This company has got to be one of the worst organised in Europe and I would strongly recommend you not to use them when visiting Lisbon, Portugal. Their sales and marketing literature does not relate to the actual service provided and at what times. Their bus stops are difficult to find, their app ( that is meant to help) doesn’t download and their printed maps are not of a sufficient scale to enable one to find the necessary stops easily. Being a tourist and holding a Gray Line ticket engenders in the holder a feeling of second class cititizenship! Staff are not clear when asked questions and are dismissive rather than helpful. On a Lisboat trip today the crew huddled out of the heavy rain and spray in their cabin and failed to put a very wet cold and bedraggled load of passengers ashore at Belem. Although not responsible for the weather someone in Gray Line’s management needs to train their staff in seeing things from the customer’s point of view and to communicate clearly with them all the time. Yesterday we waited over 30 minutes at Red Stop 4 and no bus came. In short it would have been cheaper and a lot more efficient to use Uber or normal taxis. Partly also to blame is the total lack of coordination of tourist facilities, destinations, signposting and documentation that Lisbon’s local or state government provides. Far too many pinchpoints, long walking only routes and lack of signage.

I have used various bus operators, including Cityrama (Gray Line). Pros: The price is a little lower than with City Sightseeing. They have more lines available. Equal: The stops are quite similar. Not all of them are very useful however. They do stop at the large shopping malls. Cons: The bus drivers tend to skip a stop if the bus is full, or if they are too late (I think). When asked about it, they say another bus is right behind them, and to make up time, they alternate stops with the bus behind them. This is understandable, but doesn't work in practice. It's not like every stop has the same number of people waiting, some are more popular. This brings me to the next point, the buses run late very often. A bus should be coming every 30 minutes, but they do not. I understand that during peak hours, traffic is heavy and buses miss their scheduled arrival time. This makes planning difficult. Also, at one point, I was waiting for the bus for 1 hour. When calling customer service, they do not have a reasonable answer to give you, and even get angry somewhat and say you should just wait, and the bus is late because of traffic. I would figure however that the buses before and after the one you are waiting for, also have the same problems with traffic. Even though the bus is late, the interval between buses should not vary that much. I noticed the second day, they do not send buses from the starting point every 30 minutes, rather 45. The buses have no airconditioning, although the windows do open. On hot days (30 degrees), the temperature in the bus gets to 40 degrees though. This is similar with other bus lines, although the other ones have a shaded window. Audio quality is decent, although no one bothers to tell you that you need headphones to listen to the audio, and need to bring them yourself. They are not provided. There is no money back offered if you decide to forego the second day or any other day. When waiting for 1 hour, no compensation is offered. Considering the price of subway in Lissabon, and the average taxi or Uber fare, the price of a 48h ticket can get you around 4-5 taxi rides, 7-8 Uber rides or 42 subway rides. You can even take the regular bus which is is cheaper, and stops at most locations on the route. Update: if you just want to sit in the bus and take the whole route and see (not hopping on and off), an Uber will drive you around the route for EUR 20. If you go with 2 routes it's EUR 40. No audio though, but private ride.

Booked the red/green lines. Late start with no explanation. It went down hill since. Hop off hop on is a joke. Waiting over 30 mins on stop 2...see other bus companies went by 3 times! Still waiting...My Advice if for 2 or 3 people, take Uber. It's cheat and faster...after 45 mins we gave up.

Hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient, die Abfahrt-Zeiten stimmen überhaupt nicht. Es ist angegeben, dass ein Buss alle 25 - 30 Minuten kommt. In Wirklichkeit kommen die Busse alle 45 - 60 Minuten. Das Unternehmen ist nicht zu Empfehlen.

Wann man einen Minus Stern vergeben könnte, dann würde ich das hier, das erste Mal tun!!! Es war die miserabelste Sightseeing Tour, die wir je erlebt haben. Schlechte Ausschilderung der Busstationen, wenig Informationen über die Sehenswürdigkeiten, durch die automatische Ansage. Schlechte Anbindungen und unterirdische Frequenz der Busse. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier mehr mit warten verbracht, als ein touristisches Erlebnis zu haben.... NIE WIEDER!!!

There are a way too less buses, so either you wait forever for the next bus or you cannot enter the bus or there is no place to sit. You can easily mix up this bus line with another company, which also operates red buses, called hop on/off buses

Péssimo serviço. Em 16/04/19, o ônibus demorou uma hora e quinze minutos para chegar, a fila estava gigantesca e o motorista se recusou a levar os passageiros porque o ônibus já estava lotado. Durante esse tempo vários onibus de outras empresas de turismo passaram, como a Yellow Bus. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

Utiliser ces lignes de bus touristique est très pratique pour visiter Lisbonne et ne rien manquer des lieux incontournables. D'une durée de 48 h, on monte et descend aux arrêts déjà défini sur la ligne.

Ridiculous... sometimes no bus for an hour. Busses always full, sometimes we had to wait for the next. The other companies seem more reliable. Phone contact was very unfriendly. Unfortunately the audio guide also is not really detailed. So never again for me.

Waste of Time! There is no timetable for the buses, just a rough guide of "every 40mins" or "every 2 hours" depending on the route. So you never know when to wait for the bus or how long you will need to wait until the next one arrives. There is no track of the buses on their app, so you don't know if you have missed a bus or not either. To top it, the staff didn't tell us that some of the stops were not in service on some days, so we ended up waiting at one of the not in service stops for over an hour! Not something you want to do on holiday! We purchased the 48 hour pass in hope that it will save us time and money, but it created frustration instead. It would have been more pleasant and cheaper to just catch an Uber everywhere.

Die schlechteste Sightseeing Bustour die ich je gebucht habe. Schlechte Ausschilderung der Stationen und alle 4 von uns genutzten Busse warenin einem schlechten Zustand. Ich konnte an 20 ausprobiert Sitzplätzen die Kopfhörer nicht nutzen. Da die Anschlüsse defekt waren. Auf dem upper deck waren die Sitze beschädigt und keine Anschnallmoglichkeiten, definitiv ei.n Sicherheitsrisiko. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN

Sacamos un pack de 2 líneas para 48 horas con tuctuc incluido, eramos un grupo de 7 personas, preguntamos por el tuctuc nos dijeron que se cogía en un sitio y que no nos preocuparemos por ser 7, que podíamos ir juntos pero en 2 vehículos, primer día, maratón de Lisboa, cambian las rutas sin avisar, bueno, es causa ajena a ellos, no les vamos a culpar porque no depende de ellos, pero si podían avisar antes de comprar los tickets, por este motivo perdemos bastante tiempo, el día siguiente, ya sin maratón, nos subimos con las maletas y empieza a pasarse paradas, nos pata muy lejos de donde queríamos bajarnos, le decimos al chófer que por que no ha parado cuando hemos estado pulsando el botón de parada y atentos a la reacción,nos dice que lo ha dicho por los auriculares, eso es mentira y además se suelta el cinturón de seguridad y hace amago de salir a agredirnos. No hemos estado hábiles para coger el número del bus y poner una queja formal contra el. Después de esto coge las maletas con una niña y sube desde la plaza del comercio a la que está enfrente de la estación del tren, hemos dejado las maletas en la consigna, vamos a buscar el tuctuc y solo había uno, no podíamos montar todos juntos ni ir en 2 separados pero juntos, además nos dice que el recorrido que nos recomendaron al comprar los tickets no lo hacía. GREYLINE Nunca mais.

If you catch this bus, stay in it for the duration of the ride. It's pretty unpredictable, and the app doesn't work as it should (it doesn't show the location or timetable of the buses). It's pretty average overall, sometimes the buses are not so well maintained (some audio guide boxes are broken in varying degrees) but you get the earbuds and the map pretty easily and conveniently in the front of the bus and the audio guide itself is pretty good, in many languages.

Unsympathetic, rude customer service and very misleading cancellation policy. Their website says Free cancellation up to 24 hours before chosen travel date and I was well within that timeframe during the time I contacted them. But NO, they said tickets are non-refundable. THEN I asked if we could at least use the tickets in another city (knowing that this company is a big chain company throughout Europe and we were only traveling to Rome the following day) but they said no and the tickets are non-transferable. Save your money and try other smaller companies that actually value its customers.

Service vraiment mauvais: le chauffeur qui a fait mon ticket s est trompé de destination et vu la lisibilité, je ne m en suis pas aperçue. Le premier jour ça a fonctionné sur la ligne rouge et la ligne verte. Le deuxième jour, sur la ligne verte, après 45 minutes d attente, le chauffeur m a ridiculisée et a refusé de me prendre car le billet ne correspondait pas (mais fonctionnait la veille..)....Bref, comme vous le voyez, en plus de perdre du temps (Attente longue), vous perdrez de l argent et de la dignité;-) Choisissez une autre compagnie: certaines autres compagnies sont passées 2 fois en 40 minutes contre 0 fois pour gray line. Fuyez pendant qu' il en est encore temps!

The drivers are extremely rude. They watch tv on there phones as they are driving. They have long and loud conversations on the phone while driving. So loud u can barely hear the recording. Dreadful experience.

Oh mann. Das Schlechteste, was wir je erlebt haben Wir sind schon öfter mit Bussen dieser Company gefahren. Leider ist Pünktlichkeit fehl am Platz. Haben bei der Abfahrt vom Startpunkt mit einer Stunde Verspätung die Runde begonnen. Beim Stop von Interesse mussten wir wieder über 45 Minuten warten, bis der nächste Bus uns einsammelt. Und wir warten immer noch. Doof nur, wenn man hierfür auch 25€ pro Person investiert hat. Besser nie wieder!

Beware! There are no second chances with this company! Maria, in the office booth, with a stoic demeanor and lack of customer service skills, told us lost or misplaced ticket policy, which is no replacement. Must buy again. To top this off, our first day of accessing this tour we weren’t given good service. We had to ask for a map. All hop on/off companies I’ve used to date usually offer you a map at least. Beware. The buses are good shape and all. Tours were great. The booth of workers to redeem ticket isn’t so great. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya. Whatever you do don’t lose ticket! Check competition policy to see if similar policy.

Avoid trip to Sintra at all costs with this agency. Guide was sub-par and ignorant, so-called lunch (13€) was rancid and there was almost no time to see Capo da Roca. Over-priced and dreadful experience by company, the locations were awesome.

The bus trip itself is great and educational. The information is very clear and the route itself is inspiring. If I would choose next Time, I would choose another company. The wait was quite long, we needed to wait 50 minutes to have a free bus. Also with 28 Euro for 1 day and all lines it's not cheap

Tourist trap! I did few tour bus in USA and it was very nice, but here in Lisbon is not worth it, not at all!! The circuits are made to pick you your money and they are very long. Many plugs for earphone doesn't works, driver are going fast, information in the audio guide are not clear and 95% you don't know where you are supposed to look. Also information are frequently repetitive or delayed with the place you are. Waste of time and waste of money! Aks for a tuk-tuk instead you will be better served.

Stops were hard to identify most of the time and sometimes there was even no sign. Staff unfriendly. Tuk tuk ride place changed to what we were told and the map showed it wrong too. When we finally got to the tuk tuk place the driver (only one tuk tuk) told us his shift ends at 5 pm after we were waiting for 30 min. We ended up using public transport which is way more convenient in my opinion than this frustrating gray bus tour. Also speakers did not work most of the time and the music was super loud while the voice of the narrator was silent (German).

Un monde fou et ils prennent toujours les touristes, résultat des bus bondés aux arrêts dans la ville sans pouvoir monter dedans, des arrêts qui ne sont pas bien répertoriés sur leur carte et vous ne pouvez pas marcher entre deux arrêts au risque de ne plus retrouver la ligne de bus, alors ils ont une appli pour vous vendre des billets "forcement" mais pas de carte sur google avec les arrêts géolocalisés "qui ne serait pas un luxe"

I've definitely been on better hop-on-hop-off tours, but reading other reviews it seems like all the Lisbon tours have their issues, especially with frequency of services (about one every half hour). The staff are very friendly and are happy to answer questions, but the company isn't very good at giving information beforehand. We got a 48-hour ticket, not realising that the second day of this was a public holiday. That meant the buses were going to be diverted, but we only found this out when we asked. Also, don't ride this during rush hour, or you'll get stuck in traffic for ages and they may end up cutting the route short without warning like they did with us. The guided tour is OK, but it can be hard to know what building it's referring to. 'On your right...' could mean now, in 1 minute's time or 30 seconds ago. It seemed like the audio in quite a few seats wasn't working well too. The selection of routes is good and this seems to be more reasonably priced than some tours (48-hour tickets currently start at €22), but don't expect this to be amazing.

Péssima experiência, comprei o ticket para 3 dias, estou no segundo dia e ele atrasou pelo menos 1 hora em todos os pontos, nos fez perder muitos passeios. A proposta não é ser Hop On Hop Off, n foi. Ficamos 1 hora esperando no ponto 12 da linha azul e estamos esperando a 1 hora no ponto do shopping Colombo. Perdemos boa parte do dia. Não indico essa empresa para ninguém, muito desorganizados, na hora de vender é tudo maravilhoso, depois que vc paga 40 euros, passe seu dia em um ponto de ônibus, e não passeie.

Busse sind gut für Stadtbesichtigung. Man kann an den Haltestellen beliebig oft ein und aussteigen oder einfach sitzen bleiben und zuhören. Rote Linie Belém: Moderne Busse. Bedienung der Kopfhörer modern, einfach und verständlich, ohne zusätzliche Anleitung. Gratis W-Lan im Bus. Es wurde nicht berücksichtigt, dass wenn viele Touristen an einem Ort sind, müssen die irgend wann zurück. Diese können nicht mit überladene Bussen abgeholt werden, da diese ja theoretisch nicht mehr einsteigen können, da man theoretisch nicht stehen darf. Da der vorherige überladen war, dieser auch und niemand weiss, wie der Nächste ist, wird einfach eingestiegen und gestanden. Da sollte man zwischendurch auch mal leere senden. Die Konkurrenz löst das Problem mit der Taktzeit, da fährt ständig einer. Hinterer Teil der Busse ist offen, die Personen sind den Bäumen schutzlos ausgeliefert. Die Kennzeichnung beim Einsteigen (welche Schlange welche Linie beim Start) könnte auch verbessert werden. Ohne Fragen ist es nicht ersichtlich. Gute Fahrer und freundliches Personal. Ein Lob an eure Busfahrer. Scheinen die Einzigen in Lissabon zu sein, die wissen, was Ampeln und Blaulicht mit Sirene bedeuten. Blaue Linie Oriente: Ältere Busse. Diverse Kopfhörerbuchsen gehen nicht oder haben abgebrochene Teile drin. Bedienung der Kopfhörer sehr mühsam, da die Anleitung teilweise fehlt oder abgegriffen ist (nicht mehr lesbar). Wenn man die Nummer seiner Sprache kennt, ist die Bedienung einfach. Kein W-Lan im Bus. Busfahrer kennt die Farbe Rot nicht. Bitte VOR Ticketverkauf auf nicht befahrbare Strecke aufmerksam machen, nicht erst im Bus (19.09.2018).

Experiência horrível. Motorista mau educado, extremamente deselegante. Quando estávamos embarcado na linha que faz o Castelo, ainda no Marquês de Pombal, houve uma briga feia entre o motorista e o Staff da empresa, dentro do ônibus. Uma verdadeira baixaria Onde o staff puxou o freio do ônibus quase derrubando os turistas. Não recomendo essa empresa. Infelizmente eu já havia pago meu bilhete.

The worst company for such a service. I believe all other companies were better. No frequent buses. They don't stop where they are supposed to on the map they give you. They are always late. The buses are full I dunno how with this much of bad service!! I saw all the other buses stopping where and when they are supposed to except the grayline buses! They made Lisbon experience unpleasant one!

Very bad. The driver kicked 2 busses fill of passengers somerwehre out without any Information. On the place where 2 people from the company and was telling us that we have to wait 30 minutes. I was asking the driver and he told me, I don't know just my boss told me. After round 15 minutes came another bus. BUT, he was driving in the wrong way. That drive broke 2 times the engine of the bus and is not a safe and good driver. I pay 22 Euro and will no go into the front of the law with 50 other passengers.

ツアーに関心を持ったので、連絡しましたが、最初だけは返信があるものの、予約したいと言っても、以降、全く返信がありません。1人でも予約できると言うから連絡したのに、ガッカリです。不親切です。有名ガイドブックに載ってますがおススメでくません。ひとつ星もつけたくありません。別のツアー会社に連絡したら、ものすごく早く、親切に回答くれたので、そちらに決めました。

Très mauvaise compagnie. Nous avons prix les trois ligne soit 50 euros pour 2. Nous avions dès commentaire mais tout mes écouteur ne marcher pas forcément... Pas assez de bus trop dattente. Nous attendons encore notre tour en tuk tuk gratuit chercher pendant les deux jours de notre voyage et trouver à 15h30 plein à craquer nous annoncent que c’était son dernier voyage.les horaire n’était pas communiquer ni le bon lieu de son emplacement qui a changer 4 fois.(petite info c’est un tuk tuk rayer noire et blanc avec une mini pancarte derrière lui) Ne recommande pas

La frecuencia deja mucho que desear, indican que pasan, según las líneas, entre 5 y 25 minutos y no se respetan los horarios. Salvo la persona que nos vendió los billetes en la Estación de Trenes, el resto poco dispuestos a da información. Recomiendo otras líneas como Yellow.

Well, where do I start. Firstly, bus with faulty air conditioning where it was colder to stand outside in 30 degrees. Then onto the boat with absolutely no safety drill or information announcements, all capped off when a random passenger was invited to take over from the captain. Sinceramente lo peor de mi viaje a Lisboa. Contratamos la visita clásica a la ciudad y consiste en dos paradas para hacer fotos por el exterior de la Torre de Belén y el monumento a los descubridores. Fuimos a los Jerónimos y la visita consiste en ver la iglesia cuya entrada es gratuita...y ni siquiera pudimos entrar porque estaban celebrando misa, además de tener que esperar a que el chófer volviera. Ir a ver el barrio de Alfama para mí no consiste en unos chupitos de Oporto en una tienda de souvenirs y volver a montar al autobús. Sólo merece museo Nacional dos coches. No sólo caro, además una perdida de tiempo...

Don't use this company in Lisbon! We were told the wrong place to catch the next bus, when it came it was full, so we waited for the next one. This one took us to the top of the road and there we were told to swap buses which we couldn't do as it was full. If we wanted to we could sit on the original one and wait 25 minutes for it to start up ! A total waste of an hour and a half, we had a refund!

Mi experiencia ha sido bastante mala, los autobuses no funcionaban ni con suficiente regularidad ni el aire acondicionado ni los dispositivos de escucha y en algunos la música de la grabación era tan alta que no se escuchaban las explicaciones El conductor no nos paró en la parada solicitada porque arriba no funcionaba el llamador y tuvimos que andar mucho para poder cogerlo otra vez. También fue bastante desagradable. Las fechas han sido: del 16 al 19 de agosto.

Due linee su tre hanno percorsi di nessun interesse turistico. La voce che fa da guida al viaggio è accompagnata da musica deprimente e noiosa. Le fermate non sono sempre segnalate numericamente. Un brutto servizio considerando le bellezze che Lisbona ha da offrire. 25,00€ a testa per il pacchetto completo di tre linee per vedere il nulla assoluto e annoiarsi mortalmente.

NEVER HOP OFF!!! POOR FREQUENCY AND FULL BUSES! It takes 25/30 minutes of waiting for the next bus which will be, almost certainly, full. You will be lucky if you can have a place standing up, though. On the first day we learned the lesson and caught them on the first stop (number 1). Not only us but most of other tourists didn't leave the bus, otherwise we would not be able to catch the next. People that were waiting at the stops could not get in.

Awful experience -the buses were super crowded and jacks for headsets did not work and no one on Grayline’s staff cared. They said just get off! At each stop 10-15 people were waiting to get on the bus, but there were no seats. The people waiting in line said they had waited over an hour for a bus and were very angry to not be able to board this bus. No one could tell them how long they would have to wait for the next bus. Very ugly experience on 2 of their buses, as we had bought 2 day tickets.

Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen! Busse kommen teilweise nur im Stundentakt, während die anderen Sightseeing Busse alle 10 Minuten kommen. Zudem funktionieren die meisten Kopfhöreranschlüsse nicht!

Horrible services. There's a shortage of buses (at least compared to their competitors), which means they never held schedule during our trip and we spent significant time waiting for the buses. The audio tour wasn't working on two of the buses we went on. The location of an additional included tour had been changed to two stops earlier and their maps are old. This meant we had to walk back 30 minutes to catch that tour. Staff is rude when you ask about these issues and generally not very helpful (though one guy was extremely helpful). Listen to the reviews and go for the 'real' hop on hop off bus. You'll regret going for this one. We did.

Desastre total. Faltan autobuses para dar un buen servicio. Cuando pasan, hay tantos viajeros que muchos van de pie. No hay aire acondicionado, fuimos hacinados y asfixiados con dos niños. En el tiempo que esperamos en una parada, pasaron dos de la competencia. La audioguìa es floja y grabada muy baja, apenas se escucha al máximo de volumen. Desastroso, mala suerte haberlos elegido a ellos.

I’ve done several double decker bus tours and this one is by far the worst. We caught the bus from outside the time out market, the driver didn’t even offer us headphones we had to find them for ourselves. The bus was very crowded but my friend and I found separate seats on the top deck. I plugged my headset in and chose English but no noise whatsoever came out of my headphones. I noticed several people around me were just on the bus not listening. My friend said she could only hear music. Eventually when the vocals begin it was in Chinese and she was unable to change the language to English. She moved to another seat and plugged her headset in and was met with nothing. When the gentleman next to her left I moved and plugged my headset there and nothing. We hoped that this was just a dodgy bus.. but no we got off at Belém tower and hopped on a new bus (after waiting at the stop for 30 minutes) which was just as terrible, over crowded and no seats available. Do yourself a favour and choose the yellow bus. 5 of them came by whilst we were waiting for our bus and they all had ample seat room.

Waited over an hour at one stop only to watch buses pass by because they were too full. The second day after waiting 45 minutes for a bus it broke down and made us get out and wait for another bus. At that point we hired a taxi. Go with one of the other companies.

Should have listened to the poor star rating... DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Grey Line's drivers are miserably discobtent and lackadaisical bordering on rude. and their buses are too few and always full. Our bus driver accelerated past a family running for a pickup... And it was the last pick up of the day!! We waited while three full buses passed us... Clearly they needed more vehicles. Stick to the safe choice. Go with City Sightseeing.

Overall, a very pleasurable and efficient experience. We went on the hop-on, hop-off buses in Lisbon. The tour was given via headphones (provided by company) and the quality was quite good, was also given in many languages and very informative. Always able to find a seat. We were able to buy tickets from the driver right on the bus. Hit a lot of interesting tourist spots. Buses were mostly on time at the variety of stops. Signage for the different colour lines could be a little better. Drivers were helpful when needed. Would recommend this!

Eigentlich hat alles sehr gut begonnen. Schöner Rundgang, erzählung in Deutsch usw. Leider hat sich dann alles geändert als wir einen bestimmten Bus nehmen wollten. Die Frauen an der Bushaltestelle meinten es geht 10-15min, dies ging dann jedoch 45min, ein Bus hat unsere Haltestelle sogar ausgelassen. Aber die beste Erfahrung hatten wir als wir zurück wollten. Als wir auf den Bus gewartet haben fuhr ein Bus genau die selbe Strecke zurück wie er hingefahren ist, so wie es beschrieben war. Also alles gut und recht. Doch wollte er nicht anhalten weil die Haltestelle nur auf der Hinfahrt bedient wird. Dies wäre eine Sache von 30sec gewesen. Eigentlich schade. Alles hätte sehr viel potenzial. Wir haben danach halt noch einmal 1h auf den nächsten Bus gewartet.

We did a tour today with Gray Line around Lisbon. Overall we found the tour pretty ordinary, just not that interesting. Using our earphones so we could hear the history etc. we had to put up with Michael Bublé throughout the tour. No one should be put through that. I ended up removing the earphones. Apart from Michael Bublé, he was singing Christmas carols! I mean it’s January 14! I’ve done bus tours in the past without music, it was totally fine. Smarten up Gray Line!!

Driver decided unilaterally, without telling passengers o board, while he was driving the red line to change route. So never stopped where should have, then rudely informed passengers who dared asked it was 40 minutes to return. Rude to foreigners, constantly chatting on the phone and mumbling. Worst service ever. Do NOT recommend. Expensive and a bloody joke.

Ich fange mit den positiven an: man kommt an interessante Bereiche unkompliziert, ich hatte heute eine ganz tolle junge Frau als Fahrerin Die negativen Sachen sind: die meisten Kraftfahrer sprechen kein Englisch, die Beschreibungen von den Orten könnten ausführlicher sein, das warten auf den Bus ist eine Glückssache(kommt er, wenn ja wann?!) Fazit: schnell mal eben viel sehen ist es prima, sonst empfehle ich ein 24h Ticket zu kaufen und die Busse oder Metro zu nutzen! Ist günstiger und schneller!

Da ärgert man sich, dass man einen Stern geben muss. Der Anfang war prima. Gut beraten worden und Tips bekommen. Dann bezahlt. Das war's dann auch. Weiß nicht warum Abfahrtszeiten ausgeschrieben werden, wenn es doch niemanden interessiert. Man sollte berücksichtigen, dass in der Stadt viel Verkehr ist. Aber wenn man nach 40 Minuten warten anruft und nach dem Bus trägt und man gesagt bekommt : der nächste kommt gleich und das der andere halt 15 vor der Zeit schon gefahren ist , ärgert man sich. Drei Mal ausgestiegen und jedesmal gewartet. Das nächste Mal wieder öffentlich oder mir Taxis. Lissabon ist zu schön um die Zeit an Haltestellen zu verbringen.

Rausgeschmissenes Geld. Die Busse fahren selten, die Linie nach Cabo da Roca wird nur ein- oder zweimal am Tag bedient. Wann und ob erfährt man erst, wenn man an der Starthaltestelle ist ("next Bus in three hours"). Die innerörtlichen Linien fahren wohl häufiger, aber immer noch viel zu selten, um wirklich "Hop on, Hop off" zu sein. Eher "Hop off, search and wait", denn Bushaltestellen werden verlegt, aber es wird nicht verraten, wohin. Hat man dann einen Bus ergattert, kann man entsetzlich lustlosen Erläuterungen lauschen, untermalt von deprimierend eintönigen Fado. Pro: Die Busse waren sauber und gepflegt, die Fahrer okay.

We decided to go with Gray Line as opposed to their competition and regretted it very much. DO NOT TRUST THEIR MAP!! We got the red and green lines tickets. We took the red line first and hopped off at point 8 and walked to get back on the bus on point 9. We checked the map and found the sign. we waited for almost on hour when someone else told us the pick up point was on the other side of the street. I am assuming they changed the stop at some point and never cared to update the map or move the sign, or let passengers know of the change. We then took the green line, which was a very small bus. The driver would get to a stop and, if no one was getting off, he would just keep going. He never waited, not even 10 seconds, which I found bizarre. When we got off on point 8, he told us that was not the actual stop and told us where it was. Again, I found it unethical of his part, since he really wasn't giving people any chance to get on the bus. When we went back to the stop to get back on the bus, we waited for 35 minutes for the first one to show up. The driver stopped to tell us she didn't have any room. We waited another 30 minutes and decided to Uber back to the hotel. Horrible experience!! Waste of our time and money!

Kaartjes via internet gekocht voor twee dagen. Deze e ticket moet je omruilen voor een stom bonnetje.. Bleek achteraf 1 lijn tour te zijn ipv 2. Door het verschil bij te leggen mochten we een twee lijn bus tour doen. Helaas waren we het bonnetje kwijt geraakt. We vroegen om een kopie van onze bonnetje, maar deze kregen we niet, we moesten maar nieuwe kopen. De mensen van de kiosk waren heel onbeleefd (Lees: zeer asociaal!) Contact nummer van de gray line gebeld, ook zij waren zeer onbeleefd (asociaal). Later contact gezocht met het internet bedrijf waar wij onze kaartjes hadden gekocht. Dit bedrijf heef het netjes afgehandeld. Ze hebben het geld terug gestort. Ik raad deze cityrama gray line ook echt niemand aan qua vriendelijkheid. Tour is goed, buschauffeurs waren beleefd. Door de drukte in de stad kan het soms wat langer duren, maar daar kunnen de buschauffeurs niks aan doen. Door asociaal gedraag van de kiosk persoon geef ik ze 1 ster.

Never ever again with GRAY. I wouldn't choose this company again. We had booked the 48h package for 26 € per person. Included are 4 different tours of 30-120min duration. On the second day we booked the tour Cascais. For inexplicable reasons the tour was almost 3h long instead of 1h 40min. In addition, the bus driver took a break of 40min in the middle. The bus driver drove like a madman, was always at the mobile phone and not concentrated. In addition, 4 of 8 sights were not even visited on the tour. The company GRAY is simply catastrophic.

Contratamos dos líneas. Castle line nos dio buen servicio, con audioguias funcionando, autobús cubierto para la lluvia y posibilidad de bajar y subir en las paradas, haciendo el recorrido completo. Sin embargo, nada de esto funcionó en Belem line. Nos bajamos en la Torre de Belem y no hubo manera de subirnos en el monasterio de los Jerónimos para continuar el recorrido y volver a Lisboa, volviendo en uno de línea. Además el autobús no iba cubierto en un día lluvioso, tampoco funcionó el audioguia. Resumiendo, servicio pésimo pagando 22 € por persona. No lo recomendamos.

La línea verde q va al centro tiene muy poca frecuencia. Hay q esperar mucho para poder desplazarse,. Compramos las 4 líneas y no pudimos hace la de cascais pq cierra a las 5 obviamente no pudimos tomarla por q la verde nos retraso el círcuito. Posiblemente hay otras compañías q ofrezcan mejor Servicio no lo se. Pero esta no la recomiendo.

Hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient, die einzustellende Sprache Deutsch in überhaupt nicht zu verstehen. Die Abfahrt-Zeiten stimmen überhaupt nicht. Es ist angegeben, dass ein Bus alle 25 - 30 Minuten kommt. In Wirklichkeit kommen die Buse alle 45 - 60 Minuten. Das Unternehmen ist nicht zu Empfehlen.

The tour groups are far too large. Currently on the Sintra Deluxe tour and I wish I'd stayed at the hotel. There are over 50 people following one guide.

WORST tour bus agency ever! The rudest staff I have ever encountered. I was at the main stop - waiting for over 15 minutes for the bus to leave. There were about three bus drivers - chatting and laughing about how hot it was. I got up asked what time it was leaving at and they started laughing even more. The worst people I have ever met. I do not recommend this agency at all!

Awful. Chose a bus tour as my back was bad. Seat shape was so painful and I’m petite. They didn’t turn up for 3 hours in Belém and then changed the stop and then broke down. Buses always packed can rarely get a seat and the talking if you do get a seat is soo annoying. Staff were rude and told me I had to find the exact woman I got ticket from to get a refund, yeah right! I went off peak too so can’t imagine how bad in peak. Do not book this company, the other red and yellow turn up all the time, they have more buses

Classic Lisbon Tour The guide on this tour, Margerita, was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. We met at the designated meeting point, and as it was a Monday, we visited the Palacio Nacional da Ajuda instead of Jeronimos Monastery and Coach Museum, as both are closed on a Monday. The tour was extremely comprehensive and Margerita catered for 3 different languages, Italian, French and English, after enquiring as to our nationalities. As we were a small group, we had a lovely mini bus which was air conditioned and very comfortable indeed. We were able to see most sites in Lisbon that we would not have managed to see if on our own, as we had a very limited time in the city. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this tour, which not only saves time, but is also a great way to get to know the city of Lisbon.

Fatal,llevamos hora y media esperando en la parada la linea roja,han pasado mas de 30 autobuses amarillos,linea verde,rojo de otra compañía pero esta compañia ninguno.he preguntado y me dicen pronto llegaran....si uno...otro..otro....se supone que .las 7 pasa el ultimo...desde las 5.30 esperando y son la 6.51. Explicaciones sobre la ciudad muy flojas en líneas roja, naranja y azul y grabadas con un volumen bastante bajo en cualquiera de las tres. Los autobuses pasan con mucha menos frecuencia de la que establecen por lo que se pierde mucho tiempo esperando a los autobuses en las paradas. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Visita realizada días 22 y 23 de agosto de 2019

Première et dernière fois que j'utilise ce genre de bus, une attente interminable entre les bus, parfois jusqu'à 40 min. Nous avons fini par louer une trottinette électrique, si vous avez 1 semaine à perdre pour visiter Lisbonne prenez ce bus, autrement prenez n'importe quoi d'autre métro, tuktuk, trottinette... Tres mauvaise compagne dz bus. A eviter+++++!!!! Bilets achetes pour 3 lignes pour 6 personnes Ce jour, on a pris la ligne verte, le bus s'arrete au millieu de la route (rue de commerce) sans attendre que les autres bus quittent l'arret, donc il a fallu se faufiler parmi les autres bus pour arrivé au celui destiné. Avant de monter, j'ai demandé au chauffeur s'il a 6 places dispos, il me dit, pas pb, venez. Apres nous, il fait monter encore 2 personnes. Surprise il y a juste 5 places assises, mon mari et les 2 autres se retrouvent debout. Il roule 300 m et il s'arret en plein soleil pour faire descendre les 3 personnes debout. Il commence a crier, et meme il prend le billet d'une personne debout pour le dechirer alors qu'il est valable 48h. Apres au moins 30 min passés en plein soleil, on demarre apres que les 2 personnes sont montés au prochain bus. Pourquoi il a accepté de recevoir nous 6+encore 2 en sachant qu'il avait juste 5 places, facile a compter car le bus qui desert la lugne vert est petit (taille d'un fourgon)... En plus les enceintes ne fonctionnes pas, la description des objectif touristiques est décalé sur le trajet et de toute façon contient max. 1 phrase/objectif. Si qql de la compagne voit ce message, j'ai noté la plaque d'immatriculation de ce monsieur tres malpoli.

Wir haben schon viele Städte besucht und dabei Stadtrundfahrten gebucht, in Lissabon ist es definitiv abzocke 0% Qualität, 1000% Wartezeit und 5% Information auf der Fahrt, wenn der Anschluß funtionierte. 85 % der Fahrt hört man Musik, 5% die Nummer der Haltestelle, der Rest ist dann die Info. Ganz schlechtes Gefühl nach Abzocke

While visiting Lisbon for business my wife joined me and we extended our stay by a few days. We made the mistake of booking a 2-day pass with this company instead of Yellow Bus or CitySightseeing, both of which operate in Lisbon and both with which I’ve always had good experiences. After these two days with Gray Line, I will stay clear of them at all costs. Their buses run so infrequently that twice we waited at a stop for over 30-minutes and each time we saw at least two buses each from the other two companies come by in that timeframe and pick up their passengers. Yesterday we were on the Green/Castelo line and both my sound system and my wife’s sound system were extremely static-filled. Neither of us could hear what the narrator was saying and heard nothing through 2 or 3 full stops before we were able to relocate to another pair of seats (the small bus was full after we boarded). My wife found a seat that had a sound system that was not filled with static, but I unfortunately did not and my next seat also had poor, static-filled sound. At the next stop I relocated once again and this time the sound system was not static-filled, but it was still very difficult to hear the narrator for two main reasons. First, the sound was still very poor and muffled. Second, inexplicably, there was a speaker right over my head that had background music playing so loudly that I could not hear the narrator even if the sound wasn’t muffled. Why would the driver have the vehicle speaker system playing music during a tour? I literally learned nothing new from this tour as I always do. I heard really nothing that the narrator said the whole time I was on the bus. Since we already bought a 2-day pass we decided to try our luck again today, figuring we couldn’t possibly have another bad experience. Wrong. After first searching for 20 minutes for stop #4 on their Belem Line (which is not marked as such), we again waited nearly another half hour for a bus while we saw the happy customers on two different Yellow Buses cruise by. When we boarded we were happy to see that the earphone jacks looked newer and less beat up than they did on yesterday’s bus. Unbelievably, though, when we plugged in our headphones there was brief but disrupting garbling of the narration every 5-6 seconds. We moved seats to no avail. Then we heard others talking about it. It was like that for every seat in the bus, not just ours. Why didn’t we get off the bus and get on the next one which surely (!) would have better quality sound, you may ask? We were afraid to get off because who knew how long we’d have to wait for another bus, given how long we waited to get on the one we were on! So, we paid for two 2-day pass tickets, wasted over 6 hours of our limited time in Lisbon waiting for and riding on their very poor quality buses, with unrelated music blaring out of speakers overhead, heard very little and learned/enjoyed even less. Gray Line. Never again for us.

Also wir haben schon verschiedene Hop On Hop Off Touren mitgemacht, aber diese war wirklich extrem schlecht. Es fängt damit an, dass es drei Linien gibt von denen eine (die Blaue Linie) gar nicht fuhr. Es werden Stationen die auf der Karte eingezeichnet sind nicht angefahren. Wir standen dort und haben gewartet, aber die Busse sind einfach vorbeigefahren. Ein Busfahrer hat uns gesehen und hat uns praktisch die Tür vor der Nase zugemacht und ist losgefahren. Das geht absolut gar nicht. Wenn man dann im Bus ist werden die Stationen entweder nicht angesagt, oder der Bus fährt gleich dran vorbei. Am Ende haben wir aufgegeben und haben uns ein UBER bestellt. Ich habe außerdem noch nie so viel Musik aber so wenig Informationen gehört. Die wenigen Informationen haben sich dann noch wiederholt. Man steht auch länger im Stau, weil der Bus offenbar nicht die Busspur benutzen darf. Insgesamt ist man ewig im Bus sieht aber relativ wenig von der Stadt. Deswegen lohnt sich diese Tour wirklich nicht. Für die Innenstadt würde ich eine Tuk Tuk Tour empfehlen. Die wird zwar ähnlich oder etwas mehr kosten, aber man sieht immerhin viel von der Stadt, hat einen persönlichen Guide und steht nicht ewig im Stau. Nach Belem würde ich mit der Tram oder einem UBER fahren. Eigentlich waren diese Touren immer gut, aber in Lissabon ist es vergeudete Zeit und Geld. Am Service sollte außerdem dringend gearbeitet werden, was die vielen schlechten Bewertungen auch deutlich zeigen. Deswegen nicht empfehlenswert und für uns war es eine Touristenabzocke.

DO NOT USE GRAYLINE TOURS IN LISBON!! First red flag should have been the difficulty in reaching anyone at the number required to confirm our online purchase reservation. Next, we had to find our way to the middle of Lisbon to pick up our paper tickets. Then wait in a long line, to get on a full bus. Then sit in a seat with a non-working headset. The final straw was waiting for a bus that pulled up 15 munutes late..it was the correct color based on our ticket, heading to the town we were going to (Cascais) and he would not let us board. The driver kept saying "Lisboa, 10 minutes" at least 3 times. We could only assume he meant a 10 more minute wait. That was 30 minutes ago. We are now headed to the train to take that. $56 wasted!!! If I could give 0 star i would. This company is very disorganized.

Compramos no hotel é é mais difícil conseguir a gentileza delas. Nas paradas, é comum o ônibus passar cheio e faltar lugar. O mãos que é distribuído está desatualizado.

Bad idea to use those buses. No evening rides, yet life in lisbon begins after 18.00. Waiting for them takes too long - about 1 hour. Too expencive for that level of service. And buses of compeeting companies are absolutely indistinguishable, wich causes a lot of confusion.

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Choose some (any) other tour provider! Each of us paid $87 for a day tour from Lisbon to Sintra, Cabo Da Roca, Cascais (not incl lunch). The company provided us with absolutely unacceptably terrible service by reaping us off! Our group of about 25 people were provided by a tour guide who had to give us a tour in four (4) different languages! You can only imagine how disjointed and annoying it turned out for all of us! By the time she would try to deliver the fact in a third language, we would have long passed the sight! In the end, nobody was really learn anything! When we approached the castle, we found out the interpreting equipment didn’t work. It became pretty much impossible to learn anything because the castle has narrow hallways and small rooms, so we all had to proceed by one or two people max at a time. Really, it was a self-guided tour! One of the members of the group (I think he was from Spain) started to yell at the tour guide as he lost his patience and was very angry at the poor organization and terrible service! Everyone felt bad for the tour guide - an older petit woman who tried to do her best in this situation. But really, it wasn’t quite her fault: it is this greedy tour company that threw her under the bus. I mean how the hell are you supposed to conduct an informative and smooth tour in 4 languages?! Especially if the interpreting equipment is down. The equipment though.. she should have double/triple checked it before we started the tour! By the time the group returned to Lisbon, people couldn’t wait to just get off the bus and forget this one day experience. We were the only ones who bothered to tip the tour guide, as the rest were just super annoyed by the provided service. Again I totally blame the company: Cityrama Gray Line Tours. They are terrible! Avoid at all cost!

Castle Line: Waardeloos. Niet doen dus! De bus vertrekt met een rotgang door de stad. De chauffeur die denkt dat hij Mario Andretti is, geeft 0,0 inlichtingen. Hij stopt nergens, pikt niemand op ondanks zwaaiende mensen. Uiteindelijk hebben we hem gedwongen te stoppen door massaal op te staan. En dat was het. Nooit meer een bus gezien. We hebben maar tuktuk en taxi's genomen. Duur busritje: een enkeltje voor 15e pp (×3)!!!

Servicio poco frecuente a alto precio. Para encontrar una parada hay que caminar muchísimo, están muy mal señalizadas si uno no conoce la ciudad. Hasta eso uno se hace el recorrido a pie. El servicio se termina a las 18 hs por lo cual si te bajas a una atracción sumado a la búsqueda de la siguiente parada, ya no logras subirte nuevamente. Nos recorrimos todo el centro buscando paradas mal señalizadas y otras fuera de servicio, además de que a veces el bus pasa lleno y no permiten subir más gente. La entrada de los auriculares está rota en muchos asientos, y si anda, el volumen es muy bajo. La mayoría del tiempo se escucha música (generalmente sólo dos temas que se repiten una y otra vez). Las rutas elegidas nos gustaron, pero se podrían hacer tranquilamente en otro medio de transporte pagando menos y sin esperar más de media hora hasta que llega el siguiente bus. No los recomiendo para nada. Para nosotros fue tiempo y dinero perdido en Lisboa. Bueno, un detalle importante: nadie controla los tickets al subir ;)

Pésimo servicio por parte de algunos conductores que no tienen educación, les haces una pregunta y ni siquiera responden, es una falta de respeto para un servicio que no es barato. Deberían formar al personal ya que son la cara visible del turismo en la ciudad. No se cumplen los horarios establecidos de los recorridos por lo que hacer dos turs el mismo día es tarea imposible.

Absolutely worthless. They took my money for their boat tour version of their service and told me that it was going to launch 30 minutes from that point. They gave me a receipt and told me that I could come back and get on the boat with that receipt. They never showed. I would not buy from them again. Their bus tours are pretty sorry from what I have heard as well.

Da man bei einem Städtetrip nur ein paar Tage zur Verfügung hat, will man die Zeit eigentlich nicht mit Warten verbringen. Genau dies ist aber bei diesem Unternehmen der Fall. Während man wartet, fahren permanent die Busse der Konkurrenz vorbei. Die hätten wir nehmen sollen. Die hätten nur um 2 Euro mehr gekostet (für 72 Stunden), dafür hätten sich aber die Wartezeiten verkürzt. Wartezeiten von 1 Stunde sind keine Seltenheit. Fragt man das Personal, wann denn der Bus kommt, bekommt man "9 minutes" oder "a few minutes" als Antwort. Tatsächlich war es dann aber eine halbe Stunde. In manchen Bussen waren die Erklärungen zu leise, man konnte nicht mehr lauter drehen. Auch sind diese mit den Stationen zeitweise nicht synchron. Positiv war, dass die Busse sauber waren und die Fahrer freundlich. Die Routen sind gut gewählt, die Haltestellen sind eher schlecht gekennzeichnet und schwer zu finden (auch mit Plan).

Absolute Katastrophe. Ich bin selbst busfahrer aber so ein Chaos habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Mit baby habe ich oftmals bis zu einer stunde in der gegend gestanden. An tagen wo fussball gespielt wird werden einihe haltestellen garnicht angefahren. Wir standen dort 2 stunden. Die busfahrer gereizt und Lust los. Einfach nur eine Alptraum Erfahrung.

Solo pudimos subir una vez, los autobuses siempre llenos y nada de cada 25 minutos estuvimos esperando casi una hora, más lo que tardamos en encontrar la parada que está muy mal señalizada. Al final tuvimos que utilizar otro medio de transporte para volver al hotel después de hacer toda la ruta andando un engaño! Nada recomendable!

Attenzione, mi sto riferendo alla Compagnia GreyLine, non alla Hop On Hop Off. Orari di partenza dei bus non veritieri, un po’ a causa del traffico, un po’ al fatto che, per non si sa quale motivo, a volte i bus passano e non si fermano, oppure ti chiedono di scendere e aspettare il prossimo. Autisti per lo più poco disponibili e anche un po’ maleducati, cosa strana perché il lisbonino in generale mi è parso piuttosto gentile. Tutto sommato pratico per girare la città comodamente soprattutto se piove.

Stundenlang auf Bus gewartet und die Sprachsteuerung war nicht synchron. Fazit: Im November sollte man diesen Anbieter besser meiden. Winterfahrplan für teures Geld

Für einen ersten Eindruck über die Stadt ist dieser Anbieter empfehlenswert. Die Ansagen sind in mehreren Sprachen verfügbar. Im Deutschen sind sie klar im akzentfreien Deutsch zu hören und verstehen. Durch das manuelle Auslösen des Fahrers der Ansagen kommt es leider oft zu Verschiebungen mit Ansagen und tatsächlichen Aussichten. Einige Ansagen werden auf mehrern Linien gleichzeitig genutzt, was auch zu links/rechts Verwechslungen führt, wenn eine Linie aus einer anderen Richtung kommt. Kopfhörer sind in mangelhafter Qualität, da billige Massenware. Aber mit einem eigenen (guten) Kopfhörer mit 3,5mm Klinkenbuchse ist dieses Problem auch gelöst. Preis/Leistung sind jedoch optimal. Für eine 48h Karte für 4 Linien bezahlt man mit 26€ deutlich weniger als in anderen Städten.

A 10 personnes, le 24 septembre dernier, nous avions une journée pour visiter les points essentiels de Lisbonne. Nous avons pris nos billets à l'office de tourisme (qui ne dispose même pas de toilettes publiques...). Nous avons attendu 45 mn, sans voir arriver le moindre bus. Puis un chauffeur nous a dit que les billets devaient être échangés contre d'autres. Au point central, la préposée nous a dit que nous ne pouvions choisir les circuits que l'on nous avait vendu à l'office du tourisme et qu'il était impossible de nous les rembourser. Nous avons donc pris d'autres circuits. Nous avions commencé à essayer de faire ces circuits à 10 h, ça a commencé à 12 h 30. On nous a parqué en plein soleil en nous intimant sèchement l'ordre de nous mettre par 2, un peu comme à l'école. Nous reviendrons à Lisbonne mais nous nous passerons des services de cet organisme qui a visiblement trop de clients.

Fizemos um Tour agendado para Óbidos, Nazaré e Fatima. Muitos problemas, a começas pelo atraso do ônibus, uma guia chamada Maria, que não demonstrava o menor interesse em guiar-nos. Almoço em Nazaré sem sequer sermos informados das opções ou cardápio. Correria para desembarcar e retornar ao ônibus, a tempo. Não recomendo este passeio.

What a joke this line is! We've been waiting for 1 1/2 hours at the stop and we have yet to get on a bus. Every bus is full an no-one gets off!!! This company has the least amount of buses you see. Bus drivers are rude and unhelpful.

Na ja! Man muss Glück haben, dass man einen funktionierenden Kopfhörer erwischt. Selbst dann ist es ein Glücksspiel, dass die Ansagen mit dem tatsächlichen Standort harmonieren.

Pierden su dinero. Do not buy! GRAYLINE TAKES your money by promising hop on hop off coniniously. September 29th an 30th. The red line and the blue did not show up to pick us up. We had to take a taxi. We waited for over 1.5 hours each time an no result. Thifs is wath they are!

Ruim. Superlotado, com mais de uma hora de fila na ida. Na volta, não parou nos pontos do roteiro para descermos, além de termos viajado em pé e espremidos. As esperas longas geram uma perda de tempo e de dinheiro para o turista. Pior serviço de sightseeing que já utilizei em minhas viagens.

20€ for 48h is unbeatable but thats it. We had to wait for the Bus for 40 min. The Bus of the other company came twice in this waiting time. And after all we had no seat in top of the Bus because it was so full. No wonder when it comes that seldem. For next time I would pay a little bit more for the other company to have more comfort.

Sorry we chose this bus for the sightseeing trip around Lisbon. The narrated guide was very brief. Endless minutes spent listening to music. No background history of Lisbon or Portugal given. Many times we were asking ourselves what were certain buildings. Within the old city too many bus stops close together made for a long protracted ride. My advice would be to go to the starting point for the tours as buses fill up there and have no room to take people further in the journey.

Leider können wir auch nichts positives über diese sightseeing busse berichten - wir haben uns sehr darüber geärgert, dass zum einen die Haltestellen falsch markiert sind im Plan oder nicht ersichtlich ist wo eine Haltestelle sein sollte. Weiters ist es eine Zumutung zwischen 50- 60 min auf die busse zu warten (lt. Beschreibung sollten es 25 min sein) und dann nicht mal einen platz zu bekommen - wir haben was besseres zu tun im urlaub als zu warten! V.a. andere buslinien (offizieller sightseeing bus von lissabon oder der yellowbus) sind ständig an uns vorbeigefahren und hatten platz! Also für uns wird es sicherlich nicht mehr dieses unternehmen sein!

Si vous voulez visiter Lisbonne avec un chauffeur qui texte en conduisant un autobus à Lisbonne! Pratique très dangereuse! Malheureusement, ce ne semble pas être une priorité pour Cityrama Gray Line.

Don't bother with the commentary just enjoy the view. We just used it as a way to get around on a 48hr ticket. If you get that ticket then do do both red and blue line and get off and on all day.

Am cumparat bilete la aceasta firma mizerabila, am stat o ora si 30 de minute in statie si toate autobuzele au fost pline. Am luat un taxi pana in Cascais unde nu a oprit niciun autobuz sa ne ia pana in Lisabona. Feriti-va de ei, au trasee bune si tarife bune dar sunt depasiti de situatie Sunt pagubita cu 20 de euro si scarba mea pentru ei este maxima!

Notre chauffeur a pris beaucoup trop de passagers,tout le monde ne pouvait pas s'assoir,ça fait cher le trajet en mode transport en commun aux heures de pointes. Pour le reste les trajets sont trop longs et ennuyeux.

A rota é boa, leva pra vários pontos. Porém os ônibus demoram buscar nos pontos, principalmente a linha azul e o passei termina cedo, no caso da linha verde.

We booked the red and blue and green tour including the boat for a family of five. Tours okay for a first impression of Lisbon. But the automatic audio guide is poor with information, many times just some music play. And often the text is not synchronised with the location. Their map is partly not really accurate with their stop points, eg it took us quite some time walking and searching to find the junction point between the boat and stop 5 for the green line - several streets and blocks away we finally found it, after missing the connection. There map should name exactly the addresses of the stops... The boat came very late and did only one way not return. As a conclusion, it was a very mixed and expensive experience and next time we would only do the red or green tour.

DON'T DO IT! The tour is not worth the money and the staff are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. A person cut in front of my friend and took the last seat of the bus so that one person in our group of five could no longer fit. They made all of us get off and when I complained, the woman working for the company crossed her arms in the f*** off gesture and told me "this is how we do it in Portugal."

Mediocre. Los autobuses son buenos y la atención no es mala. Pero bajarse en un error GRAVE. A menos que quieras esperar 1h30min parado no elijas a esta compañía. Hay otra al lado que tiene más frecuencias, no la he probado, pero en lo que a frecuencias se refiere es mucho mejor.

Ho acquistato il pacchetto completo e segnalo: 1- Mancata segnalazione delle fermate cancellate. 2- Le fermate non sono ben segnalate oppure occultate dietro alberi o strutture. 3- Le fermate della barca sono introvabili, Il terminal 4 in città non ha nessuna segnalazione ne persona di riferimento e quello a Belen be provateci.

Les prix pour 48 heures sont correct par contre les conducteurs freinent brusquement , la ligne orange fait 4h aller-retour attention c'est long et franchement les chauffeurs sont peu souriant les discours sont des cassettes qui tourne en boucle après de mon point de vue faut l'utiliser comme un bus ou un autocars vue le prix c'est normal avec le ticket on a même le droit à 30 mins de tuktuk donc faut pas trop se plaindre même le petit circuit fait plus d'une heure,il y en 4 donc c'est pas chère 25€ pour adultes et 13€ pour enfant

Einfach fürchterlich. Busse kommen nur 1x pro Stunde statt alle 25 Minuten. Überfüllt sind sie dann auch. Der Audiokommentar schnart und knackt. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Die Special offer "tuktuk" ist so gut wie nicht zu bekommen. Davon fahren vom Anbieter einfach viel zu wenige herum.

Very average service overall. The advertised 25 minute hop on/hop off times are more like 35 to 40 minutes between buses. The final straw for me was a 55 minute wait in the sun for a bus, with the queue growing to 30 people and when the bus arrived there was only 10 seats available. Rather than wait for how much longer we decided to take a taxi instead, and wish we had in the first place. My advise is use another bus service or take a taxi if you place a value on your time waiting for the bus that you can guarantee will take a lot longer than they advertise

The pros : several lines to visit most of the city and every bus starts from the Eduardo VII park. That's it. Now the cons. It's really expensive for what you get. What you hear in the headset isn't always helpful and you have to listen to the same boring music in loop between two comments. For a long moment, comments came 2 minutes too early so we didn't see what it was about. During the rush hours, you'll ride really slow. In the Belém tour, when coming back to the center of Lisbon after Belém, you will make a very long detour for nearly nothing. To top that, car drivers seem to hate the buses and annoy them on purpose by riding slowly between two line to prevent the bus to pass them. The stops where you can hop on the bus are only a sign not always easy to find and often exposed to the sun without anything to get under. This was an unpleasant experience that I recommend not to do. Especially for that price.

The gray line buses and stops were confusing with the conmpetitor hip on off buses. In addition the bus maps were not easibly foundable. And to conclude we were stuck at the belem station were the service has stopped until 17:30 whereas it was supposed to be availble until 19:00. After 1 hour waiting we had to found another way. Next time we will use hip on and hip off buses.

Would NOT RECOMMEND Grayline bus tours, initial full trip was ok but hop on hop off does not work at all. Waited a total of 3 hrs today at 2 different locations, red line bus did not show up in both situations. Employees tried to help but their bus schedule does not work. Yellow Bus tours seems to be much more efficient, we did not take it but during our wait for the Greyline bus many Yellow Buses stopped at their pickup locations.

Unprofessional service! A family of 5 booked this bustour, as our mother can not walk easily. At 5:40pm we got kicked out of the bus because the streets were closed. (The company new this beforehand and did not inform all passengers.) We had to walk a long way back. Great pain for our mother. The company got defensive while sharing our feedback with them. No recommendation at all to book this trip. Additional, the audio tour did not work properly. On some seats the language selector only played Russian or Portugese. Many information texts got cut.

Experiencia nefasta, dinero tirado y tiempo perdido, es la peor inversión que se puede realizar, sinceramente me parece un timo se paga por un servicio que no se puede utilizar esperas interminables en las paradas mal señalizadas, poca frecuencia de buses, y están siempre llenos. Sinceramente lo peor que he hecho este viaje.

ich wurde vom hotel gewarnt, diese firma für stadtrundfahrten zu benützen... man sollte warnungen ernst nehmen... kein ton aus dem kopfhörer, wer weiss, wielange dieser busmit diesem fehler schon zirkuliert, man wird nur abgewimmelt und ignoriert... dem vernehmen nach kein "bedauerlicher" einzelfall, sondern die regel...

I honestly couldn't recommend this for the price. My first complaint is that the tour could have been more informative. I found myself saying “I wonder what that is” a lot while on the bus. Second, not all the stops are numbered, which comes in handy when trying to figure out which bus to take. Third, we saw the Yellow Bus company and the other red bus company pass us by three times while we were waiting on a Gray Line bus to show. Fourth, and final, we were walking to the stop when see the bus approaching so we take off in a sprint. I wave at the bus which is about 15 meters away from me and is just leaving the bus stop. The bus driver throws his hands up as to say “ I'm not stopping.” It's not like we were “late” for the bus seeing as to how there aren't any concrete times anywhere. And, I've seen buses all over the world stop for riders when they've paid far less for the ride than the price you pay. We had to wait an hour for the next bus, while quoted times are 25 minutes. You're better off watching a YouTube video and renting a car.

Audio guides did not work properly on most busses. The latest bus we took had no audio at all and driver was not able to speak English so we entered up going around the city with no information of the sites. However, the driver did not even call the bus stop numbers...bad experience. Avoid this company at all costs!

Very long waiting time. We did the mistake of purchasing the first tour bus company we found. While you wait at the bus stop you can see the other buses arriving twice by the time you see 1 bus of Gray Line.

No boten su dinero haciendo el paseo con esta gente hemos perdido horas valiosas en la visita esperando por los buses que hasta casi una hora tardan lo cual me parece impresentable . Las explicaciones abordo en los puntos de interes son pocas o casi nulas. Mejor hagan su paseo a pie o con un tuk tuk.

il bus fa il giro della città e mostra i luoghi e i monumenti più interessanti. peccato che già da ottobre l'ultima corsa parta alle 17.00. segnalo la poca disponibilità dell'autista che abbiamo incontrato (non ha voluto darmi un altro paio di cuffie avendo perso le prime che mi aveva dato) ed inoltre non tutte le postazioni audio erano funzionanti

Horrible tourbus operation. We made the mistake of paying for a multi day hop on hop off pass. It was cheaper than the others -- and boy now I know why. They have far fewer busses than the other companies. We literally watched 4 of the other company's buses pass by before 1 Grayline finally stopped at stop #6 of the red line. Even then, it was so packed that we and numerous other passengers could not enter the bus. I complained to the driver that the operation was a sham asking for another bus to be provided. He refused and said to wait for the next one. Stay miles away from the Grayline operation. They essentially did not provide the service they advertised.

si quieres perder un día en Lisboa con las esperas interminables en cada parada contrata esta compañía, la pena es que todos los hoteles solamente venden los billetes de esta linea, hay otras tres compañías con muchísimos mas autobuses
