It was a really amazing experience! And most worthy tour ever I’ve had!!! The staffs were so kind and helpful, the kayak was a bit scary (cause I’m not good at handling) but the view was awesome! And they let us stayed in the benagil cave, so we could took the pictures. I can highly recommend this experience!! Also I already recommended it to my friend who’ll visit Lagos :)

Alquilé un servicio de "Visita a la cueva Benagil", en primer lugar tuve problemas con la solicitud, ya que en seguida se pusieron en contacto conmigo para comunicarme que ese servicio no estaba disponible, pero podía alquilar "Vista de delfines y visita a la cueva Benagil" después de pagar la diferencia de precio. El día en el que salia el barco estaba el mar revuelto, no pudimos ver delfines (obviamente entiendo que no está en su mano), pero tampoco pudimos entrar en la cueva por las condiciones naturales que había. El paseo es precioso y bastante bonito,al menos mereció la pena por ver toda la costa y los acantilados, sin embargo solo se quedó en eso, en un paseo. Esta es mi experiencia, por lo que me quedé algo chafado, aunque si quiero destacar que el equipo fue bastante atento y dieron bastantes explicaciones de lo que estábamos viendo, muy profesionales y agradables.

We had to make some changes to our activity with very short notice, but they were very helpful and in the end I believe that the day got even better than our original plan. Everything with transportation, restaurant recommendation, catamaran and kayaking tour – it all went very smoothly. The whole group was really satisfied and had a great time.

Had a wonderful time in our tour and the booking team was fast and responsive all the time. Will recommend to my friends 100%!

I did a kayak tour to the benagil caves in portugal with 4 friends and the best way i can think of to describe it is GHETTO. the tour was actually run by a different company, even though we booked it through experitour. The man managing the check-in was extremely rude and tried to charge us extra. We left way later than scheduled. They pretty much sent us off on our own, and about half way through a ‘tour guide’ showed up to direct us to the main cave. Then we spent about half an hour waiting for a boat to pull us back. During that journey my kayak filled with water and capsized. The caves were pretty and kayaks fun but would have loved a way better organized and informative tour.

Actividad muy divertida y libre , se preocuparon mucho de como estábamos en cada momento y de que nos lo pasáramos genial siempre vigilando y cuidando nuestra seguridad, montamos en quad por 3 horas y la verdad que fue super entretenido además de poder ver la isla desde las carreteras de campo y pistas forestales que se veía genial. Recomiendo mucho esta actividad

Everything was well planned, the way kayaking to benagil cave, requires physical strength, but ones you warm up it flows easily. The benagil cave is only a part of the whole tour. All the other stops/caves are magnificent. 10 out of 10 overall.

Great way to explore Lisbon on neighborhood alfama. Booking process was fast and we booked what we expected. Just had to call twice to booking support for a question, but they were very busy. It was in the peak of the season tough so we understand. We will use their services again!

Recently we visited Algarve in a last minute decision. It was high season and everything was full. Gladly we found experitour as they managed to squeeze us in a tour to Benagil which we tried to do alone and was impossible. Staff was kind by phone and we can only recommend their services

The booking process and website is fine, but any customer service needed after that point is terrible and I do not recommend using Experitour if you can avoid it. We attempted to cancel one of our bookings in order to choose a tour at a different time within the cancellation window, but still weeks after and after a few follow ups, we have not received any response or refund. Then, the other tour with did sign up for at our preferred time was cancelled because not enough people booked it - this was understandable and we were informed the night before. However, the local tour guides at the kayaking tour told us that we would be refunded the difference through Experitour as this new time was cheaper than our early morning tour. Again, after multiple emails and follow ups, we have yet to receive a response or refund from this company.

We had the kayak 2h tour with diacover.pt in Ponte de piedad from Lagos. Seemed a bit on fast fw, only 3 caves visited. And the track was so crowded with boats and kayaks. Apart that, the caves and scenery were realy nice.

We were traveling as a group of 4 for the first time in Portugal. We did the village tour to Piodao. While our experience that day was beautiful and our guide was so friendly, there was some misinformation about what we had booked. When I booked our tickets, the experience advertised was described as a "visit to the villages of Piodao AND Monsanto." As newcomers to Portugal, we had no idea that of course it is not feasible to visit both of these iconic villages in the same tour; they are hours apart in different parts of the country. Our guide, who made it sound like she is privately contracted by Experitour, had NO IDEA that we had been told we were getting a visit to both villages. She gave us a wonderful experience either way, but it was disappointing that the third party had not given us an accurate description of the experience. Add to that the fact that the driving distances advertised by Experitour are TOTALLY wrong! It does not take 2-3 hours to get from Lisbon to Piodao; it takes every bit of 4 hours! It was well after 9:00pm when we were dropped back off at our apartment. When you have international travelers who are not familiar with driving distances, it is so important that you describe things accurately! While we were in Piodao, our van actually broke down and there was a period of time that we were not sure how we were going to make it home. I don't think this was anyone's fault and have not let it weigh too heavily in my review. Our guide tried to keep us calm and make sure that we were still having a great adventure. However, it was disconcerting not to understand the processes that were in place to deal with a situation like this (thanks to the language barrier and her rather casual attitude about the incident). Surely Experitour has a standard procedure if a car breaks down and strands tourists in one of these remote locations. We realized in the moment that having this kind of information ahead of time would have been immensely reassuring. As far as the sightseeing experience offered, we feel like we had a once-in-a-lifetime kind of day. However, I would not book with Experitour again because I was ultimately not happy with the accuracy or thoroughness of information provided to us, especially given that we did encounter an obstacle during our tour that profoundly affected our experience.

Awsome trip inside the Benagil Caves I spend an amazing time kayaking in the various caves (Paradise Cave is by the way a must do!). Whereas I was a real beginner in kayak, the instructor was super kind and helpful and provided me very interesting stories about the cave and took some pictures of me as well. When booking this tour, you are ensured to enter the Benagil Caves to walk on the beach, swim and take pictures. That was an unforgettable time in Algarve and I am so grateful to have done it ! A huge thank you to Joaõ from Experitour who organized it just before my return to the airport

We had just arrived to Lisbon and found experitour on google. Gave them a call and some minutes later they had our walking tour organized. Fast service and we really felt support from them. That is what we expect from travel agencies and they are doing a great job! Will recommend to friends as well. Keep on working guys!

The best tour to see the caves on the south coast of Portugal!! Nice boat, not too small, not too big, with a kind crew, good music to keep the atmosphere and a lovely three parrots to keep you company on the way. Also with a stop with a chance to go swimming and refresh a bit and with a free ice tee or possibility to buy a cold beer or sangria!! Loved it!! Money well spent!! Spela

Experitour's team did everything to get us an amazing canoeing experience in Arrábida! The communication was excellent through the entire process and the tour (with a guide from Vertente Natural) was great with beautiful views. I totally advise it!

On the first half of the journey, we visited many different caves which was lovely, and got to interact with the macaws on board. However, we were disappointed that we were not given the chance to go onto the beach inside the Benagil cave. The tour advertised this particular cave and it was the main reason that attracted us to go, so when were not able to go inside the cave, we felt as though we had been a bit cheated. I'm sure we were not the only ones who felt this way. It would have been nice if the boat had stopped near by and allowed us to swim to the beach even. Something to consider.
