O LX Factory é simplesmente fantástico. É um lugar altamente visitado por turistas e com uma aparência bem rústica e animada. Há restaurantes brasileiros e portugueses e a maioria com serviço de esplanada.

This place was interesting because you can find something creative in the shops, especially in the bookstore. Still, it's mostly not enough and even a bit of a waste of time to be a tourist and then have a limited time. In addition, the restaurants were not good enough. Long story short: Not recommended!

I loved the atmosphere! A great job was done reconverting an old factory into a street-vibes place with lots of shops and restaurants.
My friend and I had lunch in a restaurant with a great view.
It's definitely not in a central location - it takes half an hour to reach it from central Lisbon. However, its uniqueness makes it worth a visit if you go to Lisbon.

Lugar maravilhoso e lindo! Belos restaurantes, muitos bares e entretenimentos. Tem um Acaraje excepcional feito por uma legitima baiana. Se não vai a bahia, um pedacinho da bahia vai até vc no LX FACTORY. BAHIA E PORTUGAL tudo a ver! Realmente é encantador esse local! Vale muito a pena conhecer!!! Têm uma conservadora de sardinhas que é impecavel dentre outras atrações!!! Também é encantador ouvir as canções de pagode aos sábados cantadas pelo ALEXANDRE e sua banda!

Très sympa pour y manger, pour faire quelques magasins (vêtements, bijoux, produits de beauté, papeterie), se poser dans un des coffee shop. Je recommande ce lieu en après-midi et en début soirée.
Le rooftop d'un des cafés est assez dingue avec une vue proche et splendide sur le pont du 25 avril.

I met a friend here for lunch not really knowing what it was or had to offer. Its a little out of the centre but not too far on the tram. It is like a big art/cooworking space with some shops and restaurants. I had lunch at one of the places which was really lovely, as I sat outside in the sun. There was lots of streetart and interesting artwork about the place. I didn't spend too much time there to look about properly (hence the 3 stars) but wouldn't go out my way to go back. If you have lots of time in the City its a good place to spend time and explore a new neighbourhood though!

Lieu à visiter absolument durant votre cours séjour à Lisboa, capitale artistique ! Ce quartier rend la valeur du street art resplendissante ! Et que dire de la super bibliothèque mécanique, à visiter l’après-midi pour avoir le guide/constructeur des machines qui vous explique tout sur ses inventions !

We visited LX Factory in Lisbon based on a recommendation from our guide. We really didn’t like it. It’s basically a co-working space, a few small shops and a few restaurants, all with an artsy hipster vibe packed into a few small factory buildings.
There is no gallery’s, just shops and studios, mostly shut. Disappointing

Exposições, apresentações musicais e outras representações artísticas acontecem frequentemente.

Heute befindet sich zu Füßen der Ponte 25 de Abril im Lissboner Stadtteil Alcantara ein faszinierendes Künstlerviertel mit zahlreichen Bars, Cafes und Restaurants. Die Atmosphäre ist geprägt von Kreativität, die Gastronomie ist vielfältig. Ein Besuch lohnt sich für den Besucher der Stadt - zum Beispiel auf dem Weg nach Belém. Unbedingt anschauen und Rast machen.

So apparently this place was a factory in the past, transformed in an artistic, food and retail area with live music and a huge library. Was very surprised finding this place, after following advice from other reviewers online. It's a hidden gem here in Lisbon. You should definitely visit and explore the place. There's some great food places: I recommend the burger restaurant which is very filling. When you order a burger, you get complimentary fries and sauce.

A parte de comida atende todos os gostos e bolsos. Tem hambúrguer, cachorro quente, café, cada de doces...
Ambiente super moderno. Funciona de dia e a noite. O acesso é super fácil de ônibus (desça na parada Santo Amaro) , mas a entrada é bem escondida... Cuidado pra não passar a entrada kkk

Very fun place to go for half a day. You have alot of options for food. A few places for vintage clothing ( it's curated vintage so price are on the higher side). On sunday there is this 'market' in a big hangar. It's actually some craftsy and artsy vendors. There is a nice ambiance and alot of people there.

Antiguas naves industriales reconvertidas en talleres, restaurantes y tiendas. Aunque es a veces un rollo muy hipster merece la pena ver un sitio tan singular. Hay muchas ofertas culturales, no solo de consumo. La gran librería en una antigua imprenta es de lo mejor que vimos. Almorzamos en un restaurante de Frango a la grela que estaba muy bien.

Hé bien les avis sont partagés, on aime ou on aime pas. C'est un ensemble industriel réhabilité à l'image de Darwin à Bordeaux mais en beaucoup plus grand. La déco est juste géniale pour ceux qui aiment ce style évidemment. On peut y manger et boire dans des espaces possédant chacun des identités particulières super sympa mais aussi se faire raser ou simplement chiner. C'est un vrai dédale, on s'y perd mais chaque détail ravi les yeux. A ne pas rater, la librairie-bar construite autour d'une ancienne rotative gigantesque

Lieu atypique, branché, un peu à l'image de DARWIN à Bordeaux mais en plus grand. Style Industriel, nombreuses boutiques sympa où décalées, déco, salons de thé, bars... on peut manger un cheesecake chez l'opticien, se faire raser la barbe, le SOHO Portugais. A ne pas rater, la boutique construite autour d'une ancienne rotative gigantesque est à voir même si elle doit attirer plus de curieux que d'acheteurs. Lieu vraiment très très sympa

Un peu déçu...la description enthousiaste que l'on m'avait faite du site me semble désormais disproportionnée. Une friche industrielle, témoin du passé, transformée en friche culturelle originale avec de belles peintures murales, de beaux graphes, des lieux singuliers au décorum iconoclaste,... mais, pas de quoi s'extasier démesurément. L'été l'animation y est probablement plus intéressante. Si vous appréciez l'architecture industrielle, les ambiances typées artisanat, vintage, vegan et bio, vous aimerez certainement.

Very nice area, street art is really cool.
The Mexican Restaurant is awesome, food to die for. Try the guacamole, it's incredible! Also, the cheesecake place is really nice. Lemon Cheesecake is highly recommended.

Nice Place to feel the vibes of the town. It is a hip piece of town where you can enjoy a drink and the beautiful view!
Lots of little shops and art galleries where you can deep dive into modern arts and get souvenirs you couldn’t even imagine that they existed!
A must see in Lisbon, grab something to eat and get in touch with the creative spirit which is definitely present.
Could be a little bit cleaner and it can get very loud and crowded so that why we gave “only” four stars

Lots of interesting shops and trendy cafés, definitely worth a visit if you get tired of the typical tourist sites. There are public bathrooms on the third floor of the large building. Also the upper level of the bookshop houses some animatronics, if you're lucky the eccentric creator will give you a tour.

On Sunday there is an excellent craft market. Really nice, well crafted, cool stuff at mid level prices. It is described as a flea market online but apparently that was years ago. The factory itself is a bit like covent garden but before it went super posh. Lots of nice little restaurants and shops. The chocolate cake at Landau's is amazing. Tip, there is a dire single womens toilet on the ground floor which had a 15 min queue when I was there. But there is a lovely ladies on the second floor of the factory which I stumbled upon later.

Um centro cultural criado dentro de uma antiga fábrica de Lisboa na orla do rio Tejo, muito próximo a ponte 25 de Abril. Ótimo lugar para se conhecer tomar um vinho ou ver o por do sol no bar "Rio Maravilha" que possuo um terraço com vista incrível... com certeza uma ótima opção para se conhecer em Lisboa.

Love this place super cool. Something for everybody. Great shops bars and restaurants, we went on a Sunday in February and it was packed big market taking place with lots of great stands.
Don't forget to go to the the rooftop bar around sunset it has a great vibe and fantastic photo opportunities.

Centre artistique de Lisbonne, un peu excentré, ce quartier à la fois très vivant et reposant se compose de différents magasins de tout type décorés de manière excentrique et très original. Mes nombreux restaurants présents sur place sont tout aussi intéressants et très bon, que ce soit pour un plat typique retravailler ou pour boire une bière craft.

생각보다는 별로 볼게 없었어요 일부러 벼룩시장 열린다는 일요일에 갔는데도 그냥그랬고 루프탑 다들 추천하길애 건물안에 들어갔는데 사람도 별로 없어서 좀 음침하고 무섭고 화장실 갔는데 물도 하나도 안내려가서 힘들었어요

Class selection of small restaurants and artists workshops. Take the 15 from Praca de Comercao and spend the rest of the day/evening here, you won't regret it. This is the place where everybody in Lisbon seem to come together for an escape from the city. You'll find cuisines from all over the world. The art on the upstairs floors is refreshing. Step into the workshops, admire what's being made (the artists are working and you are watching.) Dare to go to the 4th floor!

Искала кольцо, на сайте фирмы были адреса нескольких магазинов, один оказался именно здесь, решили заглянуть. В общем и целом, оказалось не зря, хотя бы для того, чтобы увидеть любимый Лишбоа "под другим углом". Забавная, хипстерская территория с кафе ресторанами, сувенирными товарами и прочее, кучей глазеющих туристов ("...я сам из тех...) и практически художественной галерея вокруг всего этого.

Unos de los mejores lugares de Lisboa, muy alternativo y especial, se encuentra en una antigua fábrica debajo del puente 25 de abril, buenos sitios para comer y tiendas donde se puede encontrar elementos artesanales o obras de arte. Se puede aparcar pagando 2€ o con un poco de paciencia se puede aparcar en la calle. Recomiendo el restaurante mexicano y visitar los talleres donde trabajan los artistas, y tomarse un café en el último piso.
