If you have not tried SUP or paddle boarding yet, ensure you have a go when you are in the Algarve with Zen Sup. Another absolutely fantastic morning spent with John and Heike on the Ria Formosa. Super well organised team and so very accommodating, they can also help you get to where you need to be to get you on the water, if you don’t have transport. The boards, paddles, leashes and PFDs (safety first) are excellent quality and they’ll even help you out with a rash vest if you need one.. great people, great experience and I can’t thank them enough for getting me out on the water, with ease, every time I am visiting the Algarve and from wherever I happen to be staying.

SUP ecperience at it's finest! We did our very first SUP lesson with John and it was simply amazing. He is a very dedicated and passionated SUP teacher and guide. John taught us everything we needed to know for successfully doing our first steps. On this day we had an really great adventure and at the end of this journey no questions about SUP had been left open. John gives you all the time you need and also pushes you to your best to make progress. This lesson was just perfect. We will do SUP again and, when back in Portugal, with ZEN SUP!

First SUP experience and we loved it! We went on a tour on the salt water lake, which was a great first time experience. Heike and John are very nice people. Heike was a great instructor. Thanks for being patient, kind and motivating!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Was working out here for a few days and wanted to hire a board for an hour. John was kind enough to sort me and a mate out with a couple of boards out hours and even brought to our beach. Really nice friendly bloke, great business

Wonderful experience ! John and Heike were great. I'm not very comfortable with water beyond my depth but they were both very attentive. Had a really amazing sunset paddleboard with Heike and John It was a small group of us, which made the experience even more special. We sat by the mud bank near the end of the paddle and watch the planes land overheard. It was a gorgeous sunset and the whole experience was incredible. Definitely recommend!

A magnificent individual and relaxed two-hour excursion in Faro Bay. John took an endless amount of time teaching us the basics step by step. It was a lot of fun. The price is unbeatable and almost too cheap. We will be back when we are in Faro. Best regards and all kinds of good Geeske and Dennis
