Uma barulheira infernal, com música aos gritos. À saída chamei a atenção do empregado para o assunto e ainda foi incorrecto comigo. Confesso que quando cheguei à rua me senti aliviado por ter saído daquele sítio pouco limpo, escuro e sobretudo com uma música que rebentava os tímpanos de qualquer um.

Definitely a friendly crowd. A good size, relatively clean and busy most opening hours. The cigarette smoke smell can be a bit much but other than that, a pretty nice place. A couple of tips - Sunday afternooons can be crazy busy with quite a line, the massages are pretty first rate and the back maze is really dark and a bit confusing [in a good way].

Primera vez que estuve y bueno me quedo con que las instalaciones estaban muy bien y que cada muy poco tiempo había gente limpiando las habitaciones ,recogiendo la basura,etc . El trato del personal fue bueno pero lo negativo esque la gente andaba con unos egos que metía miedo , solo se dedicaban a mostrarse y poco más .Parecía que sino eras como ellos ahí sobrabas en general la clientela bastante antipática .

Fui em outubro de 2018. A fachada até te anima. Infelizmente, a boa impressão fica do lado de fora. Os funcionários são, em sua maioria, mal educados. Além disso, me impressionou a má limpeza e o forte odor de cigarro e outras drogas em todos os ambientes. Pelo fato de ser considerada a melhor de Lisboa, fiquei decepcionado, ainda mais comparando com minha experiência em outras saunas em São Paulo, Rio, Paris, Lausanne e Zurique. Como ponto positivo, indico a estrutura da sauna: se investissem mais na limpeza e manutenção, e se também controlassem o fumo dentro do estabelecimento, creio que a situação melhoraria muitíssimo.

Très beau sauna, très propre, j'accuzi au top, installation parfaite. Jeudi, vendredi vraiment très peut de monde et beaucoup de princesse grindr à par cela c'était bien pour la détente. Manque de coin pour se reposer genre chaise longue au niveau du bar. Je recommande par contre aller jamais au olissipo endroit dégueulasse, moyenne d'âges 70 ans, très petit de plus reçu comme un chien, juste bon pour payer sa il savent faire vraiment allé jamais au olissipo je déconseille fortement. On m'avait prévenu mais ji suis aller pour voir et je regrette.

Before entering and throughout the space, there are signs that clearly state no smoking and no cellphones. What a joke! Cigarettes abound and fill the bath, choking the guest of clean air. As for cell phones?...another tease. People use them to light their way through the darkened hallways and labyrinth.
I am also concerned about the health and safety of guests. Admission does not even include a condom...and lube? Forget about it. I also question their ability to abide by fire code. There are not enough lockers for guests. There is even a sign that says if you are willing to share a locker during peak periods, you can get in quicker. WOW! This place would be a fire trap if there was one. It feels like the owner is more interested in $ than the health and safety of their guests.
The place is average at best.

Ho visitato la sauna x 3gg di seguito durante il mio soggiorno in Lisbona, luogo interessante però ha dei difetti che andrebbero smussati:
1) Anche se il personale lavora bene, il wc è continuamente sporco. In parte dovuto a noi ospiti ma gradirei una maggior pulizia sopratutto ai water... cè urina in ogni posto.
2) E' permesso fumare ovunque, manca un apposita aria fumatori, quindi cè puzza di sigarette un po dapertutto.
3) La dark room, posto preferito dalla maggior parte dei clienti, è davvero troppo buia... si corre il rischio di sbattere spesso al muro.
4) La vasca IACUZZI, l'unica presente è troppo piccola visto il numero di persone che frequentano il posto.
5) La sala cinema troppo piccola.
In ogni caso, si tromba bene, gente mista x età e ruolo sessuale. Sazierai i tuoi buchi tranquillamente. Eviterei la domenica, cè un trionfo di passive che ballano nude ma non trombano. Usano la sauna come discoteca.
Prezzo 15 euro compreso telo ( big o small a scelta) e l'uso di infradito.

The best sauna in Lisbon. Clean, reasonable price and very friendly staff. I was there Sunday afternoon and was busy, plus a DJ playing very cool club music and very chilled and friendly atmosphere. I had a great time.

When I arrived to enter to the local, the security guy ask me to take out the food from my bag, for "house rules".
Why? Why the food is forbidden? Its a sauna, not a restaurant.
And, the food available to buy in the coffe area, is poor variety and expensive.

I don't recommend the place. It was changed to bad things. Bad way to drive a business

Great place, brilliant vibe, fantastic music, with a real mix of men in all shades, shapes and sizes. Drinks are purchased using locker key with payment settled on exit, very convenient & practical. Had loads of fun in a super clean relaxed well designed environment. I can't wait to return on next visit to Lisbon.

Vendredi 19h : frequentation plutot agréable et peu farouche 25/40 ans.
Samedi meme heure : peu de monde.
Dimanche meme heure : blindé. Moyenne d’age 20-25a. Salon causette dans les vestiaires, difficile d’approcher. Pas une cabine de libre non pas qu’elles soient occupees par des clients mais plutot monopolisees par des activites necessitant beaucoup d’aller retour. Ca baise dans le labyrinthe seul endroit restant et accessible. Ailleurs ca parade. Ca pue la clope partout puisque la cigatette est partout. A eviter ce jour la si on ch du sexe et pas de la parade ou du tarifé.

The whole sauna is very dark, smoking permitted, no condoms , sex in a little pool / spar permitted, facility all in poor condition.
Great for catching a lasting health problem .

Very client unfriendly. Didn’t inform me that there was a discount for aged >36, although it was clear i am so. I was told they need an ID for such discount. Showed them another document that showed my age, which document was taken to the back for no reason. Mostly frequented by old guys.

This place is full of DRUGS drugs drugs and a criminal dark atmosphere. When you tell something about it to the staff they even dont answer. I went away after 5 minutes.

Was there on Sunday 29/07/18 from 6 am to 9 am. Line of 15 guys at the entrance. Only 5 min wait to get in so it was quick. Entrance at 11 euros (don’t forget your ID to prove you’re under 36 yo). You’re given sandals and a towel.
Inside was full. Hot local guys and tourists everywhere. Lots of action in the steam room close to the shower area. Small and quiet sauna (can seat 6 persons). Went to the dark room / dark maze only once, was too dark for me but it was crowded and many guys were busy :)
I’m in my early 30’s and in shape and I had a lot of fun with handsome horny bottoms that were after me. Left at 9 am totally empty to go to bed lol.
Yes some guys smoke inside, yes some guys are high and loud, yes there weren’t many free cabins to have private sex so you have to wait a bit, yes it was an after party so lots of Guys come with their friends to hang out and dance, yes you need to carry lube and condoms in your hand but overall : friendly staff, decent price, pretty clean, big enough but most important handsome sexy horny guys everywhere on this early Sunday morning so I highly recommend this place !

The Manager Eduardo Mihlia charged me drinks for some other persons I didn't even know. I don't know if he put it on purpose like that but I don't know if that's because I'm a tourist. Be careful please !!!!

I always visit gay saunas when I travel abroad. And this one was good. Very friendly staff and nice welcoming at the door. If you’re younger than 35 bring your ID you get discount.
The place is big with many facilities. I received and hour professional massage by Flavio (no sexual content) followed with a complimentary relaxing tea. It was amazing.
Later at the end of nights not all rooms were clean (but I also understand why) however generally the cleanliness was good.
Nice place to go after a night going out!

Too many drugs, users and dealers. Very loud music and always the same style. Expensive tickets for what it offers. As it is the only modern sauna in Lisbon the entrance is expensive and is full of toxic people.

This sauna, was the best in Lisbon when it first opened. Unfortunately nowadays is very crowded by young queens, noisy , music very very loud, drugs and security inside the sauna, to stop fights. Beware. A place to avoid or check it yourself! Other saunas in Lisbon, more peacefull

Clean new and probably the best one in lisbon. 12-16 euro entrance. Big place with all the facilities one expect to get in a regular sauna. The bar area is a nice place to chill and close to the lockers. The maze part of the place was a bit smelly (urine?) .

Apenas as saunas precisam ser maiores até para serem condizentes com o nome do local e combinar com os demais espaços que são grandes. O certo era ter umas 3 saunas como se vê em outros locais. O preço é um pouco caro para o que oferec mas vale a visita.

I went there on a Saturday night. First deception was at the entrance: I am 28. Anyways, they let me pay the full entrance of 16€ and not 12€. The reason: I did not have my passport with me. Sorry guys, but I don't take the risk to lose my passport in a gay sauna so that I won't be able to leave the country anymore ...
Second deception was the place itself. This place does not deserve the name "sauna" at all. Because: 1. The only sauna is a very small dry sauna. Then there is the jacuzzi. But except for this it is just another cruising bar with a more expensive entrance. The steam bath was closed.
But FAR THE WORST: The cruising area had a disgusting smell of urine everywhere. Like on a public toilet. Sorry guys, but please clean your facilities from time to time so that people feel good in there.
So, last deception: On the website it says that the ticket is valid for 24hs. That was not the case, because: When I wanted to turn back some hours later, they just said "No, you have to pay another 16€ because you left."
So summarising: If you're looking for a nice and relaxed gay sauna, you'd better avoid this place. It was a total waste of money.

Não gostei nada do espaço tudo muito escuro, nem se via bem as caras das pessoas que lá andavam , a musica muito alta (para uma sauna não é normal)
Quando dei o meu feedback na entrada o porteiro ficou muito mal humorado, respondeu muito agressivo da seguinte forma; pode ir nas outras saunas... como se eu não soubesse que o podia fazer e não era ele que me ia impedir... até me deu vontade de rir a atitude da pobre criatura. Único ponto positivo a simpatia do empregado da recepção.
O quarto escuro é tão pequeno que não se pode chamar quarto mas sim corredor e nada escuro.
Limpeza de algumas cabines deixa muito a desejar
Clientela de domingo a tarde a maioria eram gays completamente drogados que não promove o bom ambiente de relax
Música muito alta
Passei uns bons momentos mas penso que para uma capital da Europa a sauna é mto fraquinha.

The place is good. Music is great. The labyrinth stinks a bit though. Should probably try to put more aerations. What I really did not like is that it is october and they are doing some work so the steam bath is closed. Though the price is the same and I was not told nothing before paying. You enter. You pay. The guy does not let you know. You turn left to the entrance and then only, on the door you can read a notice. But you have already paid hehe That kind of information should be said BEFORE paying. It does make a difference to people like me who really appreciate steam sauna and don't like dry sauna.

Empregado de receção antipático, o contrário do segurança. Quando lá fui havia um cheiro intenso a fezes, mijo entre outros fluídos corporais. Grande falta de higiene, fiquei com os pés vermelhos por motivos que desconheço. Mau ambiente, demasiado escuro. Nada recomendável e demasiado caro.

Being a long weekend in Lisbon, I visited the sauna on Saturday and Sunday. Both days were not too crowded, probably because of the still good summer weather. Nevertheless the crowd being there, was a good mix of all types of men.
Three issues bothered me:
- due to renovation the hamam and part of the shower was not available. Don't believe that the management adjusted the price... You still pay the full price although not all facilities are available, what a pity!
- smoking policy sucks. As there is no one, people smoke everywhere, which is simply inappropriate nowadays. If you reconstruct the area, then include a separate smoking room!
- price of a 0,33ltr can Sagres beer: 3,50€! Hello? Of course, you don't need to drink it, but at such exorbitant price for a simple can, you also don't want to start drinking.
For the rest no complaints. Relatively clean, enough variety of cabins and playgrounds, dark enough to see enough, good music, friendly staff, interesting mix of visitors local/international, enough potential to have a good time and loads of fun...
Trombeta remains worth a visit once you are in Lisbon!

Une de mes plus belles expériences de sauna gay. Le lieu est sympa et très chaud. Les mecs sont en général très chauds et vachement bien. Les masseurs sont très beaux mais c'est du très soft.
Difficile de s'ennuyer dans ce sauna.
Le personnel est très sympa.
Je retournerai.

I'm scared of this place. I tried to use one of the booths with a boy and I was stopped by 2 crazy drug addicts. I was told I could only get into the booth if I bought any drugs from him. I refused to buy and the other took a knife and told me to leave the sauna if they would not stick me. I said that I would speak to the person in charge and they told me that they would tear my neck out of the sauna. desperate I went away, the only thing of this situation that I have to say is that the name of one of them is FABRICIO and that is drUg dealer protected by the staff of the sauna. be alert, never come back to this disgusting place. when I return to lisbon I will never return to trombeta. the place have only dangerous drug dealers.

The bar has zero variety on food, for people who stay longer than 4 hours. The last time I came, I was taken into putting my own food in the trash bin or leave. I eventually left the building. Hipocrisy triggers me. This is a place where people taking drugs and smoking around the place sparks less vigilance than a simple basic need.

Clientèle pas terrible sur 2 visites en août 2017 : starlettes et (vilains) barbus.
L'endroit est trop sombre et les gens fument dans le bar et même dans le labyrinthe et les cabines, c'est très désagréable et inacceptable dans un endroit si petit !!
Endroit très très moyen dans la globalité.

The place doesn't offer all the amenities you would expect from a sauna (the jacuzzi was broken, there is no swimming pool, the sauna itself is miniscule). As stated in other review it's all dark there. It's a must-to-go after a clubbing night. At 6 am was full of hot guys playing in the labyrinth.

One of the worst saunas I've ever been. I visited the place on a Saturday night in early August. Thè only place you can see who is around you is the jacuzzi. The big cruising maze is so dark that you can't see where you are going. It's impossible to cruise if you want to know how the people you touch look like. It makes sense though since the crowd is not so hot...I'd have rather gone for a walk in the city.
The place is clean though.

I visited Trompeta on August 3, 2017. I found this place a bit too dark and underground... at check in, you don't even see the face of the guy assisting you....some of the facilities are good, including the jacuzzi by the bar, but there are way too many cubicles with beds that nobody uses and that occupy a large portion of the total space. In the dark labyrinth you cannot see virtually anything or anybody - what's the point, then? I understand that some guys want anonymity, but seriously, it's dark in there! It lacks spaces for men to interact in groups, and to actually see each other, with the exception of a small cinema room and jacuzzi. Guys are constantly walking around in circles, not knowing what to do or where to go to, and that can be enervating. Also, men are allowed to smoke by the bar, so, constant tobacco smoke everywhere. I had some fun there, but a bit more illumination and places for socialization/group encounters would make the space much more appealing.

Horrível experiência, muito escuro, o piso com milhares de marcas de chicletes grudados, sauna seca minúscula, sauna vapor sem vapor e quase fria, bichas brasileiras afetadíssimas querendo dar show, miando como gatas no cio, somente jovens, se você quer encontrar coroas não vá nesta sauna. E o pior deixei por último...fumo, muito fumo, fuma-se em todas as dependências da sauna, muitas bitucas de cigarro pelo chão, chequei a ver pessoas fumando dentro da sauna seca que mede 2x2 sem ventilação nenhuma....tomei uma longa ducha para tirar o cheiro de fumaça de cigarro, nunca mais volto....

Take ID if you are under 36 and entry is only 9 euro. The staff were very friendly. We went on bank holiday Monday and it was very busy. We also went the next day and it seems it is much quiter midweek. There was a mix of different types. The facilities were good and clean. The private rooms weren't used as much as the maze/dark room area but this was too pitch black for us. Condoms and lube only seemed to be available in the cafe area and not in the private rooms or dark room so you had to carry them with you which wasn't ideal. Overall, it was a good sauna with nice guys.

I am in vacation in Lisbona with my boyfriend for 10 days. This Sauna is a wonderful surprise. the location us very cool,but the staff is really AMAZING. so friendly,polite and helpful. Daniel,Eduardo,Sabrit (the barmen) are so cute and friendly. ..They serve a very good Coffee, the best toasts ,and beers, cocktails and more. I tried also 2 massages with Rodrigo. So relaxing, one of the best experience of my life..He is very professional, strong and polite. 100 % recommended!

- a higiene do espaço
- a localização
- a oferta de equipamentos
- a diversidade sexual (héteros, bis, gays), com corpos esbeltos e cuidados
- as tarifas praticadas
- horário
2. Aspetos negativos
- o «nariz empinado» dos héteros, bis e gays portuguesas, ar de «rainhas»
e «vedetas», coisa que não vejo em NY, Berlim, Paris, Londres, Sidney, ou
RJ.
- porta da sauna seca com abertura para corredor de passagem, com
frequente embate em quem passa
- Algumas áreas demasiado escuras
- Boxes (cacifos) muito reduzidos

Nice combination of gay sauna with cruising bar. Very busy on sundays mornings between 3 and 5 and on sunday afternoons between 2 and 7. Less busy during the week. 15 people around 10pm on a tuesday, 10 around midnight. No swimming pool, jacuzzi or bar. Just some vendor machines.
