Não posso sequer justificar dar uma estrela à Sears Outlet. Comprei uma máquina de lavar roupa há três meses. Devolvi-a no dia seguinte. Foi recusado um recibo de reembolso pelo Manny, o gerente. A Sears recusa-se a reembolsar o meu cartão de crédito após dois recursos do meu cartão Chase Visa. Não tenho escolha agora a não ser falar com o Joe no ABC15 ou no tribunal de pequenas reclamações. Confie em mim, não faça negócios com esta loja Sears a menos que você tenha um advogado.
