We went to the Lisbon Ferrari store today. As a current Ferrari owner and my “local” dealership is 800km away, I had planned to buy some Ferrari accessories. Specifically a couple of shirts and a new hat. It is easier to see the merchandise in person for sizing than online. It was very comical how all of the staff took great effort to completely and absolutely ignore us!! Except when I took a picture of the new 488 Pista. The cleaning lady said I was not allowed to take pictures of the car, only the F1 car. As I have not been able to see one at the dealership in Calgary yet, pictures would of been helpful. I feel this type of customer treatment reflects very badly on the Ferrari brand. Barry

O profissionalismo dos empregados é inferior a zero Deparei me com um deles a limpar as unhas junto ao balcão
