+ Top location in Vila Nova de Gaia, next to the park with a playground, just a few steps away from the Metro stop and the Luiz I Bridge and a 10 minutes walk from General Torres train station+ Grocery stores and bakeries nearby+ The host Izabella was very responsive and accommodating+ The basic amenities like towels, iron, hairdryer, cutlery, glasses and plates were available+ Big fridge, stove and washing machine+ A bottle of port wine and water were provided (after asking)+ Coffee pads for the coffee machine were provided- The flat was not really clean. After talking to the host, who was very friendly, the bed sheets have been changed and the kitchen has been cleaned, though, which was good- The heating in the both smaller rooms is not really powerful, which could be a problem on colder days- The rooms are small and dark- The whole building is old, which is why the rooms are poorly insulated, so we could hear our neighbours from upstairs. The ventilation of one of the bathrooms is very loud, as well. - There were mold and spiderwebs in some rooms and in the bathrooms- The bathrooms (especially the sinks) are tiny- There were no salt, pepper, sugar or tee - The grass in the garden was not cut and the grill was not usableThe overall impression was that the flat is not being well maintained. Thus, if you don´t spend too much time inside, the location is perfect for families with toddlers and to explore the beautiful city of Porto and the surroundings.

It was a basic, but clean and well equipped, centrally located appartment at the right price. Lovely view from the window of a garden, park and old convent. Right next to the bridge. Shop and bar a stones throw away. We managed to park right outside, whick saved us 10€ per night. Easy access to Porto via the bus stop nearby. Im my opinion, although very clean ans comfy, the apartment would be more appealing if it was painted in nutual colours, which would make the rooms appear bigger than they do at present, with the many colour schemes going off. But that doesnt bring down the quality of the accommodation. The price was excellent and I will return.

It's a well organised flat. 2 bathrooms. A little kitchen... The place has character and is clean. Only the heaters in the rooms make a bit of noise...

Чудові апартаменти. Дуже зручне розташування, поблизу супермаркет, метро, близько до набережної. Є все потрібне для комфортного перебування. SUPER!

Localizacion tranquila y al lado del rio a 1 min del Metro, el apartamento sin posibilidad de utilizar el jardin y la atenciob recibida a la llegada escasa y sin resouedta a nuestras demandas

Limpeza poderia ser muito melhor, pois deixa muitas dúvidas, quartos muito pequenos. Isto é uma casa pequena que quiseram transformar num hostel mas não saíu bem. Dou 2 estrelas para não dar uma só.

Very nice location. Close to the downtown. Parking on the street outside the apartment available. The apartment is in a good condition. Fast internet. Very nice overall. ;)

Apartamento cómodo. Cerca del centro de Oporto, tanto q puedes desplazarte andando. Aunque si se prefiere hay metro a 100 metros cruzando el parque. Fácil comunicación con los dueños en todo momento y muy amables. Estaba preocupada porque había leído que había humedades pero no las había. Se puede aparcar gratis en la zona. Una zona muy bonita y con vistas impresionantes a Oporto.

Molt ben situat per fer visita turística. Però no vam saber trobar supermercats aprop.

Apartamento pequeno, banheiros muito pequenos e estreitos, falta manutenção geral. Limpeza dos banheiros poderia ser melhor. Camas muito confortáveis, boas toalhas de banho e excelente localização. Dá para ir ao centro de Porto a pé.

Nos cobraron 20 € mas x la limpieza, había reservado con parking y me dijeron k no k no estaba incluida. Había sitio en la calle a Dios gracias. Al apartamento le faltan muchas cosas por el precio que cobran.,El entorno muy bien situado y las camas muy cómodas eso si.

El apartamento necesita mejoras sobre todo en los baños. La ubicación es excelente. Andando estás en el centro de Oporto en 10 min.

EXCELLENT location if you are sightseeing. Right across the street from a park, which was great for our young kids. The place is in somewhat rough condition... needs updating and yard needs to be cleaned up. No drying rack for clothes, which made things hard. We were also left waiting outside at night because the manager did not meet us on time.

Positif: proximité du centre, au calme. Suffisamment sapcieux pour 5 personnes.. Négatif: Humidité dans les chambres.

Positiva: La situación al lado del puente pero en una zona super tranquila, la amabilidad de la chica que nos trajo las llaves, la limpieza de los apartamentos y sobre todo el detalle de dejar cositas para el desayuno. . Negativa: Alguna humedad en el apartamento de abajo y quizás que la calefacción no calentaba del todo bien.

Positiva: Vladimir estuvo esperando puntual y nos ayudó a buscar aparcamiento lo cual agradezco mucho. Tenemos que agradecer también el detalle de bebidas (vino-agua) y comida(snacks,cafe, nesquick..) en la llegada. Es una zona muy tranquila con el parque Do Morro precioso en frente de la casa para que puedan jugar los niños. Justo a lado está el funicular de Gaia y el puente Luis I donde puedes tomar preciosas fotos de oporto sobre todo al atardecer. También supermercado, frutería, panadería y bares a 5 min en avenida república. La casa en una planta baja muy acogedora, funcional, con 2 baños y un pequeño jardín alrededor. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí!!. Negativa: Mejorable en: Toallas pequeñas, tapa inodoro suelta y puerta cocina con cristal ( al estar en una planta baja más seguridad con una persiana ).

El apartamento está muy bien cuidado, tiene todo lo que se precisa (y nosotros éramos cinco), y la situación perfecta, a cinco minutos a pie del puente. Perfecto.

Positif: Localisation, espace, literie. Négatif: Très très humide avec de la moisissure dans toutes les pièces, en sous sol donc aucune vue, très froid et non isolé, la bouteille de bienvenue était une bouteille d'eau...

Positivo: Adorei a limpeza, a localização (em frente ao trem, proximo ao supermercado, na frente de um parquinho para as crianças! ) e o conforto. Eles têm berço, lençois e toalhadas para os bebês!. Negativo: nem todos os aquecedores são bons! sentimos muito frio na sala, cozinha e banheiro. Os quartos são bem aquecidos.

Négatif: Nous avons eu un peu froid et il n'y a pas de couverture supplémentaire Présence d'humidité sur les murs

Positiv: Die Lage war top. Es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz und Park, gleich vor dem Haus. Ein Supermarkt ist 30 meter entfernt. Der Blick auf das Kloster ist auch toll.. Negativ: Die Betten waren zu weich, die Wohnung war kalt. Die kleine elektrische Heizung hat es nicht geschafft die wohnung zu heizen. Wir mussten in Pullovern schlafen, mit 2 Paar Socken. Es gibt viele Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die Nachts bellen.

Положительный: Хорошее местоположение апартаментов - сразу через пешеходный мост находится историческая часть Порту.. Негативный: Очень неприятное впечатление оставила необходимость ожидать под дверью апартаментов, пока с опозданием в полчаса от оговоренного с хозяйкой времени заезда мы получим ключи, и еще полчаса - пока будет закончена экстренная уборка. Итого при согласованном времени заезда в 15:00 расположиться в апартаментах мы смогли только в начале пятого. Объяснения хозяйки (по телефону) - одновременно заехал кто-то еще в другие апартаменты, поэтому нам придется подождать, пока ее сотрудница поселит их и доберется до нас. К сожалению, в этих апартаментах оплата с карточки снимается автоматически и заранее, что, вероятно, объясняет отсутствие у хозяйки желание как-либо ускорить решение проблемы, компенсировать доставленные неудобства или хотя бы лично извиниться - извинялась исключительно ни в чем не виноватая сотрудница, хозяйка проявиться не соизволила.

Положительный: Все очень понравилось. Апартаменты удобно располагаются, вблизи моста Понти-ди-Дон-Луиш I, мы были вчетвером с родителями и нам было очень комфортно. Терраса есть, но мы ей не пользовались, уверена летом там очень здорово жарить барбекю.

Positive: ---. Negative: On the last day of our stay we were robbed because the entrance doors as well as the whole apartment are only minimally secured. The owner promised to help and compensate the damages from his insurance. The only help was that he called the police. After our departure, he has not answered either our emails or phone calls. The only thing he did not forget was to invoice the whole amount for accommodation.

Positiv: Meget fint med velkomstfad med kaffe/the/cacao, snacks og en flaske portvin. To altaner, begge med god udsigt, hyggelige soveværelser og pæn stue. Super beliggenhed. Legeplads og græsplæne udenfor og fem minutters gang til broen. Nem parkering og indkøb lige ved siden af.. Negativ: Køkkenet var dårligt designet med skabsdøre som man fik smækket i hovedet. Der var to brusebade, det ene fungerede fint, men det andet var dårligt designet, var utæt så vandet sejlede ud på gulvet. Ikke egnet for familier med småbørn der kravler eller lige er begyndt at gå, da de nemt kan falde ned af trappen som ikke er spærret af.

Положительный: Есть бесплатная парковка прямо перед домом, но именно из за ее бесплатности все места обычно заняты. Поэтому рекомендую приобретать парковку у хозяев. Она в гараже, в 50 метрах от дома.. Негативный: Были небольшие проблемы с электроплитой. И в квартире отсутствуют всякие мелочи, к которым я уже привык при подобном размещении. Такие как соль, перец, сахар, пакетики чая, кофе, питьевая вода, таблетки для посудомойки, стиральный порошок, и т.д. Все это конечно есть в соседнем магазине, но оно, как правило, бывает нужно сразу же по приезде. Обычно всего этого бывает в достатке, и при отъезде, сам оставляешь кучу такого же. Зато была бутылочка портвейна! В остальном все отлично!

Positiv: Die Lage ist super, alles sehr nahe zu Fuss und mit dem Metro zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Es stand eine Flasche Portwein und Süßigkeiten zur Begrüssung da. :-) Viele russische und ukrainische TV-Sender! Die Matraze im grossen Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) ist sehr gut, hart. Preis-Leistung war bei uns (im Winter) gut.. Negativ: Es war sehr kalt in allen Zimmern (wir waren im Februar dort), trotz Heizung. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr ungemütlich, dunkel. Die Balkontür schließt nicht gut, ein großer Spalt, wo alle Strassengeräusche super gut zu hören sind (Katzengejaule, Hundegebell usw.). Auch Nachbarshusten war sehr gut zu hören. ;-) Die Matrazen in beiden kleineren Zimmern (Einzelbetten) sind sehr weich und durchgelegen. Die beiden "Badezimmer" incl. Duschkabinen sind nur für superschlanke Menschen. :-) Das Wasser wird mit Elektroboiler geheizt, muss somit sehr sparsam geduscht werden, damit auch für die 3. Person noch was übrig bleibt. :-) Generell sieht die Wohnung auf den Fotos viel besser aus als in der Wirklichkeit.

Positief: Locatie was top, pal naast mooiste uitzichtpunt over Porto, loopafstand Ribeira, goede parkeerplaats. Negatief: zeer kleine woonruimte, boiler was niet aangezet (koude douche) kwamen daar pas na dag 2 zelf achter

Positiv: Sehr nah zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Freundlicher Mitarbeiter Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt Parkplatz. Negativ: Nachts war es recht laut von der Strasse her und von den Nachbarn (Katzengeschrei?)
