop with so many kind of dolls and doll house, doll furniture. Everything is made with precise details

A so so experience. One small group get a guided tour through the hospital. The guide points out what the do and the materials they work with, the special dolls in the museum and some other effects. She was kind to wait for us to translate to our children (she spoke English, our kids do not). The entrance is €2/person (no discount for children) which is a little steep for 30 some minutes visit. Go there if you have a fetish for dolls of all shapes and sizes, or if your children really _really_ loves dolls.

Tienda muy interesante. Antigua. Precios elevados.
