Lovely studio with wonderful instructors! I wish I had more than one week to attend classes here. Thank you for the many wonderful classes Inlight!

I had a really great full body massage ayurvedique with point pressures with Leith for 75 minutes. I felt deeply relaxed and energetised at the same time and would live to do it again.

I used to attend the yoga classes with Isabel and Chi gong & Tai Chi classes with Urbano at the InLight studio. Then I tried the live stream classes when the studio closed because of the virus. First I thought its strange, now I prefer them then going back to the studio. Isabel is a great teacher and so is Urbano. Thank you both.........Well worth a try................. Also a big thank you to Karuna the owner.

Fantastic yoga studio in Lagos with a wonderful vibe. Everyone I've encountered has been so lovely, and my instructor for Ashtanga and Hatha, Isabel, is just brilliant. She's incredibly supportive and encouraging. Hands down, my favourite place across the world to practice. Thank you Inlight! Namaste.

Great massage! My partner and I went here this afternoon- the therapists were very professional and delivered great massages. I had the ayurvedic massage- I have never had one before but it was definitely amazing, highly recommend!

I have been doing yoga in the Inlight since it opened a few yrs back.. And this place is truly magical. The energy is just so blissful, everything about this place is amazing from the yoga classes to their healing musical concerts and mantras. Everyone is lovely helpful and caring I am truly grateful for this place xx thank you A big thank you to Israel for being so amazing at teaching yoga and also Puck, and off course Karuna who runs this place in the most loving way.

Good quality yoga courses, very nice teachers and cosy studio! You can walk in 5 mins before the lesson without subscription. Would definitely recommend it!

I found this place wonderful, located in old town Lagos it is quite easy to locate. It is bright, airy and relaxing and staffed by very nice and helpful people I attended three yoga classes which were very enjoyable and encouraging. I also had three massage treatments which were amazing.
