Pozytywna: Z dostępem do obiektu nie było problemu, gdyż na lotnisku czekała na nas osoba i zawiozła na miejsce (przylecieliśmy ok 01.00). Lokum bardzo miłe - przestrzenne i dobrze wyposażone. Czysto i przyjemnie. Bardzo dobry punkt komunikacyjny. Blisko piekarnie, knajpki, niedrogi sklep (oryginalna "Biedra"), przystanki autobusowe i przystanek turystycznych linii "Hop On Hop Off". Internet bez zarzutu.. Negatywna: Na 4 dni jedna rolka papieru toaletowego ( ale wystarczyła ;) niemniej stresik był. Brak mydła..

Положительный: Прекрасное расположение, тихое и уютное место в самом центре Порту. Пять минут пешком от вокзала Сао Бенту, те же пять минут до кафедрального собора и моста Луиша 1. Рядом на соседней улице есть большой супермаркет. Очень приятный хозяин Нуно. Встретил около дверей, снабдил информацией, где можно отведать португальскую кухню с указанием среднего чека. Positive: Easy to coordinate check-in with the host (he accommodated when our train was running late), bed was very comfty, the room was nicely decorated, cool neighborhood.. Positiva: El apartamento es muy mono,muy bonito,el suelo de tarima me encanto pq es muy confortable, ademas, esta muy bien ubicado muy centrico y con supermercados y tiendas muy cerca. Se entrega muy limpio y tiene muchos detalles q facilitan muchisimo la estancia aunque falta alguna cosilla.... Negativa: Esperamos en la calle con frio y las maletas mas de 40 minutos a que viniesen a hacernos el check in....Me quede un poco plof cuando vi el que me dieron pq pense que habia alquilado uno en 2 alturas pero este era muy comodo sin escaleras para ir a dormir asi q quiza fue mejor.. Hace mucha falta un calefactor para el baño porque solo con la bomba de calor del salon es insuficiente,no llega al baño y hace un frio tremendo para ducharse. Estaria bien que hubiese cambio de toallas ,sabanas o limpieza del suelo en los dias de la estancia(una escoba y un juego extra de toallas y sabanas estaria genial)..

Está céntrico al 100% , a 5 minutos de la calle más importante, calle Santa Catarina. Tienes restaurantes , puestos, centros comerciales, etc ,al lado. Nuno ha sido muy amable y atento con nosotros . Nos ha dejado una lista con restaurantes de bocadillos, para cenar bien, de lujo, etc. Cama cómoda y grande y apartamento rollo vintage. Repetiría sin duda .

Positiva: Todo, la ubicación perfecta, en el mismo centro, la decoración muy bonita, y la cocina perfecta para cocinar.. Negativa: Por decir algo, las escaleras para subir al dormitorio eran un poco incómodas..

Positiva: Ubicación excelente, zona tranquila pero tienes de todo alrededor. Negativa: En la placa vitrocerámica sólo funciona uno de los fogones y a temperatura máxima. Y en la cocina tienes lo justito, faltan tijeras y pinzas. En el balcón una mini mesita y dos sillas no estaría de más..

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage um Porto zu erkunden, zentrale und ruhige Lage, sehr gutes Bett. Hier stimmt Preis-Leistung. Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt.. Negativ: Einige Treppen bis zur Wohnung, hat uns jedoch nicht gestört. Ein Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon wäre schön..

Positive: Appartamento comodo ed è situato in centro.. Negazione: Lo scarico del bagno era difettoso.

Positive: Posizione valida per girare a piedi la città, comoda anche la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni. il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e paziente nonostante il volo avesse ritardato di 4 ore. Negazione: Un po' di attenzione in più alla pulizia.

Positief: De airco, het bed en de ligging. Negatief: De douche had een zwakke straal, maar werkte wel goed.

Positif: - Le calme dans la nuit - Le lit: Grand et confortable !! - La clim silencieuse - L’emplacement assez central - L’hôte accueillant. Négatif: - L’immeuble légèrement bruyant (pas assez isonorisé mais pas au point d’être dérangeant).

Positiv: Alles in einem ein sehr schönes Appartement, ein netter Gastgeber und eine tolle Lage. Alles war soweit sauber und stylisch eingerichtet, aber die aufgelisteten Mängel passen so gar nicht in das schicke und coole Zimmer. Über die Klimaanlagenflüssigkeit haben wir uns sehr geärgert, weil der Balkon klitschnass ist, wenn diese ungehindert auf den Balkon läuft. Ansonsten ist aber wirklich alles super gewesen! Tolle und zentrale Lage, ruhiges Haus nach Hinten zum Hof heraus und ein gepflegtes Treppenhaus. Nuno war super nett, hat während des Transfers schon die ein oder andere Sache über die Stadt erzählt. Sobald die kleinen Mängel behoben sein sollten, würden wir wieder buchen! :). Negativ: - keine Balkonmöbel (das Appartment neben an, mit dem man sich den Balkon teilt hat dafür alles: 2x Stühle, Tisch, Aschenbecher, Blumentop, Beistelltisch) somit wirkte der kleine eigene Balkonabschnitt doppelt so trist. - das Kondenzwasser der Klimaanlagen läuft ungehalten auf den Balkon, sodass dieser völlig nass ist und man ihn nicht nutzen kann, ohne diesen vorher zu trocknen (Putzutensilien werden in einer Abstellkammer auf dem Balkon verstaut) - die Reinigungskraft ist unangekündigt in unserem Appartment gewesen, um aus der genannten Kammer die Putzsachen für das Appartment neben an zu holen) - das Waschbecken im Badezimmer hat ein Leck in einer Dichtung, sodass der Waschtisch ebenfalls beständig nass ist - die Toilettenspülung läuft beständig nach, ohne dass sie stoppt.

Positiv: Das Appartment war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche war auch gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns morgens und abends auch mal etwas selber kochen konnten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!.

Positief: Heel mooi en ruim appartement. Alles was zeker aanwezig. Heel behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar. Heeft alle adresjes van lekkere restaurants aangeduid op een kaartje.. Negatief: Het enige wat tegenviel was de ligging aan een vrij drukke baan maar dat valt te compenseren met al de positieve zaken..

Pozitív: A pályaudvartól nem messze, domb tetején levő 3 emeletes házban levő szobák.A hátsó frontra nyíló szobánk csendes volt, az ágy minősége jó.A felső megvilágítású lépcsőház szép.A szoba és a fürdő szépen berendezett, konyha van-ha valaki főzni szeretne.Kis terasz is van.Sétálóutca a közelben.Belváros, látnivalók 10 percre.Nespresso kávéfőző van, de kapszula csak kettő darab-a többit vinni-venni kell(ene). Negatív: A szobánk a felső emeleten volt, bár ez semmi problémát nem jelentett- 80 lépcsőt kellett megmászni. Érkezésünk előre jelzett időpontjában senki nem fogadott, telefonálás után 40 percet ácsorogtunk az után.nem túl kellemes környezetben.A szomszéd ház kapualjában épp egy hajléktalan aludt. A szoba és a fürdő tele volt az előző vendég hosszú , fekete hajával- így az egyik törölközőt felmosórongynak kellett használni.Nincs napi takarítás.A fürdőben csatornaszag volt, csak nyitott ablaknál lehetett megmaradni. Tv-t nézni az alsó szinten lehet,de csak egyetlen fotel van (!),a felső szinten levő ágyak egy kényelmetlen lépcsőn közelíthetők meg.A felső szint pigmeusokra tervezett magasságú,Mindenkinek a fantáziájára bízom az éjszakai közlekedést a portói borok után..

Positiva: El departamento estaba muy limpio y bien decorado. Tiene muy buena ubicación; fue ideal para nosotros que no estabamos con auto. El trato de Nuno fue excelente ya que se nos atraso el vuelo y no pudimos avisarle. Sin embargo nos contactó y vino a la noche a recibirnos. Lo super recomiendo.

Positive: A very stylish and modern 2-level apartment and sun-roof spiral wooden stairs, an efficient AC/heater unit, a short walk to all tourist attractions, 2 supermarkets nearby, the host was waiting for us on arrival late in the evening and gave a full briefing about the apartment and the city.. Negative: The only thing we were missing in the apartment was a place downstairs to hang our jackets, otherwise, I definetly recomment this place to stay at during a visit to Porto.

Positive: Really nice host, who gave us a very warm welcome. Nice apartment in a good location to explore Porto. . Negative: Nothing to complain about.

好意的: 事前に到着時間をメールで伝えると時間通りに来てくれた。 部屋は写真そのままです。オシャレで機能的。 立地も良く、スーパーマーケットも近くにあります。 オイルヒーターだけの暖房ですがとても暖かった。 私は英語が苦手ですが、分かりやすく説明してもらえました。 空港までのシャトルバス　20ユーロでとても助かりました。. 否定的: バスタブはなく、トイレの流れが弱い。 鍵が開けるが難しい。

Positief: Locatie!. Negatief: Niet echt dat er iets tegenviel maar de slaapkamer onder 't dak met balken is iets minder geschikt voor lange mensen. O.b.v. eerdere beoordelingen dachten we dat er tussentijds schoongemaakt zou worden, maar misschien waren we er te kort (vier nachten) of was het niet gebruikelijk omdat het een appartement was. We hebben wel nieuwe handdoeken gekregen. Zelf koffie gekocht voor de Nespresso (er waren wel 2 capsules voor de eerste dag).

Garage inesistente (dicono due = 2) posti auto, contrariamente a quanto scritto che hanno garage. inviano in un garage pubblico a 300-400m. scomodo

Positivo: A grande simpatia e disponibilidade do proprietário (até para nos entregar as chaves a horas tardias). A limpeza e arrumação do apartamento. O Wi-Fi com sinal forte.. Negativo: O facto de subir escadas para dormir, mas nada que estrague a comodidade do quarto.

Положительный: Очень приятный номер! Потрясающий вид из окна. Чисто и опрятно. Есть кофемашина и весь необходимый инвентарь для того, чтобы приготовить себе завтрак, обед или ужин. Удобная кровать.. Негативный: Не хватает шкафов на первом этаже (их нет). Сложно вешать полотенце, зазор между стеной и кронштейном узкий. Попить кофе/чай за счет хозяина можно только один раз, если вы остановились больше, чем на день, покупайте свое сами (магазин в двух минутах), или завтракайте вне дома. Соли и перца не оказалось, видимо, тоже нужно иметь свои. Хозяина не видела, общались по емейл. Мне сказали, что нас встретят возле двери, но никого не было и никакой подробной информации о том, как попасть внутрь без ключа тоже мне не дали. По счастью, в номере оказалась женщина, которая его убирала, но она не говорила на английском совсем и пришлось говорить с хозяином по телефону. :-( К сожалению, я не воспринимаю язык, если не вижу собеседника, договориться нам было крайне сложно. Считаю, что нам просто повезло, что мы всё-таки заселились. Дополнительно пришлось спрашивать пароль от wi-fi. Деньги и ключи хозяин попросил оставить на столе перед отъездом. Мне это показалось странным и не безопасным.

Positif: la situation géographique, proche de la gare de PORTO SAO BENTO et du centre touristique. Les informations utiles prodiguées par le propriétaire.. Négatif: Bien que non obligatoire, la mise à disposition limitée à 2 dosettes de café et 2 sachets d'infusion soit uniquement pour le 1er jour alors que nous y séjournions en couple pour 2 nuits nous a paru un brin mesquin. Mieux vaut dans ce cas là, ne rien mettre du tout. L'éponge de la cuisine étant très sale, nous avons préféré utiliser celle que nous avons achetée pour l'occasion. Le balcon est inexploitable car dépourvu de mobilier.

Positivo: Sensacional o apartamento, perto de tudo e super confortável... O Nuno e a Inês foram uns queridos e nos ajudaram muito, sem contar que quando chegamos ja havia um guia preparado, com restaurantes, bares , pontos turísticos etc... Só tenho a agradecer
