Great experience with Cascaisrouts, João is the person who knows how to push you if you have a more sportive spirit and at the same time a person who knows how to be calm in dealing with people who cannot not feel comfortable outside their natural environments but who want to have a different experience. Very nice day, definitely an experience to repeat.

Extremely happy with the experience. It was a fantastic day out at sunny Cascais and at beautiful Sintra forest. The Climbing was very well conducted with experienced monitors who really make you feel safe and fun. Sintra Forest hiking was amazing, breathing the fresh air of the mountains and yet so close to Cascais. The views from the hills to the sea were just an absolute dream. Thank you to João our fantastic guide and monitor.

First time for me and I loved it. It was a great day of climbing and discoreving the amazing natural decor just 10min from Cascais. We went between coleagues and, climbing is the best activity for a team building (team motivation, challenging, helping each other...). Definitely I will come back but next time with family, and maybe planning a full experience day with kayak, climb, hike. We (my husband and daughter, age 12) wanted an authentic, active experience in Cascais and Joao/Cascais Routes exceeded expectations in every regard. We started the day climbing (first time outside of a climbing wall for all of us) on a cliff with an amazing ocean view. Joao and his team were very supportive and encouraging. Then, we did a boulder hike, trekked through the forest exploring tunnel doors that led to centuries old irrigation systems (so cool!) followed by a delicious lunch at a restaurant only locals know about. It was our favorite meal in Portugal. After lunch, we’d originally planned to go mountain biking but decided to do another hike. It was an untraveled path from a local neighborhood out to the cliffs overlooking the sea. Only a local would know about this hike. It was incredible. We ended the day surfing. Joao could not have been a more gracious host. It was a bespoke day and everything was planned to flawlessly. You cannot go wrong trusting your precious vacation time with Cascais Route

Excelente empresa de actividades de ar livre em Cascais. Fiz aulas de surf e aulas de escalada e adorei. Excelente equipa de guias/treinadores muito profissional. Eles também fazem passeios de kayak, passeios de bicicleta e caminhadas. Recomendo!!

O verão passado quis ter uma experiência de kayak com o meu cão!! pesquisei na NET e encontrei a Cascais Routes.... não podia ter mais feito escolha mais acertada!! .... até colete salva-vidas havia para o cão se fosse necessário ;)

I have tried many companies I lisbon that does adventure for corporate team building and none were close to Cascais Routes's quality. I highly recommend Joao Gama and his kindness, superior customer service and he customised our even brilliantly and my office team really had a blast. Joao organised everything from pick up and drop to activities, food, treasure hunt and beach games. The time spent with Cascais Routes and Joao was amazing. I highly recommend!!

Really nice time and guide. Climbed 3 routes with our 7 year old in 3 hours. Guide was safe and patient and area was in a great scenic area on the water. Spotted a huge group of dolphins, which was an added treat. Meeting spot is a bit odd but, at a gas station, but if you look past that piece everything else was really a memorable experience.
