More fake positive reviews by local guides. I found the owners to be once again, rude and unhelpful. Though they do appear to have some interesting things and it might be worth a shot for tiles and porcelain and so forth. The upstairs appears to be the most interesting part of the place but it was blocked off. For my item, they indicated that they might actually have it; howver forit would be too difficult for her to bring it out and it was just a small piece of glass!

If you want to buy some authentic Lisbon tiles (azulejos), this is the right place to visit. You can find a variety of real tiles from different centuries of the city's history. The shop owner (we were told that the shop was established by his grandfather, so he is now the third generation in row running the shop and his daughter will take over in the future) is really helpful and knows a lot about the azulejos (also speaks English well).

Mais do que uma simples loja de ferragens, esta Ace Hardware está repleta de artigos para casa e grelhados. Eu sempre recebo o meu carvão de madeira na Ace. Todas as pequenas coisas estão disponíveis aqui. Extensa secção de porcas/ferramentas/ parafusos com pessoas que vão realmente tentar ajudá-lo em vez de o evitar activamente. Há também um legítimo Correio dos Estados Unidos na parte de trás. Ótimo lugar para fazer compras.
Eu alugo daqui há quase 5 anos, quando era um gerente de loja diferente. A gerente da loja agora Debbie é muito pouco profissional e mal-educada. Ela não sabe como ouvir o cliente. Se você está atrasado recebo 20 chamadas perguntando onde está o pagamento, então eu os tenho vindo à casa 6 ou 7 vezes por semana. Então sendo a pandemia de corna virur eu fiquei atrás de n foi demitido como todos foram. Só um emprego a trabalhar por menos, mas a tentar ser apanhado nas minhas contas. Tenho-os a dizer-me que preciso de um pagamento ou do material. Por isso dei-lhes o material e vou contactar o gerente distrital e o escritório da empresa. Acho que não tenho hipótese de ser apanhado. Muito pouco profissional!!
