Horrible experience with Yellow Bus Purple tour in Lisbon, Portugal. First of all, please discontinue the Purple tour! We do not need a tour of the Industrial area of the city and the AIRPORT. Boring, long and no where fun to get off and on. In all fairness, I heard the Blue tour is great but we were so disappointed with the Purple tour, we didn't want to take anymore tours.

Die Busse fahren nicht wie in den Flyern angepriesen. Wartezeiten von 15 Minuten wurden bei uns schnell mal zu 45 Minuten und mehr. Nicht zu empfehlen. Bucht lieber ein uber. Geht schneller und kommt wenigstens wenn man es bucht.

Wir warten heute das zweite Mal über 40 Minuten. Bei der letzten Station haben wir uns dann entschieden ein privates Taxi zum nächsten Ziel zu nehmen. Bin gespannt, wann endlich der nächste Bus kommt. Das einzig faire wäre hier den Preis erstattet zu bekommen, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir für diesen Service pro Person 25€ bezahlen!

Resté 3 jours à Lisbonne (03-05 / 05/05 2019) , je n'ai pu utiliser mon forfait (39.60€ pour deux) que deux fois, les renseignements sont faux, incomplets, bâclés. Attente interminable . Un vrai piège à touristes. Je mets une étoile car il m'est impossible de mettre des étoiles négatives

The bus was over crowded with people standing and the bus driver continued to accept others on board. Also very little detail is the historical commentary. Too much singing with terrible music and when you dont speak Portuguese I couldn't understand the lyrics. People were asleep on board. The quality of the earphones were awful and bulky and difficult to use. I wish I had read other reviews before I paid for this tour. This bus is called Yello6 bus but you take the blue line total contradiction. I've taken the Red lines many times in many other countries and the experience has always been great

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought a 3 day pass. Real mistake. Given a map that is too small to adequately identify stops. Asked directions from multiple Yellow Bus Agents. Each person told us to walk about 6 blocks total and we found no marked stop. This happened all day. We finally found a stop at the arch by the waterfront with an empty closed trolley. We waited there along with many other people and finally gave up and walked to our hotel which was about 1/2 mile away. We can strongly support the Red Bus and Greyline companies. They had busses everywhere. DO NOT BUY A YELLOW BUS TICKET. Should have read the reviews first.

Do NOT use this tour co. I live and work in Lisbon and made a HORRIBLE mistake booking with my friend. The 'start site' is a 15 minute walk from the posted site. Nobody knows what they are doing and the tour you to unknown/nobody cares locations just to get to Bellem tower, finally gave up and got off and took a cab. If I could give less than one star I would - you suck Yellowbus, you suck.

HORRIBLE. This is by far the worst tourism company I've ever seen.
Buses are ALWAYS late, and when they pass sometimes THEY DON'T STOP!
We ended up using uber all the time. Such a waste of money.
Avoid this company if you don't want to ruin your visit to Lisbon.

Waste of money. Do not bother. Paid 22e per person and could never find a bus. Luckly it work on some trams and the big elevator. This rate only works for yellow trams though no one tells you until you try to use a green or red tram. Better to buy a transit pass or buy tickets a la carte. Great city though. Red hop on hop off seems to have more buses.

Je suis une habituée des circuits en bus touristique et je peux vous dire que c'est le pire que j'ai fait. Le tour est fort attrayant. Le bus est censé passer toutes les 15min, après plus d'une heure d'attente, toujours pas de bus pour repartir du Monastère des Hiéronymites direction la tour de Belém. C'est inadmissible! Je déconseille fortement!

There's a map that has the routes & other useful information that is handed out by various tourist bodies. Sadly it appears to bare little relation to the actual bus routes or times. We spent an hour waiting at two bus stops only to have one bus whizz past & for the second to tell us that our prefered route went nowhere near where the map said it did. I can't spend anymore time trying to find out where the route goes

A éviter si vous vous rendez à Lisbonne sauf si vous aimez perdre du temps. Annoncé toutes les 15min c'est plutot 45minutes a chaque fois. Et les bus arrivent tous en meme temps . Privilegiez les deplacements en bus/tram/metro beaucoup plus rapide et moins couteux. Enfin, le but de ce bus etant l'audio ca serait bien que l'audio fonctionne plus quune fois qur trois. A eviter.

Leider zu lange Wartezeiten und teilweise veraltetes Equipment, sodass man auch vom Audioguide wenig mitbekommt. Und Achtung: Heute wollte man uns die Hills Tram Tour verweigern trotz das wir es mitgebucht hatten, weil angeblich Umstellung auf Sommerfahrplan. Sogar den Versuch finde ich Unverschämt. Organisiert euch besser! 2 Sterne, weil ihr im großen und ganzen gute Mitarbeiter habt, ansonsten leider Mau.

Compagnie correct. Attention pour les arrêts. Ils ne sont pas annoncés dans l’audio. Et si vous ne demandez pas l’arrêt, il continue. Ce qui oblige à être attentifs au parcours. Dommage. Sinon pas de problème de fréquence. L’audio et correct.

The seats upstairs get soaked wet, and you can't really see it after it stops raining. You can easily get a wet bottom. These seats upstairs need to be be changed for proper ones! It is hard to read the stops locations on the map provided. An app with a more precise map and updated stops would make it easier to hop-on hop-off the bus and enjoy the city. The audio guide and the routes options are ok.

Also uns haben die Touren großen Spaß gemacht. 3 Bustouren, unbegrenzt komfortabel Straßenbahn fahren und auch noch eine schöne Bootsfahrt auf dem Tejo. Was will man mehr für sein Geld? Insbesondere die Hills Car Straßenbahntour ist eine ausgezeichnete und bequeme Alternative zur völlig überfüllten Linie 28. Man sieht viel mehr von der Stadt. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Alfama mit ihren engen schluchtartigen Gassen. Aber auch alle 3 Busfahren sollte man nutzen. Kombiniert man Bus, Tram und Boot geschickt mit dem Zweitagesticket und hat noch etwas Glück mit dem Wetter, bekommt man einen interessanten Eindruck von Lissabon. Ich würde empfehlen, erst einmal alle Routen komplett zu absolvieren, um später zu entscheiden, welche Attraktionen man nochmals ansteuert. Noch ein Tipp, möglichst an der Starthaltestelle einsteigen. Das garantiert meist einen schönen Platz. Besonders bei der Tram ist dies sehr zu empfehlen.

Cogímos el yellow bus de 48 horas que incluye los tranvías y elevadores y muy satisfechas. La verdad es que fue todo un acierto, te puedes bajar donde quieras conocer más esas zonas y volver a subir cuantas veces necesites, con frecuencia de autobuses cada 20 minutos. En el autobús tienes auriculares para coger e ir escuchando as esplicaciones en tu idioma de todos los monumentos por los que pasa el bus. Hay varios recorridos pero el que más me gustó fue el de belem. Volveré a repetir con yellow bus cuando vuelva a Lisboa.

Estoy en Lisboa en este momento de pasada, si hubiera leído estas críticas hubiera cometido el error de no comprar el ticket de 72hs, me tomé las dos líneas de bus (azul y morado) más de una vez el bus casi siempre semi vacío, hice el recorrido en barco que estuvo genial, tuve pase libre en todos los Tranvías y elevadores, nunca tuve que esperar más de 10 min ningun bus ni tranvia, me atendieron bien y mañana voy ir al aeropuerto en el aerobus que también esta incluido y pagué todo 45e,, para mi estuvo genial! Para ser mi primera vez en Lisboa me vino muy bien

Haben heute 3 x je mindestens 40 Minuten gewartet. Einer fuhr direkt an der Haltestelle durch, obwohl Haltepunkt der Linie und nicht voll. Also nicht kurze Streckenabschnitte planen, sonst wartet man den ganzen Tag.
Hoffentlich wird das morgen besser.

Very long waiting times. Waited for over an hour at station 3 and no Bus was coming. We were told later that Station 3 is NOT on the stopping list on that day. Poor Service. Never again. Look for the Red busses they seem to be much more frequent and reliable.

Nach über einer Stunde warten sind wir von Station 3 (Purple Line) zur ersten Station gegangen. Dort hat dann auf Nachfrage der Fahrer gesagt, dass heute die dritte Station nicht angefahren wird. An der Station selbst war kein Hinweis. Von den roten Bussen sind während der Stunde mehrere vorbei gefahren.

Schlechte Bustour, schaut euch eher die Alternative (rot) an.
Standen über eine Stunde an Station 3 ohne abgeholt zu werden.
Als es uns schließlich zu blöd wurde, sind wir mit TIER Rollern in die Stadt und haben dort die Yellow Busse erwischt.
Auf Nachfrage wurde und gesagt dass Station 3 heute nicht angefahren wird - wieso auch immer...
Infos welche Stationen gefahren werden gibt es generell nicht.
Nie wieder yellow Bus!
Ps: die Kopfhörer sind mies!!!

Gute Idee- Schlechte Umsetzung. Ich habe schon in einigen Städten Hop on Hop off Busse benutzt, bisher war es auch immer unproblematisch gewesen. Yellow Bus hat leider viel zu wenige Busse, sodass man ewig warten muss und die Busse auch viel zu voll sind. Der audio Guide funktioniert leider auch nur selten. Wir hatten auch oft das Problem das die Busse nicht an jeder Haltestelle angehalten haben und wir so längere Strecken zu Fuß laufen mussten (bis zur nächsten Station).
Wer also noch keine Tickets gebucht hat- Finger weg!!!

Com várias vantagens, o bilhete Yellow Bus dá ainda acesso gratuito ao Aerobus e ao elevador de Santa Justa.

Aguardamos por 1 hora no ponto 2 em Lisboa. Tentamos contato pelo chat do site, assim como outras formas de contato, porém, indisponíveis. Decidimos não perder mais nosso tempo aguardando e pegamos um taxi. Se precisam de um serviço confiável, escolham outra companhia.

Exceptional! So much to learn about Portugal and it’s history! The Sintra tour is amazing, definitely a MUST GO! The Pena Palace is Incredible, and the Village is super cute!

In the morning it was ok. In the afternoon we just experienced how is Lisbon traffic in rush hours. So, be aware that after 3p will be delays and you will stay in the traffic.
I rather would recommend to use metro and trams.

Die Tickets haben wir online gekauft. Alles hat underbar geklappt, die warte zeiten sind eingehalten( muss man ab und zu fragen aber es gehört immer dazu). Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit die touren, wir hatten als Betriebs Ausflug alle strecken durch (ins gesamt 2 tage reise und 4 touren gemacht ) alles wichtigste haben wir gesehen und hatten wir noch zeit überall rein zu gehen. Die manche fahrer sind bissen überfordet aber es ist zur aushalten ;) ich kann nur empfehlen

I really can't complain too much- we just walked up and purchased a ticket (cash) and got right on. I wish we had a live tour guide dor the cost $16/pp for the blue line (historical and belem) but the tour gave us a great overview of the city we wouldn't have gotten otherwise. We sat on the top and it was quite breezy on a day on the high 50s but was a good view. The recorded tour was okay but not super interesting. Once we got off at the monestary in Belem we didn't get back on so I cant speak on behalf of wait times for route pickup.

No le doy menos nota porque no es posible. Compramos el billete de 48horas y estuvimos más tiempo esperando la llegada de cada bus o dentro del propio bus durante los descansos de los conductores (no hacen relevos) que visitado la ciudad. ¿Bus cada 20minutos? Ja! Me río por no llorar. Un verdadero desastre. Es mucho más útil moverse en transporte público, o en tal caso en los buses rojos que al menos pasan más a menudo

Quoi qu ayant beaucoup de choix de destinations , les autobus et les tramways arrivent quand ça leur tentent. Des fois il faut attendre plus de 1 heure, ce qui est inacceptable!!! Si vous êtes capable, cherchez à imprimer les billets d avance.

Nach 40min Wartezeit auf die rote Tram haben wir aufgegeben. Definitiv nicht online Tickets kaufen!!
Haltestellen sind schlecht zu finden. Andere Fahrer von Yellowbus haben uns 2x zu falschen Haltestellen geführt.

I’m highly displeased with the service they provided. The prizes are not bad but I’d much rather pay more money than choose yellow bus again. The organisation or lack thereof is just horrible. The buses arrive every 30 minutes when they should arrive in 15 minutes (blue line) and the other ones arrive every 0.5-1h which is very long considering that you have to wait in the scorching sun. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Deprolable,compre para 4,para linia azul,unos 64€ en total y una vreguenza,la linia estaba cortada ,y nadie te avisa que no llega donde tiene que llegar,me dijeron que el ultimo bus pasa a las 20:00, y no paso estuvimos que cojer un taxi para llegar donde tenia que llegar,una verguenza ,sinceramnete es mas facil en taxi y vale menos ,sinceramnete para todo el mundo recomiendo el taxi y no el yello bus ,por lo menos aqui in lisabona .

Muy mal, nos tuvieron esperando una hora y 20 en campo de las naciones, llamamos por teléfono a la compañía para ver si nos venían a buscar en ese momento aparece el autobús lleno y me avisa la chica por teléfono que es la última que va a pasar, vimos después más autobuses de la compañía de la línea morada, una estafa si vuelvo no me ven más el pelo

Esperamos más de una hora para subir en el elevador de Santa Justa. Anda un solo ascensor pero eso no justifica que suban grupos tan pequeños y que tarde tanto tiempo en volver a bajar.
Creímos que lo hacían para que no se llenara tanto arriba y que había mucha gente para bajar. Pero cuando subimos no vimos nada que justificara la demora. Por lo que veo esto lo maneja la gente de yellow bus. Podrían darnos prioridad a quienes sacamos el city tour con ellos y teníamos incluido este ascensor.

La frecuencia horaria de servicio es lamentable, cada 30 minutos en pleno agosto con las paradas llenas. Tampoco son 30 minutos, 40 con suerte. Las paradas no están acondicionadas por lo que toca hacer “fila” al sol o a la lluvia. En cada parada se hacen colas para 3 empresas de bus turísticos diferentes por lo que toda la Gil que has hecho cuando viene el bus sirve de más bien poco. El día de hoy haciendo cola de 40-45 minutos al sol el autobús se paró detrás de otro de la empresa Sightseeing Portugal (autobús rojo) que era el 5 o 6 de esa empresa que pasaba por nuestra parada número 6 de su itinerario y abrió las puertas fuera de la parada subiendo primero las personas que no hacían cola y recién habían llegado a la parada. Entramos finalmente al autobús, como sardinas y de pie. No es el servicio que esperas cuando contratas un bus turístico por el precio que pagamos. Para ir en esas condiciones cogemos un bus regular. 100 metros después de haber subido se revienta la rueda y todos abajo sin una disculpa y sin servicio. Dónde nos devuelven el dinero por un servicio que no pudimos disfrutar?

Estafa absoluta. No hay seriedad y lo peor no hay a quien reclamar, la empresa no contesta los correos electrónicos. Si compran algún tour con esta compañía están expuestos a un pésimo servicio y ellos se desentienden totalmente, 40 euros tirados a la basura.

Vistas las malas críticas, parece que he comprado el billete con otra compañía (?!) Compramos el billete de 72 horas, y nos fue genial. Es cierto que con el horario van un poco a su aire, pero lo maximo que hemos esperado han sido 20 minutos. En todas los transportes usados (bus, tram y barco) hemos encontrado sitio para sentarnos sin problema. El personal amable. Estaba de vacaciones, me tomaba las cosas con filosofía supongo! Personalmente lo recomiendo.

Wartezeiten von über einer Stunde, obwohl der Bus alle 30 min kommen sollte. Fahrplan stimmt nicht mit Ausschilderung der Stationen überein. Einsteigprozedur dauert ewig und führt zu langen Wartezeiten bei den Stationen. Die Gray Line fährt gefühlt vier Mal öfter. Audio Guide ist oft durch Eigenwerbung und Musik unterbrochen. Positiv sind die USB Ladestationen in den Busen und die Auswahl an Linien (Tram, Bus, Boot).

Sitting on the side of the road at stop 14 having disembarked from a yellow bus that bypassed stop 13 where our friend was waiting to join us! No bus for 55 mins and then two together! Do NOT use this service! Missold to us by our 5 star hotel with no options given. Really hostile drivers leaving a very bad taste of Lisbon. Avoid!

I felt like we were miss-sold our tickets because they weren’t what we asked for and the company had no sympathy. However, having bit our lips and gone back the next day, the ride itself was really enjoyable and informative. We drove past landmarks we had no idea existed and the commentary was very interesting. Make sure you are certain what is included in the price you pay (e.g does your ticket allow you to use the bus you actually want to use - there are multiple routes).

Nous avons pris le tram rouge, qui suit à peu près le trajet de la ligne 28. Ça peut paraître cher a priori, mais .... l'achat sur Internet (Civitatis, ou autre) comporte une réduction et le même billet permet de prendre les 3 funiculaires de Lisbonne (assez chers individuellement) ainsi que l'ascenseur de Santa Justa. A faire en 24h, ce qui est tout à fait possible. Les commentaires sont bien intéressants. Au total, donc, une assez bonne affaire en fait. Principal reproche, les arrêts ne sont pas clairs du tout. Et un conducteur très peu aimable a refusé de nous reprendre à la basilique Estrela en expliquant que ce n'était pas un arrêt ....

We purchased a 72 hour pass through Viator. When we got the voucher changed to a ticket, they would only honor 48 hours. We went to the attendant, who refused to check anything. Got on the bus and the tram, but neither had wifi. Had to wait until we got back to our room to message them, and after 10 emails, they still haven't fixed their problem. Never again!!

Tiene muy poca frecuencia y pierde mucho tiempo en las paradas (esperé más de una hora para que en la siguiente parada se quede media hora más parado). Muy poco hablada la guía, casi no da información. El audio de muchos asientos no funciona. No les anda el wifi en ningún bus.

Wifi was down. Yes there are notices everywhere that this is temporary but it's not like I'm going to be here next month!
The audio tour is not as interesting. The other hop on hop off tours do a much better job. London's is exceptionally good. The schedules are not clear and the buses are far apart. If you're on a tight schedule and you're in the middle of the route you have high chances of missing the bus or not knowing when exactly it'll be there. The guide at the airport was unhelpful and curt. The guide at Lisbon center was helpful though. Overall, they'll get the job done but have lots of room for improvement at such a beautiful city with so much tourist potential.

Nous avons fait le tour Belém Lisbon. Au départ, l'audioguide ne fonctionnait pour personne. Je l'ai signalé à la conductrice qui a aussitôt essayé de résoudre le problème. Lorsque nous sommes répartis, mon audio guide ne fonctionnait toujours pas, j'ai donc partagé les écouteurs avec mon épouse... Et quelle surprise en écoutant les commentaires : on a pensé, ainsi que d'autres clients, qu'il y avait un décalage suite à l'arrêt. Mais au bout d'un certain temps, je me suis rendu compte que nous n'avions pas le bon commentaire !!! Celui-ci n'est arrivé qu'après avoir passé Belém, soit près de la fin du trajet. À l'arrivée, évidemment, personne ne pouvait rien faire pour nous.
Je viens d'essayer de faire la réclamation via le formulaire de contact proposé par yellowbus, impossible de l'envoyer après avoir tout rempli !!! Donc, impossible d'avoir une réponse aux réclamations.
34€ dépensés pour une visite très décevante !

We used yellowbus for the trolley, elevator to the tower and we were going to use the bus but... I’m giving it 5 stars for the easiness of negotiations. The young ladies did a great job. Prices are clear, set, no gimmicks but when we waited on a bus stop the bus driver was rude. No worries, trolley ride alone earns this tour line 5 stars...

Bit of a mixed experience, the tram ride was brilliant and our Driver made it an unforgetable interesting and fun experience, however: The bus frequency isn't great and the first stop of the boat tour wasn't where it was advertised with no signage or anything there to point us in the right direction of the new stop, and some staff was also a bit unfriendly. Others were really nice and helpful though, so it's a bit of a hit and miss!

Good Tour and sometimes grumpy bus drivers who don't want to help you. It's a real shame because it has potential to become a good tour. We used the 48 hours pass and that was sufficient to cover all routes. Good for family. Audio was good, but it should say what stop to get off to connect to different routes!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Buses didn’t come on time, drivers didn’t speak English, radios didn’t work half the time, tram driver refused to take us on and then the trams suddenly shut down. We were not told that trams will shut down and bus routes will be different because of marathon. There was very little information anywhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Lissabon ist eine sehr sehenswerte historische Stadt. Auf Grund der vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist es fast schon unumgänglich eine organisierte Tour zu buchen. Deshalb war es eine gute Entscheidung mit dem Hop-On/Hop-Off-Tour mit Bus & Tram die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Ticket bekommt man unkompliziert gegen Vorlage des Vouchers an einem Ticketschalter, welcher sich nur 10min. Fußweg vom Zentrum befindet. Die Abfahrt der Busse ist zwar mit 15-20 min angegeneben, aber es waren meistens alle 20-25min. Was aber absolut in Ordnung war. Unser Besuch in Lissabon war im November. Die Ø-Tagestemperatur war 14-16 °C und selbst bei Regen absolut ok.

Se acquistate il pacchetto "all in one" oltre al notevole sconto, avrete 3 giorni di tempo per poter visitare la città in maniera dettagliata femandovi dove più vi interessa, o cambiando itinerario nelle fermate comuni, che consiglierei alla direzione di implementare per rendere più agevoli gli spostamenti.

Très déçu !!! Partout ailleurs (Barcelone, New-York etc ) le concept est au top ! Ici c’est lamentable. Peu d’arrêts, pas de suivi du parcours sur internet, bus bondés, donc il faut attendre le suivant à 30 minutes à condition que celui-ci ne soit pas encore plein ... quand on arrive enfin dans le bus et que l’on croit être sorti de la galère, après avoir mis les écouteurs destructeurs d’oreille, on s’aperçoit que rien ne fonctionne !!! Eh oui il fallait tomber sur le bon fauteuil (1/2 fonctionne). je déconseille donc vivement en l’état actuel des choses,même si le concept est excellent, en attendant une amélioration des services.

Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur le bus, nous avons décidé de faire le tour. 8€ par personne pour moins d'une heure, avec audio guide dans plusieurs langues, cela nous paraissait correct.
Nous avons été obligés de payer en liquide, premier point négatif.
Nous avons testé 4 audio guides sur les sièges libres autour de nous, ils étaient tous quasiment HS. On entend que d'une oreille, puis ça se met à grésiller si fort que c'est douloureux pour les oreilles. Ensuite, plus rien, à nouveau grésillement, et ainsi de suite. Nous avons donc entendu très peu d'explications, avec un tracé peu intéressant.
Nous avons l'habitude de prendre des bus ou trains touristiques, c'est la première fois que nous somme autant déçus.

Почти квждый водитель автобуса выбирает куда ехать и не следует указанному в проспекте маршруту. Мы проехали 3 раза по одному маршруту и каждый раз по разному. Некоторые остановки, указанные в проспекте не осуществлялись и иногда невозможно было вернуться на ту остановку, на которой ты зашёл. Иногда можно ждать этот автобус минут по 40 или 50 и пришедший после этого времени автобус может даже не остановится, так как будет полностью заполнен. В районе Белем часть дороги, где также есть интересные и важные достопримечательности вообще урежут. Озвучивание также часто неудовлетворительно и перескакивает с одного языка на другой. Ожидая под палящим солнцем 40 минут автобус ,попытки дозвониться по указанному в проспекте номеру компании были безуспешны. Не рекомендую эту компанию.

As linhas possibilitam ver os pontos turísticos, mas são longas, demoradas comparadas a ir de metrô por exemplo. Os motoristas dirigem rápido demais, freiam bruscamente. Eu tive uma queda da escada do ônibus, estava subindo com meu filho e o motorista fez uma curva com muita velocidade e quando freou caímos. Poderia ter me machucado gravemente. E os motoristas não são cordiais, eles nos tratam com mau humor e indiferença.

Achtung Abzocke!
Die Versprechungen am Prospekt klingen nicht schlecht, man bezahlt für ein 72 Stunden Ticket zwar 45€ aber dafür sind alle Buslinien dabei welche alle 15 Minuten fahren sowie die Boot Tour die Tram und ein Flughafenbus.
Die Realität ist aber anders: aus den 15 Minuten wurde eine halbe Stunde und mehr, falls dann doch mal ein Bus kommt ist er überfüllt und man bekommt bestenfalls einen Platz unten im Bus (oder er fährt gleich vorbei)
In der Tram haben wir erst gar nicht versucht einen Platz zu bekommen. Einzig die Boot Tour kann man machen wenn man sich mindestens 20 Minuten vor Abfahrt anstellt, anonsten bekommt man auch hier nur einen Platz unten im Boot. Naja und der Flughafenbus ist völlig überflüssig da die U-Bahn für 1,5€ in kürzerer Zeit direkt zum Flughafen fährt.

El recorrido azul a la torre de Belem tiene una frecuencia razonable. El naranja que te lleva por los barrios de esa zona no para en las paradas, sigue de largo si no ve a nadie en la parada. Más de 10 personas esperándolo a la sombra del árbol que está frente al museo de Marinha y como la parada queda a 80 metros de ese árbol y lo vio a nadie no pasó por la rotonda y nos dejó de a pie. Lo mismo en la parada siguiente a la De la Torre de Belem. Línea naranja pésima. El recorrido morado que va a Lisboa moderna también es frecuente. No intenten pedir indicaciones al chofer porque no tiene idea ni dónde se toma el teleférico. Te manda para el lado contrario. Lo mismo para tomar el tranvía que incluye el boleto de tres recorridos y te lleva hasta el Castillo San Jorge y otras vistas panorámicas. Ni idea como explicar dónde ir a esperarlo. Sale de la plaza Martim Moritz. Los enchufes donde enchufas los auriculares para escuchar la explicación no funcionan en algunos asientos.

Horrível... os ônibus demoram de mais na paradas... cheguei a ficar esperando 25 minutos em uma delas, ainda por cima nossa parada, que era a próxima não foi feita pelo ônibus e se quer avisaram... quando fui perguntar ao motorista, ele me informou que não fez a parada pois muitas pessoas só iam parar na seguinte. Isso porque acionei o botão logo que o ônibus começou a andar, ou seja, ele sabia que havia pessoas que desceriam na próxima parada e mesmo assim seguiu em frente. Parou num ponto qualquer e disse que poderíamos ir andando que não era tão longe, mas era mais do que o dobro do que andaria se o ônibus tivesse parado no local correto. Não recomendo. Além disso demora mais do que o informado entre um ônibus e outro.

Pagamos mi marido y yo eo bono de los dos tranvías, tres autobuses y barco. Todo un fiasco, nos tocó esperar al tranvía un montón, en cuanto se llenó, nos tocó esperar al siguiente, se estropeó y nos dejó tirados en no se qué museo. Nos fuimos buscando la siguiente parada, muy lejos andamos y andamos. Al día siguiente más de lo mismo. Acabamos alquilando un coche o cogiendo taxis. Comprobamos qué el transporte público normal es más barato y te lleva a todos los lados. Con 90 € de los dos se pueden hacer muchos viajes en transporte público .Ah y los conductores además de estirados unos mal educados. Los turistas no tenemos qué pagar sus frustraciones.

Le Yellow Bus de Lisbonne est celui que vous verrez le plus souvent avec le plus d'attractivité (billet bud + croisière + visite cave avec dégustation).
Néanmoins, le premier problème est le commentaire qui ne correspond pas trop à la visite en bus. Le second est le trajet des bus qui est en partie une redite sur chaque circuit.
Préférez City Sightseeing qui est la référence mondiale et donc les commentaires sont riches et très bien produit.

The tourist place near the castle will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale. Just avoid it and find an alternative as it’s inconvenient to purchase from this location. You have to walk 15 min down to the dock to exchange for a real ticket so you can’t even take a tram down, she said this all after the transaction. We were able to get a partial refund at the docks near commercial Praça.

We hired a package that includes the boat, the trolley, and funicular and the elevator. We paid for using that 48h. Though, it turns out that the trolley is not for summer when it's substituted for a bus.
We bought the tickets in the tourist information point near the castle.
It's not worth paying for it.

Una vera fregatura. Abbiamo pagato 20 euro per essere lasciati molto distante dalla Torre di Belem. La ragazza che ci ha venduto i biglietti, pur parlando italiano, ci ha dato delle informazioni errate, assicurandoci che avremmo potuto visitare il quartiere di Belem con il tram giallo. Abbiamo aspettato quasi tre ore per salire sull'Elevator di Santa Justa e per quello di Bica ci hanno fatto rifare i biglietti perché scaduti da 10 minuti senza tenere conto del tempo perso per la fila. Nel complesso avremmo potuto risparmiare usando i tram pubblici. Da non consigliare.

We went to Sintra with them. The guide was super competent, highly knowledgeable and extremely kind. Serious company that offers a wide range of tours in Lisbon and its surroundings. It was money very well spent.

Very long wait at the bus stop. When the bus finally arrived, it didn't accept credit cards (which would be expected when paying >€50). When the second bus came, it didn't stop for us, but drove straight past. After that we opted for the competing bus service, which worked out for the better.

We took the Tourist Tram 28 from Praca Do Comercio. The conductor was excellent, full of energy and humour. The tickets are over priced. We ended up doing it on the last day of our Lisbon trip (our 4 year old daughter really wanted to travel on a tram). It is surely advised to do such a tour during the initial days of your stay, if you intend to do it. They had complementary entry to the Santa Justa lift, other local trams and discounts for the Oceanarium (which you are sure to visit if you have a 4 year old child). We were unable to make use of any such benefits, hence I would say the price was too high for a simple 1.5 hour round trip.

Une véritable blague !
Nous avions obtenu gratuitement ce tour en yellow bus en réservant notre hôtel, et heureusement que nous ne l’avons pas payé.
En effet, je mets rarement des commentaires négatifs mais là il est impératif que les visiteurs sachent qu’il faut absolument éviter ce bus.
Nous avons passé 2h ce matin à attendre le bus. Les chauffeurs des autres bus ne savaient même pas s’il devait passer ou non et nous avons fini par appeler l’agence qui nous a indiqué ne pas savoir où se trouvait le bus ni quand il serait à notre arrêt alors que nous devions soi disant n’attendre pas plus d’une heure.
Nous avons réitéré l’expérience l'après-midi puisque le matin nous avions attendu pour rien.
Une fois le bus arrivé, le tour était inintéressant au possible et nous avons eu beaucoup plus de musique que d’informations sur Belem.
Nous n’avons rien appris de plus que ce qui est écrit dans les guides.
Ne perdez pas votre argent et votre temps avec cette vaste plaisanterie.

Nous avions réservé notre séjour à Lisbonne pour 5 jours. Grâce à notre agence de voyage, nous avions une visite guidée offerte pour le yellow bus monument de belem. Bus qui est censé passer toutes les 60 minutes...
Nous avons attendu 2h le matin sans voir de bus, sans horaires affichés. Nous avons appeler la compagnie de bus, personne ne nous a renseigné soit disant le bus allait arrivé. Au bout d'une heure toujours personne.
Nous sommes parties.
L'après midi nous avons retenté le coup au bout de 45 min enfin un bus..
Tour qui ne sert à rien. On ne voit pas grand chose, perte de temps. Heureusement que c'était gratuit. Je ne le conseille à personne.
Enfin pratique pour bronzer 1er étage ouvert, plus de musique que d'information sur les monuments....

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a 24 hour tour and after a few hours noticed the timestamps was incorrect. We naively assumed the machine had made a mistake and we were told to go back to the main stop and explain. Well that resulted in a 2 hour run around with no one taking any ownership to help us. Turns out the bus driver sold us fraudulent tickets that were issued the day before and pocketed the money in to his own pocket. In the end the company did absolutely nothing, zero, not even we will reissue your tickets. Just we acknowledge what happened but they said just email and complain and they will refund us the money. Aka go away. The supervisor wouldn't even see us. Just go away, not my problem. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND YOUR HARD EARNING MONEY AND USE ANOTHER TOUR COMPANY.

Moi j'ai bien aimé.
Un tour, certe touristique, mais aussi instructif et acrobatique.
Il faut voir ces trolleys se faufiler dans les petites rues du vieux Lisbonne, entre les voitures en stationnement et les piétons qui se plaquent contre les murs. Les pentes à 45° mettent les freins à rude épreuve.
Pendant une heure et demi, on se laisse porter à travers tous ces vieux quartiers.

Conforme me foi informado na hora da compra e apresentado no folheto de divulgação da empresa, as rotas do Aerobus ocorrem de 20/20 minutos, porém aguardei 50 minutos até que passasse um.
O acontecido foi num dia comum, hoje (21/06/2019).
Viagens para cenários turísticos, quase nunca necessitam hora marcada, mas para o aeroporto sim!

Alles in allem nicht überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!
In zwei Tagen sind zwei mal Busse wegen "technischer Defekte" ausgefallen oder waren extrem verspätet, so dass wir auf andere Linien/Verkehrsmittel umsteigen mussten.
Noch dazu verloren die Mitarbeiter in besagten Situationen kein Wort zu den (vielen) wartenden Kunden.

Wir waren mit Yellow Bus ganz zufrieden, haben aber lediglich ein Combiticket für zwei Routen gebucht. Erklärungen sind gut, Busse sauber aber auf Zeiten sollte man sich nicht verlassen. An sich also sehr gut, um die Stadt zu sehen...

여행 많이다니는데 이런 투어 버스는 처음 인듯하네요
처음 트램 이용하자마자 고장이라고 20분을 서서 기다리는데 기사분하고 판매하는 사람하고는 해맑게 웃고 떠들면서 미안해하지는 않네요
리스본에 대한 기억이 안좋아졌습니다

Avoid this service. We paid for the all access 72h pass in Lisbon (45€ each) and we're extremely disappointed. We waited over 45 minutes at two different stops for the Blue line bus and the Red tram. Drivers were uncaring. The route on the bus was substantially altered without notice or explanation. I've used similar services in other cities and enjoyed the rides. But I cannot stress strongly enough how awful the service in Lisbon has been.

São 4 linhas de passeios turísticos que saem do mesmo local. Eu vi diversos ônibus desta empresa. Usei o serviço da vermelho (CitySighseeingPortugal - gostei muito). Mas tem um muito legal que é um anfíbio, que também é amarelo. Ele anda pelo rio e pelas ruas. Vou conhecer. Então este desta empresa não vou conhecer. Mas escolha o seu, vale muito. Por exemplo. Nós fizemos duas vezes o mesmo trajeto ( vermelho City ). Desta forma você descansa na última vez. Pois você quando desce em Belém. Você caminha muito. Mas não deixe de entrar em todos lugares. Vir a Portugal e só tirar fotografias de fora da atração turística não é legal. Internamente são maravilhosos tudo. Aproveite

Man zahlt um lange zu warten und dann dich nicht einsteigen zu können, da die Tram oder der Bus voll sind. Die rote tram komnt alle 30 Minuten.. !!! Unmöglich und dann ist sie voll und von 12h bis 13h fährt sie garnicht. Ganz schlecht.

Worst hop on hop off service ever! We were basically waiting more than 1 hour at the bus stop (stop nr. 4) Every time the bus was full and the rude driver didn’t let us in and was not helpful at all... It ended with us returning the tickets and changing to Gray Line...

Bus drivers don't stop at the stops. It happened to me on the bus on the olisipo tour, and waiting at stop 2 of the Tagus route the driver just skipped even when I flagged him. Also the drivers just ignore you if you ask them a question. The year don't recycle the earphones, which is a waste. Seems many complained here about their service before, they probably don't read these reviews. VERY FRUSTRATING IF YOU GET SKIPPED AT THE STOP. AVOID!!!

Very bad service. We attempted to get the bus twice - first time left after waiting for over 40 minutes, second time the bus showed up after about 25 minutes but was so full it didn't even stop. Don't recommend waiting for yellow bus if you have limited time.

We had the all-in packet, Aerobus/buses/trams and the tourist buses yellowbus, hills tour tram and boat tour. 72 hours for 36€ (internet). The only thing that was not nice that it´s very difficult to find a bus stop or a map when you are getting out in the Marques Pombal area. For the rest, the tours are great, all buses are usable with a wheelchair and there´s always someone near to help. The hill tour tram is of course more difficult, the old tram has two steps and you have to get out of the wheelchair to sit on the not very comfortable benches. Any other way would not be as romantic though.

We did the Tagus and Olispo bus routes. For €20 it was great and got us to all the sites we wanted. We didnt wait for more than 10 minutes for bus. We went on Sat and Sun so maybe there where extra buses but for the price it was an excellent service.

Everyone has been complaining about all the bus tours in Lisbon and this was shown as the best on here and Trip Advisor. Even after all the bad reviews we still decided to take the tour because we wanted to see the city.
This tour was brilliant. There is nothing that we would change about it apart from a few tiny details that didn't affect the tour in the slightest. We were travelling as a group of three couples, so 6 people in total. We got to the main bus station at 9:30am and bought I ticket there and then. We were actually advised to buy a cheaper ticket and not get the three routes, but only the two (Purple and Blue) because the Belem Tour (Orange) could be walked and was only beneficial for the elderly, disabled or hard of walking.
There were a few people queuing but the bus was already empty. We took our seats and started with the Tagus Tour, the Blue Line, and went on our way. We found that there was enough talking, information and detail in the guided tour on the headphones. All 6 of our sockets worked and we didn't find the music too much. There was a fair amount of music, around 60% Music and 40% Talking. But to be honest, you can't expect every single building, statue, garden, street and coffee house to have its own detailed historical story. The info gave us some interesting facts, some nice things to talk about and enough to give us an idea about the history of the city.
We got off at Belem by the Monastery and Martime Museum, went for Pastel de Belem, an ice cream, ride up the tower, stroll across the shore and plenty of walking and enjoying the sun. We spent at least 3 hours here in total and could have spent more. We then headed back to the bus stop, only had to wait at least 4 minutes and then did the rest of the tour without a single issue!
As this was a 48hr tour we went on the Purple Line the next day and did exactly the same by starting at the main bus stop at 9:30ish. We got straight into a bus and had no issues finding a seat. We travelled across Lisbon and although there were a lot of industrial areas, there was still information being fed through the headset. We decided to get off at Vasco Da Gama Hotel and the Tram Station. We walked down, enjoyed the sun and visited the Oceanarium. We even got 15% discount because of the Yellow Bus Tickets!!!
We walked back a few hours later, waited 10 minutes and bus collected us where we once again rode back to the main centre of Lisbon.
We had absolutely no issues with this tour, we loved every minute of it. The price was good, ride was fine, no queues, seats fine, information good, discount given and nothing to complain about at all. We were incredibly happy and impressed with the tour and would advise this to anyone!

NO WORH IT!! We bought the alll inclusive! Very poor información about the city during the tour. Only one bout available and no information so we give up and took back the bus. We tried to get the tramp father waiting for 15 minutes it was busy we could not get in. This experience cost 40€/person.

Le pire achat de tour de ville jamais fait.
La carte n'est pa représentative des lieux d'embarquement, il faut chercher et si on trouve on est chanceux !!!
Vous attendez un tram 30 minute et il arrive avec tous les passagers assis et vous ne pouvez monter debout !!! On vous réfère à la station précédente la no 1 pour garantir votre place a bord... 1 heure plus tard, toujours pas de tram ! C'est inacceptable pour un circuit annoncé avec une fréquence de 20 Minutes.
Le chauffeurs par contre sont agréables et répondent aux questions.
Nous sommes allés a Bélhem, avon descendus à une station commune au circuit bleu et orange (le petit circuit) et avons remonté dans le bleu une heure plus tard (encore) sans que le orange ne se soit présenté.
Je ne le recommande vraiment pas a moins que aimez passer vos vacances à un arrêt bus :).

Incorrect map with bus stops (Praca Marques de Tombal bus stop at the wrong location), low frequency of buses, inconvenient stops (Sightseeing tours has buses at Tombal, yellow bus you have to walk 5 minutes), indifferent bus drivers. 40 euros per person. I know I shouldn't expect much, but still if the public transport buses can get the basics right why not private ones...

Compramos o pacote da Yellowbus (All in One) que dá direito a 3 dias de passeio por Lisboa e ainda usar os elétricos e o passeio de barco pelo Tejo. Foi tudo bem, mas, o ponto negativo foi a grosseria de um condutor de um elétrico vermelho que tratava muito mal os turistas. Se recusando a dar informações precisas, como se nos estivesse fazendo um favor e não sendo pago por nós.

Obtuve billete combinado bus+ferry+bodegas en la página OFiCIAL. Pregunté donde poder cambiarlo y me dijeron que desde el móvil se podía. Al llegar al ferry nos dijeron que tenían que cambiarlo en oficinas de Yellow estás estaban cerradas. Intentamos en un bus y me decía que no le funcionaba. Perdimos el momento para el ferry. Al día siguiente intentamos en dos autobuses más y uno que sino tenía conexión el otro que no le leía y que no pensaban darme billetes ellos. Una verguenza que no sean capaces de leer sus propios bonos!! En la oficina fueron capaces de leerlo eso si después de un día pérdido. Al leer las condiciones y viendo que sólo me quedaba media tarde en Oporto y no me daba tiempo a todo le pregunte por el reembolso, el chico dijo que sino lo usaba ningún problema. Le solicite que me lo efectuara, a lo que se negó que eso sólo a través de web! Si es su página oficial y su oficina oficial, dónde se haya visto que no te lo hagan... y ahí empieza la aventura... 10 días reclamando y nadie se digna en contestar mi solicitud de reembolso. El chat de la web da largas, no hay teléfono dónde contactar. Me siento estafada. Si no queréis que os arruinen unas vacaciones organizadas, NO les compréis, comprado individual sale 3€ más con el bus rojo que al parecer funciona mucho mejor o almenos funciona.

Das kann man voll vergessen, nie mehr YellowBus, das ist unzumutbar. Wartezeit von über einer Stunde und die gewählte Route führt über lange Zeit durch irgend welche Wohnquartiere, nicht die Spur einer Sehenswürdigkeit. Hab schon öfters hopp-on hopp-off genutzt, aber nie einen mit dermassen schlechtem Service. Schade um die schöne Stadt.

Derefter ville vi prøve de gule både . Vi kom med men efter en 40 min sejlads gik moteren i stykker, det varede lang tid før vores

Lieber den roten Bus nehmen, der kommt wesentlich öfter, viel zu lange Wartezeiten ( bis 45Minuten), nimmt viel Zeit weg und man hat das Gefühl , es gäbe noch so Vieles zu sehen. O sistema Hope on Hope off é um caos
Para quem pega no início e segue até o fim, funciona bem. Mas o turista que decide parar em algum ponto para depois retomar a viagem, complica bastante. Quase sempre o ônibus está cheio e o intervalo acaba produzindo situações desagradáveis, com muitos turistas ficando sem condução.

This review applies to the red tram only!
Although it's pricey at 20 euros a person, and there is a bit of a queue, the red tram is worth it for anyone looking to learn more about the city of Lisbon. If you don't have the time or patience to walk the streets yourself (or in my case as a Dutchman the climbing ability), this is a great alternative. The tour takes approximately an hour and a half and you get to listen to an audio guide available in 12 languages, with headphones to keep included in the ticket. The tram itself is something else too, it is a classic model and goes through some of the narrowest and most impossible streets in town. The main downsides are the cost as mentioned before, as well as the inability of the operators and salesmen to speak to the confused queue, but that appears to be a general theme in Portugal, you have to take it upon yourself to dig out information. The tram only leaves every 25 or so minutes so there was a lot of confusion when the tram was just standing there with nobody inside for 15 minutes. It could have been easily solved if someone raised his or her voice a little and told us how it works, but that's not the way Lisbon works in general it seems.

nie mehr, hop on hop off ist gar nicht möglich- man wartet 1 Stunde und es kommt kein Bus mehr. Von den roten Bussen in der gleichen Zeit 4. Angeblich sind die öffentlichen Busse der Carris Linie inklusive- man hat uns aber in einen Bus nicht reingelassen- die Fahrerin wusste nichts davon. Die Online gekauften Tickets, die man angeblich nur dem Fahrer zeigen muss, gelten auch nichts. Die muss man erst am Office umtauschen. Der Mitarbeiter am Offic kann die Barcodes der Online Tickets nicht lesen. Wir mussten ihm die E Mail weiter schicken, erst dann ging es.
Never again.hop on hop off is not possibel. You are wating 1 hour end there is no bus coming. The red line in the ame time comes 4 times. The regulr buses and tram of the caris line ould be included. But the y were not. One of the drivers dd not know that. The online bought tickets are not known by the drivers at all. We had to cange them at the ticket offive in paper tickets. The staff at the ticket office could not read the barcodes. We hat to send him the E mail with the online ticket.

Viel zu wenig Busse und Bahnen, in die Bahnen kann man nur selten einsteigen, da die meisten schon voll sind. Hoher Zeitverlust und eine Hop on-/Hop off- Tour ist nicht wirklich möglich. Wenn dann mal ein Bus gekommen ist und man auch einsteigen konnte, dann war es aber ein nettes Erlebnis.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben das 30 Euro Ticket gewählt Bus & Boat. Erst die Bootstour gemacht und ganz Lissabon mit dem Bus angeschaut. Die Tram E28 haben wir einzeln gebucht. Busse waren sauber und Tourguide gibt es über Kopfhörer in 12 Sprachen.

Es una estafa. El busero cambió el recorrido y se saltó varias paradas. Acabamos discutiendo con él ya que no pudimos bajarnos en nuestro destino y tras intentar engañarnos acabó admitiendo que lo hizo para llegar pronto a casa. Desde la compañía ni se molestan en responder a las reclamaciones. Lamentable.

Une fréquence de passage de l'ordre de 40 mn alors que nous voyons des bus rouges passer régulièrement, des itinéraires qui changent sans autre explication, des commentaires audio mal traduits ( quand ils marchent) et des chauffeurs qui nous ignorent totalement quand ils nous voient couvrir pour les attraper aux rares arrêts !

Waited an hour in blazing heat for afternoon beach shuttle bus -boys selling city trips had no idea what was happening-and had a "couldn't care less "attitude. One suggested bus caught up in traffic-link with driver non existent. We were ignored by the lads selling the tours until it became obvious that when the bus did come we would have to come straight back. Got a refund - waste of time!

Unacceptable long waiting times, some drivers take random routes. You don't want to waste your time standing at a bus stop, especially not during a heat wave.
Though the map is numbered, the announcements aren't and unless you are in a easily recognizable place, you might miss a stop where you want to get off.
Don't take the tram routes- you get the public transport ones for free with their bus tickets and I had no trouble catching the historic train

Niet doen dus! Het is volkomen onduidelijk waar je op kunt stappen en er zijn te weinig opstapplaatsen voor een dergelijk grote stad. Wij hadden een combinatieticket gekocht maar waren heel veel tijd kwijt met zoeken waar en wachten aldaar.
Echt heel erg slecht. Opstapplaatsen zijn vervallen of te ver weg
Kortom......gewoon niet doen. ze moeten eerst hun zaakjes maar eens goed op orde hebben

different route than advertised, many stops ignored, no prior information about that. advertisements about other offers from the company. choose heat or sun on top. little shade on top. otherwise OK.

If I could post a review with no stars I would. Sitting on the bus now. Thought we could escape the brutal heat by taking a bus tour. Except there is no air conditioning. Plus they allow people on and they have to stand on a curved staircase as it is so crowded. Pretty dangerous.. only nice thing is there is free wifi so I could write this review while roasting away.

Intervals are too long it says 20 it comes every 30 to 40mins if it comes (once it didn't without any info on their website). Stops and direction make little sense. Save your money.

La mayor estafa de Lisboa,los 40€ mas perdidos de mi vida.Para empezar en el punto donde te lo venden no te informan de nada te dan un plano con las paradas y listo.Suprimen paradas cuando quieren y como quieren cada conductor te lleva por una una ruta diferente y para donde quiere no en los puntos indicados en el plano y cuando quieres cogerlo otra vez esa no es su parada correspondiente porque el conductor te a parado donde a el le venia bien.Tampoco te informan de la frecuencia de los autobuses nosotros estuvimos hora y media en una parada esperando mientras esperábamos vimos pasar 6 buses de los rojos,y tampoco te informan de los horarios ya que a las 5 de la tarde sale el ultimo bus y si quieres ver Lisboa hasta mas tarde al final tienes que cojer cualquier transporte publico.Nosotros sacamos el ticket para 48 horas y solo pudimos montar 2 veces.No se lo recomiendo a nadie si quieres desplazarte por Lisboa se puede perfectamente en tranvia ,bus urbano o cojer el bus rojo.
Nosotros viajamos en autocaravana y hemos estado en muchas capitales europeas y nunca hemos visto un timo mas grande que esto y Lisboa que es una ciudad preciosa no se merece una representación de este tipo

- very few information, we did the chill out free walking tour the day before and there was so much more important and interesting information that could have been told on the bus tour
- bus drivers did not know whether the museums were opened or not
- audio informations didn't always sync with the things we were really seeing

Lousy service. Save your Euros. The service can't handle high volume of people on their tram line, which only sits 24 passengers per car. During Easter holiday the line had a 1.5 hour wait, as the tram comes once every 30 minutes. During the first 8 or 9 stops, no new passengers can board as the tram is always full.
The entire service ends at 17:30, so the 24hr or 48hr tickets are an illusion.
The audio system fails often and you can barely make out the words over the noise of the running 'eletrico' (tram), plus the headphones they use is very low quality, first pair I got did not function.
In sum, too much buck for the bang. Instead, take the 28 line and grab lavish lunch at Alfama with the difference!

Tome el bus por un dia con mi esposa y lo calificó como Muy malo. No para en los sitios que dice a no ser de que el turista este pendiente. No para a recoger si el turista no esta en el sitio, o sea no esperan. El servicio pésimo y desagradable. Un chofer me regaño por correr a coger el bus que ya me había dejado una vez teniendo que esperar 20 minutos al siguiente. El audífono no funciona bien. En fin, no lo recomiendo ademas por costoso. En bus público puede el turista hacer el recorrido a mucho menor costo.

Muy decepcionante la experiencia. Te venden packs para que subas y bajes cuando quieras y tantas veces como uno necesite, así como que puedes coger todos los transportes... lo que no dicen es que los horarios y los servicios se los pasan por el forro...
Como último transporte utilizado fue el AEROBUS, que conecta la plaza de rossio con el aeropuerto y te ahorras pillar un taxi...se supone que pasan cada 20 min por la mañana...pues se tiro sin pasar 1h y cuarto, como mínimo.

Nie polecam. Na tramwaj czeka się ponad godzinę. Łódź nie robi wrażenia zwłaszcza że praktycznie nie słychać angielskiego lektora. Autobus mimo końca października przepełniony. Nie radzą sobie z co raz większym ruchem turystycznym...

A déconseiller : les prises audio ne fonctionnent pas pour la plupart (en moyenne 1 sur 4 seulement fonctionne ), les commentaires sont pratiquement inexistants : aucun commentaire sur un monument classé au patrimoine de l UNESCO, aucun commentaire sur l architecture, uniquement du Fado durant tout le trajet.
Le Tuk tuk promis avec la vente du billet est introuvable et inconnu des autres Tuk Tuk...
La ligne bleue n a aucun interet, elle sert uniquement à balader le touriste.
Pour finir ils conduisent sans aucune délicatesse et vous êtes allègrement secoué.

We booked Hills tram tour and had to wait more than one hour to get a seat in the tram. They sell lots of expensive tickets for 19€ and don't tell the people that there are only 25 places in a tram and the next one starts in half an hour. The tour itself was not bad, but you can have nearly the same with old E28 for a tenth of the price.

Loved yellow bus tours!
Much better experience than I had with another "hop on hop off" bus in Barcelona.
The bus was nice and comfortable. The info given through the audio was very interesting,informative and sometimes funny.
I enjoyed the routs available and how you could select different packages for different types of tours in bundles ranging from bus, tram and boat.
Excellent experience :)

I loved my experience with yellow bus! The choices for the the routes are clear and at a reasonable price. By the way buy it online it is cheaper you can just show your ticket purchased online to the bus driver and he will give you a paper ticket. The audio was good information and actually fun to listen to. I would bring my own earphones by the way. The people were nice and service was good ! Great way to get to know Lisbon

We had to wait half an hour+ for the bus in 30 degree Celsius. The audio guide didn't work and cut out during the trip. The audio guide had a lot of music to fill in the gaps. Best way to see Lisbon is via Taxi.

We bought the All-in-One ticket and did all the routes except the ship. Definitely a great way to see Lisbon - we didn't try the competition, so can't compare. Multilingual audio guide is informative. Ticket is cheaper if you buy it online instead of at the hotel.
Suggestions for improvement (also sent to YBT):
- The wait is sometimes longer than the advertised 20 mins
- Getting on: the bus only stops if you wave to the driver, but watching the road gets pretty boring after 15 minutes... We once missed our bus for that reason.
- Getting off: same problem, very few stop signal buttons on the top floor, easy to miss your stop
- Sound quality was very poor in some areas. You can improve it slightly by using your own earphones, but that's only part of the problem.

Schlechte Qualität der Busse, was die Ausstattung der Kopfhöher-Anschlüsse betrifft.Viele und ich meine wirklich viele waren defekt. Zusätzlich lange Wartezeiten und schlecht geschultes Personal. Man sollte einen anderen Anbieter wählen.

We had to wait over 45mins, no bus showed from YellowBus, but from the other two touristic bus companies, 4 buses managed to stop... Very bad frequency and what a waste of time and money - I DO NOT RECOMMEND YELLOWBUS -- JUST GO FOR THE RED ONES

Assez cher tout de même surtout que cette année les enfants de moins de 12 ans payent également (gratuit l'an dernier).

NÃO VÁ. Pegamos na Pça do Comercio (19 euros por pessoa). Ficamos 30min praticamente parados por problemas com a troca de alimentação do motor (foi o que entendi, porque não houve nenhuma explicação). Depois o condutor deu alguma desculpa e mudou o trajeto. Não passamos por um dos pontos prometidos (Martim Muniz). Logo depois, ele parou para uma visita no Castelo de Sao Jorge (disse que teriamos 30 min para ir ao Castelo e estaria logo adiante, parado). Voltamos em 15min. Só que nao esperou nem disse onde pegar o tram novamente. Poderíamos pegar o proximo, só que tinham umas 15 pessoas em pé em cada um. Tivemos que caminhar até a Pça do Comercio novamente. No ponto de partida nao havia tram nem ninguem atendendo para dar explicacoes. TEMPO E 19 EUROS PERDIDOS. 25/7/15.

Os intervalos entre os ônibus são enormes, algumas saidas de som não funcionam e a desorganização é grande. Um dos motoristas parou fora do ponto na torre de belem e ficamos sem saber onde pegar o ônibus de volta de baixo de chuva. Aliás, tivemos que viajar em pé no ônibus lotado enquanto chovia.
Huge gaps between busses, sound outlets not functional, very disorganized. One drive dropped us off out of the correct stop and we didn't know where to take the bus back under the rain. Yet, we had to stand in a crowded bus when it finnaly came.
