I have account in this branch for more then 2 years, now due to pandemic COVID-19, my business is almost zero as same around the world, I have been used my credit card payment, the branch block the credit card use, and put it in the risk until to pay the whole amount. every this is perfect and green when you have money, when you could pay their fees etc, but if go a bit down they turn their faces. they are not for any kind of help until they can't earn from you. I admit that I need to pay the amount but I need to utilize the amount what it have at least it shouldn't be consider at risk. I am not complaining anybody here but the bank policy. hope will get rid of this problem and will avoid bank services the way I can. atleast the bank should have some relaxation for the small business compaines as they know that every one is in panic.

The Bank is located very well. I really appreciate the service. The Staffs are very attentive and polite to customers. :)
