Nível de ruído um pouco acima do que é agradável para mim, mas predispuseram-se a baixar o volume da música, simpaticamente. Foi-me proposto que eu e o meu pai tomássemos um lugar nas mesas altas com bancos altos, o que me desagradou; em primeiro lugar porque apesar de sermos só dois e de os outros lugares do restaurante permitirem sentar grupos maiores, a verdade é que o restaurante estava vazio (já passava bem da hora de almoço); em segundo, por causa da razão que referi antes, deveria parecer ainda mais despropositado sentar um homem de quase 70 anos num banco alto, que até para mim é desconfortável. Quanto à comida: é de boa qualidade, os ingredientes são verdadeiros, os hambúrgueres são de facto bons, menu tem uma boa oferta e tem receitas originais, o pão brioche é saboroso, as batatas fritas também. A comida tem um toque caseiro, de ser confecionada no momento.

Delicioso. O hambúrguer vegetariano é simplesmente sem igual, o melhor hambúrguer vegetariano que já provei na vida! O lugar tem uma decoração LINDA, e aos sábados tem música ao vivo, com uma banda maravilhosa e talentosa. O atendimento foi ótimo e os preços são acessíveis. Só tenho elogios, foi uma ótima experiência!

Le cadre rétro est très sympa dans une rue très vivante. Le marché dans la rue est uniquement le dimanche et donne une ambiance très différente. Possibilité de manger sur la petite terrasse dehors. Les jus de fruits frais sont bon. Les burgers sont très bien assaisonnés et ne sont pas trop gras. Les frites sont croustillantes.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers which they forgot about in the kitchen and then came cold. The waitress didn’t realise we hadn’t been served and kept running off when we asked about the food saying don’t worry. They did bring us fresh burgers, but never came to check up again and so we didn’t have any condiments for burgers that really needed it - - to the point that we went up to the bar to pay. Seems like maybe they were just a bit short staffed. There was also no loo roll in any of the ladies toilets and wee everywhere. Great 80s playlist though.

Good and friendly place for burgers. Staff is extra nice, although the place closed while we ate, they didn't hurry us at all. Burgers are tasty and reasonable in size and price, just don't expect too much, it's a burger place after all.

Probé la hamburguesa vegetariana y estaba más que aceptable. Eso sí, el queso no es vegano, pero la camarera te avisa y no lo pone si así lo deseas. Buena cantidad, patatas incluidas con la hamburguesa. Precio razonable dentro de lo cara que resulta la zona. Servicio atento y muy simpático.

An great venue and location but the burgers are not quite up to scratch.
The burgers were oily in a way which left an after taste which spoiled the overall flavour. It is as if there is too much butter being used whilst cooking and in the creation of the buns.
Some interesting flavours and a bit out of the ordinary for Lisbon which was a nice change.
The milkshakes were not thick enough for my liking but the staff were great.

Excellent burgers et frites aux saveurs et assemblages originaux et goûteux. Je vous recommande le burger sorriso avec poulet pané en viande, un pur délice (je pèse mes mots)
De plus nous sommes accueillis dans un cadre très original et convivial dans le style du lx Factory (industriel et conceptuel, j'ai beaucoup apprécié les parapluies au plafond )
Bref, si vous passez dans le coin, faites un détour, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Leider enttäuschend. Hipper Platz ohne Qualitätsanspruch mit kleinen Portionen zu unverhältnismäßig hohen Preisen. Burger kam kalt, Käse bereits hart. Schade, hatte mehr erwartet.

Die Argumentation des Eigentümers, mit einem Stern die gesamte Durschnittsbewertung zu zerstören, leuchtet mir ein, ist jedoch nicht meine Absicht. Wenn demnach zu Urteilen, ein Stern das Schlechteste vom Schlechtesten ist, vergebe ich nach Überdenken, drei Sterne für meinen Besuch. Denn ich bin weder erkrankt noch war das Personal unterdurchschnittlich unfreundlich. Das Essen war schlichtweg nicht gut!

Das duas vezes que lá fui gostei imenso, ao que à segunda vez, o dono ou responsável do restaurante abriu de propósito o andar de cima para nós para não termos de esperar, mostrando excelência no atendimento e cuidado com todos os clientes. Fiquei com uma boa impressão de todo o resto da staff. A comida é muito boa, recomendo o hambúrguer sorriso! Em relação ao preço, não é a hambúrgueria mais barata mas para a qualidade da comida e ambiente, e local onde se localiza, é um valor justo. Recomendo

Had a really nice meal here today! It was very busy but staff were still friendly and attentive. The fries are included in the burger price which is great and not to be taken for granted these days unfortunately (we should all start boycotting restaurants that charge extra for fries!). Fries were great, I had the tempura burger which was great (I prefer my burger a bit rarer but that's just personal taste). My boyfriend had been here before and mentioned that the music was really good and it did not disappoint! Decor also nice and toilets clean.

Está situado en una zona de fábricas restauradas y la verdad que está bastante bien.
Las hamburguesas están buenas aunque me las esperaba más sabrosas. Sus precios son medios y los camareros son muy simpáticos aunque no hablan nada de español e inglés lo justo.
La decoración del local es divertida y creativa como casi todo lo que rodea esa zona, que es artistas.

Wanna eat a burger that is filling in a super cool setting that reminds you of the 1900s? Check this place out. The setting is outstanding with lots of attention to detail with not only on the eating area but even the toilets. Very neon feel. There's an upstairs area where you can play table football and gaming arcade.
Now the food is outstanding! When you order a burger, you get also free fries and sauce which I didn't expect and is so generous. Other places, charge you extra for fries but this place doesn't so I wanna thank the Burger Factory for being so kind.
The food is filling, and there's option for soft drinks and alcohol. Staff are very friendly as well!

Numa altura que tanto se fala na redução do uso do plástico, eis que as mentes brilhantes deste sítio ainda antes da meia noite não servem copos em bebidas de vidro, mesmo depois de ter dito que iria beber no interior do restaurantes. Enfim, levaram um redondo não no meu pedido, perderam três clientes e três gins que podiam ter vendido. Brilhante!

Burgers have no taste and are chewy, fries were soggy below the top layer, sauces had no taste. Chicken nuggets were not tasty. VERY EXPENSIVE AND TERRIBLE FOOD. The waiters are nice mainly because they expect a tip. For the first time in my life I wished we had gone to MacDonalds. Completely wasted our money.

The taste of the burger is quite awful, fries are not bad if you like 3 cm pieces.
The server continuously messed up the order even though we pointed at the items on the menu, so I know it wasn’t a language issue. Honestly, I tried all the other burgers that came to the table and they were equally awful.

Service pitoyable. Le serveur prend notre commande 30 min après notre arrivée, en prenant la commande des personnes en premier alors qu'ils sont arrivées après nous.
Le serveur ne comprend rien à ce qu'on lui dit et parle tout doucement, on comprend rien.
Ils nous ont demandé à deux reprises si on pouvait partager notre table avec un autre couple. Quand on appelle les serveurs pour une demande, ils ignorent.
De plus, le burger était fade, sensé y avoir du fromage "da serra" y en avait pas.. heureusement leurs frites sont bonnes

Well, not everything that is modern and appealing to the eye ... is also good! Unfortunately, it looks better here than it really is. Starting with the staff to the food here is not good. Unfortunately it was a bit dirty and the service had nothing to do was also rather unfriendly and listless. The food we ordered took a long time and it was empty in the restaurnat. The food itself did not taste much. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Nachos with Guac & Chicken nuggets for starters were delicious. I had a burger and it was excellent. Fries very nice also and dips that accompanied them. My girlfriend got a veggie burger and the patty wasn't great which is the only reason it's not a 5 star review. Service was great and also the old school music made it a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Burger was delicious. Actually left the place thinking, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, but I left with a tingly feeling in my stomach and knew something was coming. Sure enough within an hour or two the meal resulted in extreme food poisoning and vomiting for the next 48 hours. Threw up just about every 10 minutes for the initial 12 hours. Rest of my group had very upset stomachs, but nothing quite as serious. I’d like to think this was a rare occurance but did want to bring it to management attention in hopes of preventing it from occurring to other guests.
Burger was definitely tasty though!

Burgers were lovely and drinks pretty cheap. The waitress we had was very friendly. Really enjoyed the place. Music was fantastic when we first got there.

Very cool place to enjoy a delicious hamburger! Their garlic sauce is very tasty with fries. We also loved their chocolate cake (bolo da nonna). The staff is very friendly, and the place is nice and cosy.

Nice burger joint. The food was great. Tasty burger and fries - the garlic mayo on tube is delicious. The service was good and fast, got my food in less than 10 minutes. They know how to cook the beef medium. Only complaint is that the beef was a bit small. Prices are fair!

Bruna é a melhor de todas as empregadas de mesa, não digo isso desmerecendo os outros, mas confesso que fiquei impressionado com a atenção dela e a cortesia que me recebe sempre. Venho com certa frequência aqui então quem tiver oportunidade para vir procurar por ela com certeza será muito bem vindo e atendido!

The hamburgers here are absolutely amazing. All the food here is amazing, to be fair. The price is not that high for Lisbon or a place like LXFactory. Totally recommend a go.

Je vous conseille plutôt de prendre les burgers standards, les spécialités sont trop spéciales ! Surtout par le fait de mettre le pain entier sous la viande. Par contre le cadre est très sympa, comme dans la plupart des restaurants du LX Factory.

Horrible... Comida que parece hecha de varios días, la hamburguesa poco hecha y el servicio lento y escaso... No lo recomiendo, es comida para llenarse no para comer... Y en cuanto a los nachos mejor no hablamos, vean la foto... Y por último el café con cucharilla digna de un hospital.

Horrible service and organization. Waitresses are running around like headless chickens. To get a beer in a bottle we waited for more than an hour. Place was not packed. Burgers go from the kitchen to the random table where they leave them for 10-15 minutes and they have no idea who ordered. I have never seen such poor organization. Even if you try, its hard to do what they are doing.

Je voulais manger un bon burger. J'ai pris celui de la casa. Mauvais choix, ce n'est pas un burger mais un steak haché posé sur un pain baignant dans la sauce, pas un burger. Franchement je comprends pas qu'on veuille s'en prendre à l'essence même d'un burger. Un peu déçu par une limonade qui s'apparentait plus à du pulco.

Pior experiência de hambúrguer de sempre. O hambúrguer da casa, supostamente um must, é um pedaço de pão, com um pedaço de carne por cima e mergulhado num líquido inqualificável, sem sabor (qualquer Mac seria mais saboroso). A evitar. Salvaram-se as batatas e o molho de maionese e alho. A bebida ,que no menu é descrita como lata, é vendida a copo e com mais gelo que produto. O ambiente é sofrível. A música altíssima, não se conseguindo ouvir a companhia que está de frente na mesma mesa. O atendimento sofrível com uma surpresa desagradável na hora de pagar. Faturados mais artigos do que os consumidos. Experiência a não repetir.

I thoroughly enjoyed the burger you served, it was very nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the music selection. The only bad things I can think about is that the fries are rather thin, but that appears to be normal in Portugal, and the table was a little bit sticky. If I'm ever in the area again though I'll recommend this place again.

Local com varios apontamentos interessantes na decoraçao, mas a expetativa de sair satisfeito com o nivel de serviço positivo é pura ilusão. Música alta de forma a não conseguirmos conversar na própria mesa. Lista do Menu muito confusa e pouco sugestiva. Hambúrgueres com pouca alma e pessima confecção, mas a carne até nao era má de todo, para quem gosta de pouco condimento onde o cozinheiro esqueceu-se do sal e nao consegue grelhar uma peça uniformemente. De um lado no ponto noutro lado esturricado. Os funcionários pareciam que estavam a cumprir horário, tipo serviço público e no final o que se safou foi a cerveja.

This is one of the worst burgers I've ever had. Meat patty looks like it's cook to a nice medium but have absolutely no meat flavor. McDonald's '100% processed dead cow meat' has more flavor than this. The bun is too sweet and just over power everything. Feels like i am eating a big bun with different textures.

I loved this place, tucked away in the super cool LX Factory, the amazing staff sommelier and ridiculous deconstructed sauced burger specials proved to be the best meal I had on my Lisbon trip. They even threw in some dessert wine too... tasty food, great wine, cool vibes and very friendly lovely staff.
