Alberto Sancho: The brand was established in the year 1994 in Cabeceiras de Basto, Portugal, by a few business men. The purpose was to provide a brand with high quality blends, constant innovation and personalized service in order to reach the widest clientele as quick as possible. In 1997 Caffècel changed its facilities to the dynamic city of Paredes, near Porto, the industrious capital of the northern area of the country and closer to the urban centers, with high levels of coffee consumption, and installs a fully automated plant, plus adopting the system PROBAT, world leader in roasting equipment, to produce roasted coffee, ensuring higher quality and the required accuracy to offer consistent blends over time. Those days, Caffècel facilities were the only one of its kind in Portugal, the production system allowing the electronic control of the whole process, since the selection of the various batches, the product formulation, the definition of the roasting cycle including two stages of cleaning (raw and roasted), to the packing phase with vacuum valve system. The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. O bastão é desdenhoso e mal-educado enquanto marcha com toda a frieza em marcha táctica. Eu perguntei sobre uma faca que eu queria comprar e me disseram que eles não vendem essa faca. Em vez de me mostrar uma das muitas no caso do empregado ter virado as costas e se afastado. Gastei vários milhares de dólares nesta loja e desejava que eu a gastasse em outro lugar. Eu nunca mais voltarei e recomendo que você não me visite. Mesmo quando se gasta dinheiro aqui, tratam-no como se fosse um privilégio dar-lhes negócio. Usar coisas tácticas a sério no trabalho não significa que não sejas um vendedor. Meu dinheiro é verde e nós dois temos sangue vermelho, aja como tal.

Eu tinha placas em funcionamento instaladas no meu MDX e o serviço era excelente. Eu tive minha inspeção de estado livre, troca de óleo livre e um recall feito e estava muito satisfeito com o serviço. O meu consultor de serviço manteve-me informado do que se estava a passar e um veículo de tempo estimado estaria pronto. Eu até recebi uma lavagem de carro grátis. Ótimo! Altamente recomendado
