Those days, Caffècel facilities were the only one of its kind in Portugal, the production system allowing the electronic control of the whole process, since the selection of the various batches, the product formulation, the definition of the roasting cycle including two stages of cleaning (raw and roasted), to the packing phase with vacuum valve system. The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. Ei para o idiota que conheci trabalhando (Esse cara tinha 6 pessoas na loja e estava jogando pinball me ignorando e a todos os outros...ele também parecia que teve uma noite difícil na noite anterior, completamente não profissional...) Eu trouxe 5 artigos de prata que tinham cerca de 120 anos, eles eram da Inglaterra e peças lindas. Não só o site grita que eles pagam por prata e querem prata (tragam-na!!) A placa por fora e por dentro também o diz. Ele olha para mim e decide que não as conhece, por isso não as quer. Eu tinha até me oferecido para vendê-las por 50 dólares porque eu tinha ouvido dizer que o negócio estava lutando, então eu não queria gotejá-las, mas eu também queria ser justo comigo mesmo, pois eram peças maravilhosas. Bem mais uma vez, porque eu tenho menos de quarenta anos, ele olhou-me de relance e disse que não as queria porque simplesmente não sabia. AQUI ESTÁ UMA NOVIDADE QUE VOCÊ PARECE REPUGNANTE; NÃO ANUNCIE QUE QUER COMPRAR PRATA SE NÃO A VAI COMPRAR. Posso também dizer que tudo estava em estado moderado a porcaria e que cheirava horrivelmente por dentro. Oh e acabei por receber 460,00 dólares pelas colheres. Boa, amigo. Zero estrelas.

Comprei algumas arruelas aqui a primeira vez em Potomac Steel, em Springfield, VA . Eu não vejo nenhum sinal ou nota de não retorno, nenhuma troca na loja. Quando eu volto para devolver o item que não uso, o caixa principal me disse que a política da loja é não devolver, não trocar e algumas pequenas palavras no recibo tem essa política. Eu nunca sei que nos EUA tem a grande loja com a apólice assim. Eu solicito que a loja tenha uma grande placa ou nota para o cliente antes de tomar a decisão de comprar os itens. e não uma palavrinha no recibo.
