Ho fatto il giro della città grazie a questo bus e ho trovato un'offerta davvero vantaggiosa dove anzichè pagare 20 € per una sola linea, ne ho pagati 28 per due linee + in regalo una terza. E' stato un giro davvero capillare della città, che ho apprezzato molto. Funzionanti le cuffiette. Ottima esperienza

Malísima línea en Lisboa. Las esperas son eternas, al rayo del sol, pasaron 2 buses de la línea verde a los castillos. completos no levantan más pasajeros. Mientras que las frecuencias de otras compañías son más rápidas. Nunca más esta compañía de hop on hop off

Spart Euch das Geld und geht lieber zu Fuß durch die Stadt.
Gönnt Euch lieber ein Eis oder etwas zu essen.
Die Busse stehen fast durchgehend im Stau und halten nur dort an wo der Fahrer es für nötig hält.
Zudem sind die rote und blaue Route langweilig, es ist kaum etwas zu sehen.
Die grüne Route steht ebenfalls im Stau fährt aber durch die schöne Altstadt.

Gostamos muito deste tipo de serviço, nos transporta para os principais pontos turísticos do local. Mas no geral , eles deveriam ser mais amáveis!!! Afinal, os turistas estão lá porque querem levar momentos felizes, e não a imagem de atendentes carrancudos!!! #FICAADICA

Bus turístico que sale de la plaza de Pombal con tres recorridos, barrio antiguo (línea verde), torre de Belén (línea roja) y museo del azulejo (línea azul) los boletos duran 48 horas. Una buena opción para pasear conociendo Lisboa en poco tiempo.

I wouldn't book with this company in lisbon
The buses are very infrequent.
The stops are impossible to find.
The map does not show the stops clearly.
The commentary on the bus cuts out all the time.
The commentary is poor when it does come on.
I spent more time just listening to the music.

Die Karte mit den Einstiegsorten ist teilweise nicht aktuell. Wir hatten die Stationen mehrmals gesucht. In der Blueline hat der Audioguide sehr schlecht funktioniert: zu laute Musik, wenige Erklärungen, einige Stationen funktionierten gar nicht. Redline war ok.

Blueline nicht empfehlenswert, Chauffeur während der Fahrt immer am Mobile, Erklärungen über den Kopfhörer sehr knapp, teilweise funktioniert die Technik nicht, Redline war etwas besser

Esta Semana Santa cogimos este servicio en Oporto y no controlan si hay sitio, la gente entra y cuando arrancan no tienen donde sentarse , estuvimos casi 45 min parados dentro del autobús porque el tráfico estaba colapsado ...el problema es que estábamos sin aire acondicionado ¡¡ y arriba no entraba nadie más...gente mayor mareada y para colmo le pedimos que nos parara y abriera y nos dijo que no podía ser ...tuvimos que aguantar hasta que se abrió el tráfico y nos abrió después de un buen rato , aguantando abanicandonos con el mapa ...eso si cuando salimos apreciamos un fuerte chorro de aire acondicionado del que solo disfrutaba el conductor ¡¡¡¡¡ los que pagamos no teníamos derecho más que a abanicarnos .

A group of 7 of us paid €27 each, we waited over an hour and ten minutes on the green bus up by the castle (supposed to be every half an hour) we ended up giving up and making our own way back down, nearly every second headphone socket didn't work, when they did work they gave you next to no information and instead repeated the same song over and over again (most of our group gave up on it), there are 15+ "stops" on each route but no one made it clear that the bus doesn't actually stop at all of the stops. At least 3 grey line buses passed us while we stood waiting on the red line bus. Would not recommend using this at all in Lisbon. Avoid.

Não gostei! Necessário atualizar o mapa, tem informação falsa. Por exemplo na linha vermelha onde está no mapa o 14 , fisicamente tem uma placa com o número 15. E onde está o 15 no mapa, fisicamente não existe. Para piorar o idiota do motorista insiste que está certo. Espero nunca mais usar , recomendo a Gray LINE.

Stimmt lange Wartezeiten, zu wenig Busse, alte Busse. In unserem Bus funktionierten einige der Kopfhöreranschlüsse nicht. Es werden zwar viele Sprachen angeboten, aber die Informationen sind nur sehr spärlich, 95 % der Zeit dudelt portugiesische Musik. Der Fahrer muss ständig die Audiodatei neu starten, schwankende Lautstärke.
Ehrlich gesagt sind zwei Sterne schon eine hohe Bewertung.
Ich würde diese Tour und dieses Unternehmen nicht nochmal buchen. Da erscheinen die Tuk Tuks eine echte Alternative zu sein.
There are long waiting times, too few buses, old buses. Some of the headphone connections did not work in our bus. There are many languages offered, but the information is very sparse, 95% of the time is Portuguese music.
The driver must constantly restart the audio file, fluctuating volume. Honestly, two stars are already a high rating.
I would not book this tour and this company again. Since the tuk tuks appear to be a real alternative.

We kochten een 48-uurs pas voor alle drie de lijnen en hebben deze ook allemaal aangedaan. Je kan het beste opstappen op Pombal plein van waaruit de bussen vertrekken. Vanuit hier ging bijna om de halfuur een bus. Omdat de bus alle belangrijke plaatsen aandoet, konden we soms ook bij een bushalte zo opstappen om op de volgende plaats van bestemming weer af te stappen. Audio systeem was mi gewoon prima, alleen een of twee keer maakte ik mee dat het leek alsof er nog info werd gegeven over een POI die we al voorbij waren

Ich möchte mich in die schlechten Bewertungen gleichmal einreihen. Die Wartezeiten sind eine Zumutung. Ständig fahre Busse anderer Unternehmen vorbei, aber von Lisbon Sightseeing keine Spur. Sind nur wegen einem Rabatt hier gelandet, schön auf den Leim gegangen...
Por favor troca alguma coisa porque assim é sacanagem mesmo!

Don’t do it! We had a horrible experience with Lisbon citySightseeing HoHo. Staff terribly unhelpful when we lost our tickets in the wind - asked please for a hand stamp when we were departing. No! Would someone (of the 4 drivers standing around at the bus stop) take us to the next bus please? No! You lost your tickets, you lose out everything. So we spent 88 euros for one hour of riding. We made a mistake but did not commit a crime, yet were treated like criminals and felt we were robbed of our 88 euros. No one can get on the bus without a ticket, so it was abvious we had purchased our 4 tickets. Yet the attitude of the drivers was horrible. No compassion, no understanding only rudeness and inflexibility. Never had this experience in any other HoHo in any other city. Truly shocking. Daniel was the most unkind driver I’ve encountered. Be warned.

Es un TIMO!!! 25€ por persona, te dicen que puedes subir en autobús cuántas veces quieras y cuando estas en la parada esperas una hora y media o dos. Es un TIMO!!!!! Pésimo pierdes todo el día de turismo!!!!!

Horários são horríveis, as outras empresas parecem ter mais horários dos ônibus. Na hora de vender foram passadas informações e que não eram verdadeiras como por exemplo o último horário de ônibus. Durante o passeio na linha azul poucas informações no áudio guia. Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma. Péssimo custo beneficio.

Save your money.
This was a horrible tour. They gave you very little information and never told you what direction to look to see the attraction or building they were describing, so we were lost most of the time. We took the red line, it bypassed all the interesting parts of Lisbon and showed you shopping malls and car parks. The blue line was included in the price but we missed the last bus in spite of being at the stop well before the scheduled departure time. I’ve taken many tours and can say with confidence that this was the worst

We used it in Sintra - just wasted money! Service just once per hour (!), no time table at the stops, not in time at all. No refund if they don't offer full service. Just useless and too expensive!

Just after buying tickets in Sintra for 20€ each, they told us our initial goal is not in service for today. No refund. Bus is not punctual and drives only once every 60 min. Do yourself a favor and take any(!) other option. Even cab is cheaper and more reliable.

Taking the City Sightseeing tour in Lisbon is a waste of time and money. The individuals that sell tickets are disorganized and do not adequately explain the rate/routes. The agents can also be quite rude. The wait time for buses can extend to over an hour. To make matters even worse, many headphones simply do not work. By far the worse city sightseeing tour I have ever taken!

Buses infrequent, rude drivers, stops not signed properly and not anywhere near where they show on the map, no good info on the soundtrack, depressing repetitive Fado music, lots of broken headphone plugs, and the routes take you through the more modern areas and skip the good stuff. Walk and use the metro. Worst of it is they made us late for an appointment (took us 2 hours of waiting to get a bus). Not worth even 1/2 of what they are charging. On a sidenote, you could Taxi from place to place for less $.

Se visita Lisboa de forma muy cómoda y rápida pudiendo tomar referencias para luego visitar con más calma los sitios que a uno le puedan interesar. El único inconveniente es si te toca un conductor que va apurado, supongo que por cumplir horarios. Por lo demás una buena experiencia, con la posibilidad de bajar en lugares interesantes y luego volver a tomar otro autobús que te lleve al punto de partida. Recomendable.

Heel slecht! in Sintra de gebruik gemaakt van deze service. Ze beweren dat de bus ongeveer elk half uur rijd, dat duurt ten eerste langer. Daarnaast sta je op de plek waar je hoort te staan, stopt de bus op een andere plek zodat je vervolgens er niet meer bij past.
hierbij geldt echt 'goedkoop, duurkoop'
Je kan zelfs beter de bussen van 434 pakken, die rijden tenminste constant en nog goedkoper ook

OMG it’s confirmed, The staff of Hop On Hop Off are soo rude, impatient, condescending, sarcastic! They take pleasure in being rude to tourist! Just horrible customer service! Avoid at all cost! Don’t bother asking them any questions, because you will get super rude, sarcastic reply! They act like they hate the tourist and every question you ask, they become more annoyed, rude and sarcastic! The driver only accepts payment in cash and you must bring proper change otherwise they will kick you out of the bus! They expect the customer to have proper change, not the other way around

Nice routes, but the bus times are the most unreliable thing ever!!! sometimes in 30 mins, sometimes in 50, sometimes over an hour. its an absolute joke! would recommend other tour companies, like yellow bus instead.

Wir kauften die 48h Tickets. Als erstes die Lila Linie, dann die rote. Die Rote Linie ist unter anderem um von Belem in das Zentrum zu gelangen. Die blaue Linie ist gedacht um in den Osten zu gelangen inkl. Halt am Flughafen, Zoo etc. Was will man mehr? Die Busse waren pünktlich und die Fahrer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Keine Ahnung was die negativen Bewertungen sollen, vielleicht haben die meisten den Begriff Urlaub vergessen. ENTSPANNT euch mal!!

Purchased our tickets near stop 17 and hopped on the bus at about 10:30. Views were fine from the top as we made our meandering way to Torre Belem. Got off here and made use of the attraction. Come time to get the bus again I spotted the bus coming and jogged to the stop. Got there ahead of the rest of my family and asked the driver if he was waiting a minute. "No, I leave now" was the surly reply. He drove off just as my family arrived. The fact is he had only had to wait for 4 or 5 people to disembark so could have spared literally 30 seconds to let my family catch up. OK, so the buses run every 20-30 minutes, right? Nope. We had to wait just short of an hour for the next one. Given how expensive the tickets are, this was a very poor experience. Try a different service or get the Lisbon card for public transport.

Primeiro, é necessário imprimir os tickets em papel para que os motoristas gerem o voucher. Não aceitam ler o QR via celular.
Segundo, a quantidade de ônibus por linha é baixíssima! Esperamos quase 1.30h para pegar a linha vermelha.
Terceiro, há muito chiado nos fones e muito pouca informação sobre os lugares visitados.
Mesmo para quem tem pouco tempo na cidade, como eu, não recomendo. Uber e taxi são mais rápidos e com bom custo benefício para se locomover.

Audio was not working on the audiotour. No information about how to reach the highlight at drop off point. Pick up points not clear after sightseeing. Needed to take a taxi on way back. Taking Uber will be much cheaper.

É uma boa forma de se conhecer a cidade, mas o áudio precisa de melhorar muito - demasiada música e pouca informação. Passa-se por muitos locais interessantes que nunca são mencionados, como igrejas, cemitérios e museus.

I recommend to avoid this company at all cost. Taking a taxi will be more convenient and possibly cheaper.
First problem : they take only cash. Right from the beggining, this is suspicious for a touristic business.
This first bus was only 15 minutes late, which is actually their best performance for our experience. We got headsets from the drivers. After doing about half the ride, we realised that the sound coming from the headset is almost only music. There was a few historic facts, but we could count them on our fingers and the same audio recording was repeated 2 or 3 times during the visit. The content of the audio was so useless, that we ended up removing the headset.
The worst part was the driver. The driver was a nice person when you spoke to her, but when she started driving, the honeymoon was over. We felt like a cargo of chicken going to our last ride. The driver was pressing the gas and the brake very hard, and my daughther hurt her head several times on the seat back in front of her. I almost fell out of my seat.
The driver was also yelling very loud at other drivers on the road. I could not wait to get out, as I was scare that we would get involved in a road rage accident. The driver also had loud music that was interfering with the audio playback of our headset.
Another major problem, was the Wi-Fi, that did not work. The driver told me that it was out of range, which was a very silly answer as we were sitting in a mini-bus! It never worked, for the whole day.
The map was very not precise enough to be able to locate the stops (the dot is so big that is cover multiple roads and intersections!). There seems to be no app for our phone. To add to this problem, the stop are not identified for the most part! So if you are planning to take the bus in a place you did not got off, good luck finding the bus stop!
For our last ride, the bus never showed up. We were at the stop 25 minutes early, and we waited 30 minutes after the official passing time just in case the bus was stuck in traffic jam. So we waiting close to 1 hour at the stop. We know we were at the proper bus stop, because it was there we got dropped off earlier. We ended up paying for another transportation.
Conclusion, if you want a nice touristic experience, this is NOT a good choice. If you want easy Hop on Hop off transport, it is also NOT reliable. At the end, I do not see why anybody would want to buy this service.

Falta información de las paradas tanto en el mapa cuando buscas donde hay una parada, como cuando vas en el autobús. No sabes si se ha parado porque hay un semàforo o porque es una parada con algo importante para ver. Te hace sentir abandono total.
No lo recomiendo. Hemos pagado 22€ por persona y hemos conseguido subir cuando compramos el billete y la vuelta porque a las 6 de la tarde nos dejó en Marques de Pompal después de una hora de viaje y no pasó por plaza de España. Tuvimos que tomar un taxi. Mas seriedad y mas información para los que no conocemos la ciudad.

Bad experience with the service, in the off season really doesn't worth the money. Old busses, not informative at all. Good to use only for the transport but very expensive for the service. Better use the other tours. For my trip was a big mistake.

Got tickets in Porto for myself and my wife to the tune of 40 euros. The audio did not work on my first seat. The cheap earplugs are very uncomfortable, but pretty much the same as any hop on hop off. The audio, the short while I listened to it, was out of sync with what we were seeing. They said to look at the church on the left and there was no church anywhere in any direction that we could see. And the static on the head set was so bad we gave up and just rode and looked without explanation. A waste of a lot of money. Far and away the worst I had experienced on similar buses in other cities. But the bus driver was helpful to give us information when we got off the bus.

I agree with other reviews about poor narration (very little, mostly music). My bad experience however doesn't stop there. We get off the bus at one stop just to get back on at a different stop but the bus never came (waited more than an hour). Other companies' buses come and go, no our bus in sight and nobody knows if/when our bus will come - no phone to call, no help from other bus drivers, no representatives). Instead of riding in two tour routes (red and blue) we end up riding only a half of the red (half the city) and hire Uber to take us back.

Horrible ! Cette compagnie est une arnaque !!
Nous nous sommes fait conseillé par l’hôtel qui clairement a un partenariat avec eux : 22 euros par personnes : 45 min d’attente pour un bus ou les écouteurs ne marchait pas... (le conducteur nous le dit de suite...)
On change de bus : idem mais la moitié marchait - il fallait les trouver ! Le son était très faible ici... pire de nombreux arrêts sont retirés sans prévenir !! Après avoir attendu 1h15 sur 3 différents arrêts ou nous voyons inlassablement passé les autres compagnies qui - elles- fonctionnent, nous rentrons finalement en bus...
Allez vers d’autres compagnie comme Yellow bus... ils avaient l’air heureux

Leider nicht zuempfehlen, sämtliche Haltestellen stimmen nicht mit der Karte überein oder gibt es teilweise gar nicht mehr. Wir mussten teilweise das Taxi und andere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nehmen um von Punkt A nach Punkt B zukommen weil die Busse meist nur sporadisch fahren und es auch keine festen Zeiten gibt, zumindest nicht für uns erkennbare. Zudem sind die Busse, wenn man dann mal einen findet, sehr sehr voll und brauchen durch viel Stau sehr lange .Leider haben sich die 27€ pro Kopf gar nicht gerechnet. Man hätte schneller,besser und günstiger mit einem Taxi zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren können.

I've been on City Sightseeing tours all over the world and Lisbon is by far the worst. Almost no narration so I learned nothing about the city, no announcements for stops, and the driver of our tour decided to cut out the Belem part of the route without any warning. I would advise using a different company.

Six of us went on this tour today. We had a very poor experience with this bus service. Very few of the ear bud jacks were working and when you could hear the information was minimal. It was raining and the about a third of the seats in the lower level had water dripping on them...very leaky roof. A waste of money from our perspective.

Dreadful. Sit at a bus stop for 25 minutes, drive 5 minutes to the next stop, get one fact if you're lucky and then wait for another 25 minutes. The worst tour I've ever been on.
Literally sat on a bus for hours and learned nothing. I know Lisbon is not that boring.
Avoid at all costs.

Earphones don't work on all seats, bus is very loud on the back, you can't hear anything. The busess should also drive more often, we waited for 45 minutes on some lines..

The price is nice and the ticket is valid for 48hrs which is nice. The guide is in many languages and is helpful...
But the connectors for the earphones don't work most of the time (at least a third of them are broken) and on many occasions we waited more than 30 min for the next bus (40-50 min) while they promote a 30 min frequency...
All in all is a good way to explore the city.

The worst experience so far. Was very disappointed after amazing hop on hop off tour in Milan and other cities.
- absurd ask to print out the ticket to scan the QR code. You’ll have to go to metro station, find the shop and send your ticket to them to actually print it.
- the excursion itself is boring. Most of the time you’re going to listen to Fado.
- the driver is everything - selling tickets, driving, marketing and etc. Optimized too much, very poor customer experience.
- be ready to wait for the buses on the stops.
- nobody is going to tell you where you are now and if there is a stop.
Don’t waste time and money.

Pratique pour trouver des endroits que l'on aurait pas vue sans ça. Par contre les bus de cette compagnie sont mal entretenu. Les prises audio étaient abîmer sur pas mal de sièges à chaque fois. Sur les bus c'était marqué WiFi mais je ne l'ai eu que sur 1 seul bus sur 3. Les pistes audios sont interressante quand il y en a. Il manque d'information sur des lieux qui je suis sûr ont des histoires à raconter. De plus ils ne nous disent pas si les lieux sont a droite ou à gauche. Alors on cherche dans tout les sens pour essayer de trouver de quoi ils parlent. Il vaut mieux avoir un gps avec soit.
Bref c'est cher pour ce que c'est.
Faudrait essayer la concurrence pour voir.

Après avoir utilisé cette compagnie dans plusieurs villes en Europe, c'est la première fois que le service est médiocre !!!!! Les trajets sont longs et peu intéressants. La narration est plus ou moins captivante. J'aurais dû prendre soit le Yellow bus ou Lisbon City seightsering à la place.

Aufgrund der negativen Bewegungen hab ich mir nicht viel erwartet, und wurde dennoch enttäuscht. Ich bin schon in etlichen ländern mit citysightseeing unterwegs gewesen, aber das heute....gehts noch? Die hälfte der anschlüsse defekt, es gibt eigentlich keine Infos während der Fahrt, sondern andauernd die gleiche faro musik . Die blaue Linie schlägt alles. Das wichtigste scheint dass die leute vom Kreuzfahrtschiff aufgenommen werden. Dann gehts zum flughafen?? Weiss eh wie ein flughafen aussieht. Stau ohne Ende. Ich bin so enttäuscht.

Die 90 min Tour dauert dank Staus und schlechter Routenführung 150 min. Gefühlt jeder zweite Kopfhöreranschluss ist defekt, die Busse so voll, dass niemand mehr einsteigen darf. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Estuvimos en Oporto y Lisboa y en las 2 ciudades usamos estos autobuses turísticos, con miedo porque la gente hablaba pestes en la opiniones pero como lo hemos cogido en otras ciudades, nos atrevimos a comprar los billetes. Muy buen servicio, tienen las mejores rutas a los monumentos, en las 2 ciudades los choferes súper amables en una ocasión corrimos para coger un bus y el chófer nos vio de lejos y se detuvo a esperarnos. En Lisboa un chófer nos vio un poco perdidos y nos ofreció llevarnos al bus de otra línea (city sigthseeng claro) esperó y todo a mi novio que se fue al baño y nos ahorró el camino de unas 20 calles, además se comunicó por teléfono con su compañero para que nos esperará....Majisimo!!!
Lo único malo que podemos decir del servicio es que te aburrían con su música típica Fado, uffff podrían hasta quitarla, así descansas y no escuchas nada entre monumento y monumento.
Pero en general RECOMENDABLE 100%

um einen Überblick über die Stadt und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erhalten für 48h a 27 € kann man die schon machen, jedoch sollte man nicht viele Informationen wie bei einer geführten Tour erwarten. Die Busse sind schon etwas älter, jedoch völlig in Ordnung.

Nie wieder!
Die blaue Linie kann man sich total sparen. Man hat extrem lange Wartezeiten und sehr wenig Schönes zum Ansehen.
Die Busse sind insgesamt in einem miserablen Zustand. Es klappert und wackelt an jeder Ecke. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die anderen Anbieter wesentlich moderne Busse einsetzen und öfter verkehren.
Die Busfahrer fahren teilweise sehr risikoreich. Wir wussten nicht, ob wir die Fahrt unfallfrei überleben oder nicht.
Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und hätten das Geld lieber besser investiert.

Péssimo atendimento, na hora da venda prometem que o ônibus passa a cada meia hora, mas na realidade vc fica esperando horas no ponto e os onibus veem cheios, nunca e possível entrar.

Affreuse compagnie. Ils enlèvent les arrets prevus, roulent tres vite entre les monuments, les commentaires de l audioguide arrivent une fois les monuments passes. Ils ne respectent pas l ordre prévu et avertissent au dernier moment en disant que l arrêt ne pourra être fait. On se retrouve à marcher plus que prévu pour aller ou on voulait.
Conclusion, à éviter.
Une famille avec une poussette et un bébé à voulu descendre à un arrêt prévu. Le conducteur a répondu qu il ne s arrêtait pas car son chef ne voulait pas.

Avoid at all cost!!!We bought tickets in lisbon for 3 lines with Citysightseeing, unfortunately the experience that was provided to us was awful. Above all the Lisbon is too small city to make sense of of 3 lines (outside the center only a Belem and .The biggest problem was the fact that buses do not stop in all interesting places as well as the fact of being in traffic for hours (which we encountered due to the traffic difficulties).
The list of our problems is longer and, for example, the lack of marking of some stops (eg No. 7 on Green line)where is no sign at all and a lot of tourists are trapped because of that.
We encounter in other places with annoying repeated music (eg. Athens) but Lisbon really set a new record for number of repetitive music and commentary facts which we believe was not enough considering how interesting Lisbon is.Dont use citysightseeing just walk in city centre and take a bus or taxi to Belem (only interesting place outside citycentre).We also complained to citysightseeing office about it but they just ignore us.
We feel like they ruined our time in Lisbon so sadly I wouldn't recommended using this service to anyone

The low rating on here is quite appropriate. There are too few buses for the numbers of passengers they have, meaning that you will spend hours waiting due to full or delayed buses. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Peguei o onibus achando que ele passaria proximo ao hotel onde peguei e ele fez um trajeto pra consertar um problems de transito e estou ha 35 min no frio lascado esperando um outro que o motorista falou que passaria em no maximo 15 min.

Avoid this company if you can. Especially if planning to buy tickets to travel around the city centre zone only. It’s quicker to walk and much cheaper to use the local bus service if you need to.
We paid 60€ for four ‘green line’ tickets in Lisbon city centre. The tickets were valid for 48hrs but we bought them near the close of business on a Friday (last bus was 6.30pm). As we were only staying in Lisbon for a couple of nights we got on the last bus on the Friday and did manage to do one circuit of the city centre. Just to get an idea of where we would ‘hop-on’ and ‘hop-off’ the following day.
Saturday morning arrived and we soon discovered that we had been extremely lucky in managing to catch the last bus the day before. There were plenty of grey and blue lines running - but the green line tickets are only valid on the small minibuses and during two hours of waiting only two green-line buses came past...and didn’t have enough seats to accommodate all four of us on either bus!
Eventually, we gave up and went back to the office where we bought the tickets. Only to be told that as they are an intermediary seller they couldn’t really do anything about it. After the man in the ticket office made a long phone call, I imagine to the City Sightseeing office in Porto, he first of all said that it was not possible to refund the tickets. However, when I asked for the local council’s complaints book, he then offered me a 50% refund. We took the money offered as we didn’t want to waste anymore time during our short trip to Lisbon.
Also, the information over the headphones was pretty minimal and mostly just canned music. Even if there had been enough buses running with sufficient spaces for the number of tickets sold, I think we may have still been disappointed.

Gostei dos serviços. Fiz pacote para dois dias. Linha RED e BLUE. No primeiro dia, desci na torre de Belém. Ficamos na região por 6 horas. Saindo de lá fiz o roteiro completo. Como estávamos cansados. Fizemos mais uma vez o roteiro, mas desta vez só descendo no ponto final, que é Marquês do Pombal. Enfim. Vi em todas linhas diversos ônibus.

Не в первом городе пользуюсь данным сервисом, но это худший мой опыт.
27 евро с человека (на 2 дня) за то, чтобы слушать музыку в наушниках. Минимум полезной информации. Да и та с жутким скрежетом и шумом (на синем маршруте невозможно было слушать)!
Окончательно расстроила периодичность, с которой ездят эти старые автобусы. Конкуренты передвигаются чаще.

Very bad experience! Worthless service! Avoid this company...there are other busses that go often, on time and till later hours. I do not recommend this service and will never use it again. They promise 48h but only work from 10am to 17pm with busses every hour. People have to wait so long for all busses and they are not modern at all. The worst is that they give a leaflet with wrong and inaccurate information. Their website is as well worthless, contains as well contradictory information. Use the other busses (yellowbus and Grey line ) it will be way worthy.

No volveré a contratar nunca su servicio, porque después de pagar 20 euros por persona, solo disfrutamos de un viaje y no entero. Los autobuses si todos los asientos están llenos no paran. Y no pasan nunca cuándo dicen. Ni aproximadamente. El conductor un impresentable, prepotente y desconsiderado, nos quejamos por esperar dos veces el mismo bus, perdimos la mitad de la tarde, bajamos andando unos 3 km desde el Palacio da pena, nos miró, no abrió la puerta..y en este si había asientos y se fue.

Très mauvais service. Ligne bleue ennuyante qui vous amène à l'aéroport (pas génial pour un bus touristique).

Very boring experience. Almost no explanations at all or one liners with no insight.. A lot of bad Portuguese music blaring out of the headphone all the time . 20 Euro per person! Simply not worth it. Take a cab. Asked one driver how long he would wait at the stop because I was waiting for my family. "5 minutes" he answered. Perfect, I thought. As I turned around, he departed ...
Update: On the bus back into town most of the audio outlets were broken. But who cares, at least we did not have to listen to the terrible singer. ;-)

The blue line was a bit naff with a lot of motorway driving. The headphone sockets were broken on 4 of the 5 seats we tried. Also, the seats we had were broken and leaned forward and to the side.
The next day we went on the red line which was a bit better but again the headphone sockets were not working well. Maybe just as well as the commentary was very, very sparse.
I really don't think it was worth €80 for the four of us
We tried on day two to access the green line which looked the most interesting of the three but unfortunately for us, the girl who sold is our tickets on day one didn't inform us we needed to have paid an extra €5 at the time. It was going to cost us €13 each so we decided against it

Pegamos em um dia de chuva achando que seria uma boa forma de conhecer a cidade, perdemos EUR 20, pois o sistema não funcionava, só tocava música, nada de explicações, pagamos para ficar rodando à toa, e não quiseram nos reembolsar na hora.
Além disso, o ônibus estava encharcado, inadequado para dias de chuva.
