2층에 자리 많아요. 에어컨은 안틀었는지 약한건지 좀 덥지만 아이스 음료 마시고 가만히 있음 시원해요~
2층 화장실은 비번 눌러야하니 영수증 하단에 비번 확인하세요~옆집 에그타르트랑 아아의 조합은 정말 환상이에요 그리고 저희 주문받은 직원은 친절했어요~ 직원마다 다른 듯 합니다~

날도 더운데 너무 간절했던 아이스아메리카노 드디어 여기서 마셨네요. 이나라에선 뜨거운 커피에 얼음 한두개 넣어주곤 아이스 아메리카노라고 주고...ㅜㅜ 2층 자리가 넓어 좋았어요. 에어컨은 안틀어줘서 좀 덥긴 했지만 만족!!

한국에 있는 큰 스타벅스 생각하면 안됨. 여기는 옆집 에그타르트 가게에서 타르트 사와서 커피랑 같이 마시는 그런 장소임 붐빌 땐 앉을 자리 찾기가 쉽지 않지만, 사람 많은 서울의 스타벅스보다는 여유가 있는 편

종업원이 불친절하고 먹고 난 자리가 매우 지저분해서 손님이 직접 닦아야 함. 게다가 먹고 난 그릇들도 제 때 치우지 않아 쓰레기통이 넘침. 시럽을 넣어 달랬더니 단호히 거부함. 이런 곳은 처음.

Bien por el personal, pero la clavada (típica de la casa) te hace huír de allí. Justo al ladito tienes una cafetería lisboeta 100%, a mitad de precio, y con "sustancia" extra. Local de franquicia típico: Bien ambientado, pero frío e impersonal. Apto para hipsters y pijos de nueva ola por el "caché" que te da tomarte medio litro de café con el logo.
Los baños tienen contraseña, para evitar (supongo) que un turista pueda entrar para echar una meada. Pues nada: Te das uno, dos, tres, cuatro pasos y ya tienes la contraseña :)

친절을 바라진 말 것.
이 곳이 바쁘고 관광지이다 보니 약간 불친절하다고 느껴진다.
그래도 앉아서 사람구경하기 좋고, 분위기 괜찮고, 맛도 좋다.

전세계 스타벅스는 다 비슷하지만 여기는 옆에 수도원 에그타르트를 사다가 아이스 아메리카노랑 같이 먹을 수 있다는 점이 장점. 2층 공간도 있고 화장실도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

Ambiente agradável. Em que pese o movimento, os funcionários exercem com responsabilidade as tarefas que lhes foram designadas. Dispõe de mesas na parte externa. Todavia, o espaço interno, situado na parte superior da loja, proporciona aos clientes conforto necessário para o momento de consumo dos produtos.

I'm a coffee lover, and currently I would prefer 100% a small coffe shop rather than a chain. But, I do like Starbucks coffee. However, have drank Starbucks coffee un different countries. I have to say that the best taste, was from a latter prepared by Andrea , really well made coffee. Thanks.

It's 21:36 - I paid 2.50 euro for a paper cup and a tea bag. I did pay for the quality of the tea, not for the hot water or friendly staff, I pad so I can use the internet, so I can get some very important work done. There are 3 people here. One kid doing his homework, and a homeless guy downstairs asking for money. That's it. This is the internet - - - it took me like 5 min to write this review. Not cool.
Edited - after about 10 min - it's up to 11Mbs

Atendimento excelente e empregados super simpáticos. Há sempre maneira de nós fazer rir e sentir à vontade. O único contra é que, como se encontra num local de interesse turístico, está sempre cheio, e os preços também são elevados. Mas a bebida é preparada metodicamente e de facto é excelente. Um dos meus locais de eleição para passar uma tarde com amigos.

Pior Starbucks que já fui no mundo, funcionários de extremo mau humor, desde o caixa até os baristas, empurram os copos, o tom para chamada dos nomes é ríspido, e se ousar pedir talvez um sachê de açúcar, vai ter que aguentar a cara feia e ter arremessado em você, falta gentileza, sorrisos então esqueça. O ambiente é sujo, balcões, e cadeiras, o chão um caos, mas o inferno está nos banheiros, o vaso sanitário imundo e sem tampa.
A pior que já estive, e olha que já rodei os Estados Unidos de costa a costa, Inglaterra, França e Espanha, além do Brasil e nunca vi um desleixo com a Sereia. Uma pena, acho que a rede deveria rever esta franquia.

Не смотря на то, что находится в туристическом месте можно быстро получить свой кофе и комфортно устроиться на улице за столиком тли на втором этаже, где есть места для работы на компьютерах. Интернет не самый быстрый, к тому же заблокирован доступ к dropbox. Все остальное на 5. Спасибо Starbucks! Я люблю Вас! :)

정말 예쁜 건물의 스타벅스예요!
옆 가게에서 에그타르트 산 뒤에 커피 한 잔 하러 갔었는데, 1층은 좁아보이지만 2층에 자리 많더라구요~
포르투갈, 스페인 커피가 입맛에 잘 안맞았었는데
역시 스벅 커피라 익숙한 맛이라 좋았고,
화장실도 깨끗했어요- (화장실 비밀번호는 일이삼사 였어요!)
다들 옆에서 에그타르트 사와서 먹더라구요!
에그 타르트 가게랑 스벅이랑 윈윈인듯-

Cafetería de medio autoservicio, eliges en la barra la bebida y el nivel de azúcar, te escriben tu nombre en un vaso cerrado de llevar o bien lo puedes tomar allí mismo. Yo aproveche un descuento del 50% que me regalaron en la calle y después de la consumición, en el local me regalaron otro (valido para el mismo día). El local tiene dos plantas y es confortable. En el ticket de la consumición pone la contraseña numérica por si quieres ir al baño.

Bad, bad coffee. I asked for an americano, they said a filter coffee with their Colombian coffee would be better and I accepted it. It was awful! The beverage was mostly water, with a hint of coffee. Didn't smell like coffee, didn't taste like coffee, didn't look like coffee.

One of the rear Starbucks that I found bad. But it is a Tourist Place and all the lost souls, unable to get a coffee at the local stores, are more than welcome here. Starbucks is never wrong. Just the so-called fastest Barista is a bit to arrogant and ignorant. Still a big Obrigado

Ao longo dos tempos, os produtos servidos por esta cadeia, tem perdido imensa qualidade.
Aos dias de hoje, pelo preço praticado, é possível adquirir cappuccino instantâneo e o consumidor fazer em casa, não só é muito mais barato, como a qualidade é superior!
Aos dias de hoje, já existem cafés, capazes de produzir produtos de melhor qualidade e a preços mais baixos!
As bebidas servidas nos estabelecimentos desta cadeias, ja não são cremosas como eram outrora. Apresentam se mais "aquosas", como menos intensidade de sabor.
O serviço ao cliente, no geral tem vindo a piorar! A empatia por parte dos funcionários é cada vez maior e a buscar pela satisfação do cliente é cada vez menor.

Expect this Starbucks to be overcrowded and to wait in a very long line to be served. Many products had run out and so limited choice. Toilets are tiny and filthy. No paper, soap, water and mess all over the floor. Such a shame as upstairs it’s a great setting with a good vibe.

11월 23일 오후에 일 한 안경 쓴 여자 알바생이 정말 불친절함. 이사람 때문에 다시는 이 곳에 방문하지 않을 것. 동양인 차별인가 싶을 정도로 기분이 나빴음. 정말 다신 가지 않을 것. 크림을 빼고 주문했는데 그렇게 주문한 적이 없다면서 무안을 주고, 알겠으니 그냥 달라고 하니까 갑자기 사람들 다 보는 앞에서 음료까지 듬뿍 퍼서 버림. 컵에 크림 다 뭍힌 채로 줘서 손에 다 뭍음. 모든 나라 통틀어서 최악의 스타벅스. 너무 기분나빠서 리뷰를 다 남기네요

Està al costat de Pasteis de Belem, així que per evitar-te llargues cues per menjar allà, compra els pastissets de belem per emportar i ves a fer el cafè al Starbucks. No hauràs de fer cua durant més d’una hora, l’ambient és tranquil i te’ls podràs menjar sense problema.

The staff put 2 regular espresso is my coffee, but I asked them few times if they are decaffeinated. They assured me that it is decaffeinated. Result? Had a panic attack in the cafe and had to rush back home dropping all the work I supposed to do... Your laziness can cause people health.

Espaço bom, principalmente na parte superior do estabelecimento.
Falta maior agilidade na limpeza e recolhimento do material descartado.

Starbucks é starbucks, né? O café é sempre maravilhoso, e o ambiente é sempre acolhedor para bater um papo com os amigos ou para trabalhar (meu caso). Porém, os funcionários deste estabelecimento deixaram a desejar. Nao havia indicação clara do valor do produto (cafe especial de Natal para torrar) e ao questionar o atendente, ele nao me deu atenção, respondendo apenas que "tens que ler no café". Não é de forma alguma a maneira que somos tratados em todos os starbucks ao redor do mundo (eu frequento a starbucks em todos os aeroportos e em pelo menos 5 paises diferentes). Outra coisa que conta negativamente neste starbucks é que a senha do wi fi nao esta na nota fiscal ou visivel para os clientes. Vc precisa pedir ao atendente. E em Portugal, nao existe o cartao de cliente da rede, que vc acumula estrelas e depois pode trocar por uma bebida gratuita. Alem de ter uma bebida gratis no seu aniversário. Uma lástima! Portugal nao sabe como fidelizar seus clientes e ainda precisa aprender como tratar os turistas. Por que se eu, que falo português, foi assim... imagina quem nao fala!

POSITIVO: al lado de la pastelería de Belém.
NEGATIVO: capuchino: 1/3 parte café con 2/3 partes de espuma. Recorrer todo el mundo yendo a starbucks y siempre correcto, pero llegar a Belém y que el camarero te ponga un capuchino que casi no pesa. Decidle que todo es espuma. El te contesta que un capuchino es así. Pedirle que te ponga más leche y ponerte más espuma. Enhorabuena por la Profesionalidad!

Nice location to explore te area. Staff are friendly and service was fast during a very busy time. Ordered the new toffee nut latte and marshmallow hot chocolated both drinks tasted great.

Very good location. Staff are friendly, cafe are clean and enough seat for everyone. There are also seat outside the cafe, as well as lot of seat on the second floor with air conditioning. Free wifi is a plus. The food in the cafe are fresh and have lot to choices.

11.65유로 나와서 20유로 줬는데 잔돈을 안줘서 change!! 라고 외쳤더니 주더군요 ㅡ ㅡ 친구 이름이 김씨라서 킴이라고했더니 킴카사디안 드립.. 2층에 사람이 없어서 에그타르트 먹고 쉬기에는 좋습니다.

Staffs have no sense of urgency despite the queue as this is a small and very busy branch because of all the touristic sights around. It is also beside the busy pasteis de belem and infront of the bus stops.
I think the management should consider putting more staffs here as you can see the staffs are over worked and thus give bad service.
Don’t expect much on this branch as it is always busy and having queues. Wifi barely works as they do not have time to fix this

Der dreckigste Starbucks den ich je gesehen habe. Die Tische und der Boden klebte vom Schmutz, eine derart dreckige Toilette habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Den Frapuchino habe ich halb stehen lassen weil man ihn nicht genießen konnte.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m so done with this specific Starbucks. I love this place okey? I go very often because I live really close to it, even tho it’s not the first time I get treated the wrong way. Some of them (not all) usually get confused with the orders (I always order mine with almond milk and no-sugar BUT THEY KEEP ADDING SUGAR AND GET CONFUSED WITH DE SOJA - OAT MILK OR EVEN REGULAR MILK EVEN WHEN ITS NOT A PREDEFINED STARBUCKS COCKTAIL and then they get angry when you pointed it. Second of all, I’m not gonna write the name here, but the same employee always treats me with an very upsetting/defensive way. It’s disrespectful being treated like this when you’re an usual client, or even when you’re a JUST a client. Also because, despite vanity, I don’t like pointing mistakes on the orders I get because I know how busy Starbucks can get. Sometimes I’ve ordered the same coffee all over again rather that returning the orden just to not make them put in on trash (and allowing myself to pay BOTH as if that’s what I wanted it). I’ll say it again, I know this Starbucks in specific can get really busy because i get it, it’s in a REALLY touristic point, but that’s not an excuse to be treated and attend wrong.

I Asked him to put chocolate sauce on my mocha frap but he wouldn't because he said the mocha frap doesn't get sauce. Didn't know Starbucks had such strict rules for their loyal paying customers? P.s my mocha frap was watery.

Péssima localização, péssimas acessibilidades, péssimo atendimento ao público, não obstante a qualidade dos produtos servidos, que é razoável. Não é aceitável que uma loja como esta não tenha acessibilidade a pessoas com deficiência ou mobilidade reduzida.

This might be my favorite Starbucks of all time and I'm from the state it hailed from. It's in a great location and the upstairs is a great place to get work done. It's easy to get to and all around you are surrounded by cool touristic points of interest!!!!

Well this place is usually very crowded specially with travellers. It's right next to pastéis de Belém, so it's a good combo. Good place to grab a beverage and talk a walk around the park. Or if you prefer you can take a sit and chill for awhile. Either way always a good place for a hot cup of coffee.

O melhor deste starbucks é sem dúvida a varanda no 2o piso assim como o sossego para quem vai estudar ou simplesmente procura um momento tranquilo e uma bebida quente para aquecer as mãos neste inverno. Recomendo!

Cafe é na StarBucks! Alem do rapido serviço que prestam tem umas mesas no exterior que sao espetaculares para ficar a trabalhar ou a observar quem passa! Tambem tem um espaco no piso de cima com mesas e com ar condicionado! A decoracao é simples e bonita!

Nice staff, average Starbucks coffee, good location. Wifi is easy to log onto and the toilet is password protected (1234). Good for if you've been walking around and need to sit and relax before heading back to the centre (I went via the 15E tram for €2.90)

Um Starbucks normal com os preços já usuais. O melhor deste lugar é o segundo andar que possui um espaço muito amplo, com muitos lugares para nos acomodarmos, tudo preparado para nos instalarmos com portáteis ou carregar o telemóvel, se necessário. É uma óptima zona para relaxar com janelas que deixam entrar o sol no espaço num ambiente tranquilo.

This was, if not the first, the second Starbucks to open in Lisbon.
The space is small and cosy, there's an entire floor with tables where it's possible to study or work.
That being said, it's not the best place to do so.
For starters it's a Starbucks, it will always be crowded. Maybe in an odd weekday where there's not that many people around it will be less so. But even then, there's no guaranty it wont be filled with tourist from one moment to the next.
And here lies the problem with this, and most Starbucks in Lisbon. It's not the coffee, the coffee is what it is, you either like or you don't. But because Starbucks is relatively new to the city, most of them are in busy areas with lots of people.
It's hard to find a Starbucks to enjoy your coffee and do some light work, specially in this one which is right in the middle of Belém, which is always crawling with tourists.
But, when you do find it with the right amount of people and you have your beverage of choice, it is heavenly.

Um local espectacular para se passar uma boa tarde ao sabor das bebidas americanas e dos seus snacks.
Sempre com funcionários muito simpáticos e um ambiente ideal para se conversar ou passar o tempo a estudar tem como único ponto negativo o preço alto que pratica.
Fora esse pormenor, é um local recomendável!
