Me echaron de la oficina por llegar 30 min antes y no me quisieron atender hasta la hora exacta del alquiler. Cuando volví, 5 min antes de mi hora, no me atendieron hasta 1 hora y media después de mi llegada. Pésimo trato al cliente. No lo recomiendo.

The slowest service ever. Waiting for an hour, not being serviced yet. 6 people still in front, each rental last 30 min or even longer. Queuing ist beyond imagination inside a garage. Is this Sixt or a Persiflage?

AVOID AT ALL COST! Terrible service, overcharged us, did not explain things... do not come here!! We returned our car in Faro and the Faro company was so helpful, thank God, and they tried to make sense of the mess the lisbon company made with our rental.

Currently contesting charges after the fact on credit card. They continue to charge once we left the country with no justification or anything. Also the pick up day location was closed and we had to walk over 1km to the nearest location. Worst service ever. Not worth the savings!

Não gostei. O valor do carro que eu havia reservado dobraria com o seguro que queriam me empurrar, sendo que eu já havia feito um seguro na reserva. A atendente ainda chegou a me falar que qualquer risquinho pequenino me cobraria, pelo menos, 500 euros caso eu não fizesse o tal seguro. Saí de lá e aluguei o carro com a EUROPCAR e até me devolveram o valor do seguro quando devolvi o carro. Não recomendo esta Sixt a ninguém.

Extremely slow service during return. Do not drive in the parking lot because they charge you (they have a tiny sign indicating to park outside). The attendant here slid under the car and found some small scratch under the bumper and claimed that I did it. Avoid this place if possible.

Achtung bei Autovermietung! Wir hatten schon im Voraus eine gute Versicherung abgeschlossen! Als wir das Auto nach einer langen Wartezeit endlich abholten und die Papiere bekamen, starteten wir in den Urlaub! Zu Hause wieder angekommen merkte ich, dass sie eine zusätzlich Versicherung von meiner Kreditkarte abgezogen hatten (700 Euro!!! ) Also bitte genau hinschauen u gezielt nach einer eventuellen Versicherung fragen, um nicht vor einer bösen Überraschung zu stehen!!

La personne qui m'a servi dans cette petite succursale était serviable et compétente. Je n'avais pas réservé mais j'ai eu en une heure l'auto qui convenait, un monospace de bonne qualité, propre et en bon état. J'ai pu déposer l'auto à l'aéroport et le tarif était raisonnable.

Lieber, netter SIXT-Mitarbeiter aber so langsam, dass er für zwei Übergaben vor uns 1 1/2 Stunden benötigt hat. Überfordert mit der Technik (Vermietverträge werden per Hand ausgeführt) und eine One-Man-Show bis 11:30 Uhr als seine Kollegin kam. Empfehlung: komplett meiden oder gleich früh zu 8:00 Uhr oder nach 15:00 Uhr den Wagen übernehmen. So hab ich es dann auch bei der Rückgabe gemacht. War zu 8:00 Uhr im Store, vor mir eine Frau und es hat NUR 30 Minuten gedauert!

Poorly organized. Poorly marked. Nearly impossible to return your car. Each, of only two staff, can only manage one transaction per half an hour. And if that weren’t enough, the office (more of a cubby whole) was next to the hotel’s dumpsters and smoking area. All in all, not a good experience. I usually rent with Hertz but gave Sixt a try. First time and likely last time. @Sixt consider a new location or a new process. @Tivoli your staff need to smoke elsewhere.

we rented a seat car from here. We had bought a baby seat while renting. a black staff working here and handing us the car put the baby seat in the trunk and the luggage cover was open. the edge of the cover was broken but not marked. We noticed and ignored the cover a day later when taking the suitcases out of the trunk. Then, at the delivery stage, the staff at the airport examined the vehicle in detail and noted that the edge of the cover was broken. We said we did not, but we had to sign the document because we would catch the plane. then they took 400 euro from our card for that broken place. immoral behavior. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Méfiez-vous de l'état du véhicule !!! L'état des lieux est à effectuer soi-même et les dommages plus petit que 5 cm de long et discontinus ne sont pas pris en compte. PRENEZ DES PHOTOS DES DOMMAGES DU VÉHICULE AVANT DE PARTIR !! J'ai loué un véhicule qui présentait des rayures et traces. Je fais le tour tout seul puis demandé à l'agent Sixt de venir constater les dommages, notamment une rayure sur le rétroviseur. Il me dit qu'ils font moins de 5 cm ou sont discontinus donc ne sont pas notés sur la fiche du véhicule. En retournant le véhicule le soir même dans une autre agence, l'agent fait le tour du véhicule et me dit que la rayure du rétroviseur est continue et fait plus de 5 cm donc doit la signaler. Malgré mon refus de signer comme étant un nouveau dommage et mes nombreux courriers, ils m'ont prélevé en toute impunité plus de 100€ pour un dommage que je n'ai pas commis. Je suis outré de la façon dont Sixt procède pour arnaquer ses clients, il s'agit d'une méthode frauduleuse et sujet à l'appréciation des seuls agents Sixt, c'est une honte de procéder de manière aussi subjective. Je vous recommande vivement de prendre des photos de chaque rayures et griffes présentes avant le départ. Vous aurez ainsi la possibilité de justifier de la présence des dommages avant le départ, avec l'heure et la date de vos photos. Mais surtout, évitez de louer un voiture chez eux.

Glad they at least care about reviews. The price (on line) was good. Service was not great, partly because they only had a single worker helping 4 to 5 customers. Staff wasn't the friendliest but I've had far worse. The computer went down during the transaction, prolonging the wait and seemed like a common occurrence. They are also more nitpicky than any other rental I've used. All things considered, it worked out okay esp. being a foreigner renting a vehicle in Lisbon.

Terrible station. Refused to arrange car return in the evening though at the time of online booking these ours were available for return. Said this is due to some private event in the nearby hotel, but the hotel knew nothing about the event (I asked next morning). Than after the return they put the car on a tilt and found that the tank has 7/8 of fuel though I refilled it 10 minutes before return. Taken 12 euro for the fuel and 30 for the service. Absolutely unfriendly staff

Lies and petty cons are normal business practice at this place. On September 15, 2019 I've rented a car in this office with supposedly a full tank of fuel. After the representative Mr. Teixeira brought me the car, I've asked him a direct question if the tank was full. He said, yes, it is full. When I was ready to leave and started the engine, I saw that the tank was only 7/8 full. Ok, turn off the engine, go back to the office to Mr. Teixeira. He immediately put a hand written note on the rental agreement that the tank is at 7/8th. I felt a little upset that Mr Teixeira tried to lie to me, but feel satisfied that the problem was solved. A few days later, I've returned the car with 7/8 tank and mentioned to the car return rep that I've got the car with 7/8 tank. He said Ok. Imagine my surprise when a couple of weeks later I was charged extra 41.43 Euro plus 23% VAT for fuel and fueling service. Apparently, Mr. Teixeira neglected to add the fuel tank correction into their computer system. His signed correction on the rental agreement means exactly nothing. Needles to say, you cannot call the company, you just get put on an endless hold charged at international rate. Multiple e-mails also went into a black hole. They already have my credit card and may charge me whatever and I cannot argue with them. My advise: stay away from the whole Sixt. Read other reviews on this company. If you already made a mistake and paid them for a reservation, check every little detail before accepting the car. I'm not even talking about scratches. Make sure that both little pieces of rope that hold the luggage compartment cover in a hatch, emergency sign, yellow vest, tire puncture quick fix canister, antenna, every little piece of plastic are in place, as well as check the tank. If anything is missing, make sure a note is made not just on your rental agreement paper, but in the computer system. This is a dishonest company, and you may only have some hope not to get conned if you check every little screw in the car as opposed to be nice and agreeable to them. UPDATE: After a few unanswered e-mails and three months, Sixt actually responded and refunded the unfair charge. So, I've updated the rating to three. Still, be very alert if renting there.

Wonderful experience with this SIXT Rental location! It took less than 10 minutes to get us out the door and in to the car. Very efficient - the pre-inspection report that detailed the damage done prior to the car was emailed to me for my records. Highly recommend this location!

I wish I couldn't rate them 0 start they are the worst company ever I have deal with we got there early morning the car was somewhere dark somebody come and he said the car is checked all around any scratch or damage is marked we trust them we toke the car drove for hour to get home and get some rest the second day was my second time driving that car and we sow scratch on windshield from the driver side and they charge us for that 737.02 euro that is insane very bad company I have very bad experience with this company and this is the second time I don't recomend the sixt rent car to nobody

Don’t rent from Sixt!!! We arrived to return our car in time but there was a big line in office, we waited for 40 mins and after a week they charged us for an extra day because we were “late” in returning the car on time! We tried to explain to the customer support team by Emails that we weren’t late and we just waited in the line, they didn’t care and we very disrespectful. Very bad company!

As a foreign traveller it's likely you'll get screwed. The personell blames you for damage you don't cause and when you say you do not accept their charges they mumble something in Portuguese and send you an invoice two months later.

Bem localizado próximo ao Centro de Lisboa e só precisa ter atenção às regras de trânsito porque existem pistas exclusivas para ônibus, além do tráfego pesado. Deve-se parar na rua que dá acesso ao edifício garagem e dirigir-se ao guichê de atendimento logo a direita da entrada dos carros. Existe uma placa indicativa que pode ser avistada da pista central da Av. Liberdade e o acesso é pelo retorno no sentido Praça dos Restauradores. Atendimento dos funcionários eficiente e gentil.

WAHNSINN!!!! Warum darf so etwas weiter existieren???? Euch interessieren Kunden und Touristen doch überhaupt nicht!!! Hier passiert gar nichts! Stehe seit 60 min. In einer Schlange in einer Tiefgarage. Nichts passiert!!! Ich habe online gebucht, das Versprechen ist ein problemfreies und schnelles Quick check in. Und??? Gar nichts!!! Die haben schon mein Geld und nix passiert. Das Schlimme : Genau so ist es bei anderen Stationen auch so gefangen. Ich kann von Reisen nach Lissabon und dort Mietwagen nur dringend abraten. Und ich warte weiter...

Totally unacceptable. It took them 45 minutes to process the only customer ahead of us. Amazing how Sixt management doesn’t do anything about it, with so many reviews complaining about the same issue. Don’t rent from Sixt! They have great prices but it is not worth the aggravation.

All went well, staff was kind and helpful, the car was great, price very good, and the return had no issues. I paid for the tolls on debit card just after returning the car (at the airport) and they immediately cancelled the 300 Euro block on my credit card. No extra fees for me (although I did wash the car at El Corte Ingles before returning it because it was pretty dirty). I recommend.

J'ai loué 3 jours un véhicule chez Sixt Avenue de la libertad à Lisbonne. 1 heure pour récupérer un véhicule qui n'était pas celui que nous avions booké en ligne. J'ai fait A/R Méco, à 40 km de Lisonne. Suis arrivé 40 minutes en retard pour le check out et me suis fait charger une journée supplémentaire!!! Conclusion: 1 heure d'attente au check-in, pas réceptionné le véhicule loué en ligne, chargé une journée de plus, acceuil douteux et service commercial absent.....vous savez ce qu'il vous reste à faire!!!!! Bye bye SIXT !!!

J'ai fait A/R Méco, à 40 km de Lisonne. Suis arrivé 40 minutes en retard pour le check out et me suis fait charger une journée supplémentaire!!! Conclusion: 1 heure d'attente au check-in, pas réceptionné le véhicule loué en ligne, chargé une journée de plus, acceuil douteux et service commercial absent.....vous savez ce qu'il vous reste à faire!!!!! Not the best experience. The staff are unprepared for the reservations: I had filled out a detailed form prior to check-in, and it was clear that they hadn’t bothered to read my preferences. This ended up in an hour wait from the time we got to the counter. The gps device I had asked wasn’t event there, which delayed us an extra 30 minutes. They also try to put on extra charges in any possible way they can, so be aware and insist on the price you booked online. A lot to be improved.

This is by far the worst Sixt location I know. We booked a car at this station twice now. The first time we had to wait for ~45 minutes to get the car, the second time we waited for ~1,5 hours even though we had a reservation and done the online checkin. When we’ve been there the second time potential customers behind us in line actually decided to go to Europcar instead.

Unfreundliches, gestresstes Personal. Das Fahrzeug mussten wir im Einfahrtsbereich zur Tiefgarage des Hotels im Halteverbot abstellen, wo auch die Übergabe stattfand. Da wir einen Strandurlaub mit Kindern hinter uns hatten, war die Reinigungspauschale wegen des Sandes im Fahrzeuginneren von 50,-€ nachzuvollziehen. Wir wurden jedoch behandelt, als hätten wir das Fahrzeug stark beschädigt zurückgegeben. Fand ich vollkommen unverhältnismäßig und unverschämt, so als Kunde behandelt zu werden.

COMPLETELY RUINED OUR TRIP!!! The agent is insanely slow and rude when I asked how much longer it would take. He completely oversold on every options for the previous costumer. We waited 60+ minutes for one costumer prior to us. We only wanted to rent a car for one day. Ended up walking away as it just took so much time and the day is getting darker. Given it's winter time with limited sunshine. He wasted both mine and my friends precious time in Lisbon. We ended up walking away with no car. Completely waste of life. For that we should be reimbursed the value is tremendous.

Presque 02 heures d'attente pour récupérer la voiture, puis il n'avait pas le siège auto demandé au moment de la location sur internet 05 jours avant, donc plus 1h d'attente. Une très mauvaise expérience car on avait un enfant et faisait très froid.

They have charged me twice on highway tolls. Review subject to change once they refund the second charge. UPDATE: They clarified that the state charges delayed tolls in addition to what we initially paid. There should be clearer messaging that customers will pay additional delayed tolls. All other parts of the service were fine.

Uma agência nova da Sixt em Lisboa. Para quem se hospeda próximo a praça Marquês de Pombal é bem prática a devolução. Pode-se retirar o veículo no aeroporto de Lisboa e devolvê -lo neste local sem custos e vice-e-versa.
