The house is clean, location is ok, but I would not recommend it for long term rental. The host was talking multiple times in not polite way to me, he was even acting aggressive. During the conversation he is not listening and interrupting when I want to communicate him something. There was even situation that he entered my room at 9 in the morning without knocking. My boyfriend contacted Airbnb after this situation and they said that he cannot do something like this, because I am renting the room so it is my privacy. I think I was always trying my best to cooperate with him and I did not cause problems as a tenant. I am Erasmus student here so it is normal that I have friends here, with whom I want to learn with. But he said that I am not allowed to have friends, even not for chilling in the garden. That I need his permission first and it is contained in house rules. I was looking for this rules or Airbnb and Uporto House, but I could not find them. I asked several times that I want to see the rules to be aware what is forbidden, but I have not receive them yet. I also want to mention I was not informed that in house are cameras

HORRÍVEL, PÉSSIMO! O dono é GANANCIOSO. Não aceitou cancelar uma reserva um par de horas após esta ter sido feita. Tive que lhe dar assim 52 euros!! Isto apesar de ter cancelado uma semana antes!!! Isto tudo num fim de semana prolongado em que todos os hoteis estão cheios e este não teria problema nenhum em ocupar o lugar deixado por mim. Depois disto, não esperem a compreensão deste hotel para o quer que seja. FUJAM e não caiam no erro de irem para lá, ele vai tentar rapar-vos todo o dinheiro que puder!.
