Excelente serviço, em todos os aspectos: resposta rápida, simpatia, o bolo ficou excelente (sabor e aspecto) e uma perfeição nos bonecos de decor

Infelizmente não recomendo! O preço indicado pelo site MarieGateaux é de 23€/ kg e cobraram-me 30€/ kg! Sem haver indicação de tantos extras. Quando pedi para diminuir a quantidade de 1kg de bolo, o preço baixou 12€! Concordo que a comunicação telefónica é muito má.

Pela segunda vez Marie Gateaux foi responsável pelo sucesso do bolo na festa de anos de minha filha. Bolos lindos e delicioso! Além de atendimento de excelência e pontualidade! Obrigada a toda equipa!

Não atendem telefone, não devolvem as chamadas. Desloco-me ao local e está encerrado...

Ich lebe in Deutschland und konnte von hier problemlos meine Bestellung aufgeben. Schnelle Kommunikation und Bezahlung lief reibungslos. Die Torte war sehr sehr lecker. Allerdings etwas zuu süß gewesen, aber das ist denke ich Geschmackssache. Am nächsten Tag schmeckte die Torte noch besser. Fazit: Bestellung ausm Ausland bekommen sie problemlos hin. Immer wieder gerne :)

I caveat that the owner was generally nice and responsive from the get-go, and from their website and social media, I can see that there is a lot of heart that goes into their cakes. I also understand that there can be pressures being a small business owner and having to deal with something like an international transaction, and the trust factor that goes into ensuring you get paid. So, that's why this is two stars versus just one. That being said, I arranged a cake order for my visit to Lisbon a few weeks back, and today, she recanted on the order. There was some back and forth because FX fees hit the payment transfer. I made a suggestion that she should bake in some contingent room for FX fees because I didn't like the fact that she continually asked me to check with my bank because it "was not their fault". I wasn't even going to argue the FX fees anymore, and agreed to pay them on ground (she had agreed to let me pay the balance in person as they normally want everything upfront), but I wanted to provide her with the feedback because I didn't feel good in my position as a client/customer to have to be told repeatedly to go check with my bank, because it was not something on their end. So, even though the fees are just a by-product of this type of transaction, I just didn't feel good with the communication and general language. And, neither did she with my feedback obviously since she refused the order. So, I think that if you are not within the Lisbon area, I would advise making the order on ground, or just finding someone else. If a small business doesn't want you as a client, that says something already about them. And now, I am down a bunch of FX fees and with no cake, which is frustrating for someone who is travelling and trying to plan a surprise.

Marie Gateaux's did an exceptional job creating my cake. They turned my cake dreams into a reality. Guests loved the creativity and taste. I highly recommend Marie Gateaux.

Não atendem o telefone e quando fomos pessoalmente, nos informam na porta, sem sequer convidar a entrar que não é possível fazer um bolo de aniversário com 3 dias de antecedência. Falta de profissionalismo e preparo para atender as demandas. Procurem o You Cake It. Nos atenderam maravilhosamente bem.

Me and my girlfriend went to Lisbon for her birthday and I decided to surprise her with a birthday cake. Marie gateaux made my wish come true. At first, I thought communication was going to be very difficult because i don't speak a word of Portuguese. But thankfully Raquel communicated with me in English and made everything from cake design and payment method and directions to the shop very easy and smooth. Upon arrival to the shop, the door was locked and I thought they were closed, but the moment I emailed Raquel she replied right away and opened the door (just make sure you ring the doorbell). The cake came out just how I imagined it. My girlfriend was super happy and I received good boyfriend points lol. All thanks to Marie Gateaux !! I very much so recommend.

Adoreiiii!! Recomendo tanto pelos bolos lindos que confeccionam mas pelo sabor dos bolos. Encomendei 2 bolos de aniversário, mandei fotos dos bolos que queria, foram personalizados e saíram LINDOS e SABOROSOS!! O atendimento é muito caloroso, são muito simpáticos e estou muito satisfeita!! Com certeza voltarei a encomendar os meus bolos na Marie Gâteau!

Lovely experience all the way through! Plenty of options for a truly customized cake that is not only delicious to eat but also to look at! Communication was easy and so was payment and pick-up - a fair price for what it is and a happy customer for sure :) Experiência completamente fantástica. Muitas opções para um bolo exatamente como se quer e que é delicioso não só pra comer como pra olhar! Comunicação super fácil, bem como o pagamento e a recolha - preço justo para o que é e um cliente satisfeito com certeza :)

The naked cake with forest fruits was awesome, and the sugar figure of the Vizzy robot was faithful to the original and extremely popular with the party attendees! Excellent work!

Bolos realmente bons! Optei por um bolo de 2 andares, com recheios diferentes. Estavam ambos uma maravilha! Sem dúvida algo a repetir.

Péssimo serviço de gestão de encomendas, arrogância no trato com os clientes. Depois de terem confirmado a encomenda, cancelaram com dois dias de antecedência do evento.
