Toller Fado, aber leider geldgieriger Wirt. Trotz 25€ Eintritt p.P. erhielten wie am Ende eine weitere fette Rechnung von ca. 70€ auf einem Zettel ohne Kassenbon. Leider windig, schade.

Toller Fado Abend! Freitags, vorher reservieren, 20 Euro pro Person. Es gibt dafür die tolle Livemusik und eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen. Getränke gehen Extra. Klasse!

To be fair one of the singers was really excellent. But I felt there was something lacking in the way we were greeted and sat down. No 'good evening's or 'welcome'. Food was very average but not expensive at €20. Big illuminated sign asking for silence during the singing which everyone understood except the staff, who were more interested in draging more people in to fill unclaimed tables. Could have been so much better.

Todas as condições para realização de sessões de FADO puro e "ao vivo", aliàs não conheço melhores, e são muitas.

Wenn man als nicht Fachkundiger Tourist Fado hören will ist das Cafe Vadio sicher Ok. Zum Namen des Cafes.. Ich kenne den Namen Fado aber möglicherweise wird das unterschiedlich geschrieben so lese ich hier im Internet Cafe Vadio ? Es ist auch kein Cafe ( DIE BEZEICHNUNG CAFE, VOR DEM NAMEN, WIRD IM SÜDEN OFT ANGEWENDET UM IN EINER TIEFEREN STEUERERKLASSE ZU FUNGIEREN ). Eintritt mit Abendessen ca. 20 Eu. In der H. S. kann es mehr sein. Das was serviert wird macht weder satt noch happy. Es ist eng und sehr dunkel. Mann muss reservieren. Die Musiker lassen auf sich warten. Ok das Lokal ist klein, das Budget mit den Musiker knapp.

Fado itself was good but service very poor. We tried to get the bill for over an hour (by this point if was 12.30am. for context, the show started at 8.30pm). Staff just ignored us. We ended up leaving some money on the table (no Idea if correct amount as couldn't get the bill) and walking out. The first two to three hours were great. After that the owner seemed to invite a series of friends/relatives up to sing, with no pause for waiting staff to come around and top up drinks or check on tables. It went from professional show to 'drunken family gathering' vibe very quickly. It's a shame.

Fado was amazing, we had to pay 20 euros per person in advance which included the show a soup and a very small second dish which is totally okay because the dishes were delicious and the music was great. We knew the drinks would be extra but the bill at the end truly shocked us! 20 euros for a bottle of wine that normally costs 4 euros in a store (no wine list even after asking for it but we thought okay it cant be that unreasonable we were wrong..) . I understand this is a restaurant and therefore prices are different but this is too much by any means, wouldn't recommend this place dispite the great performance from the musicians. It's a shame really could be the perfect place to go...

Very good wine for very cheap. Really kind owners, good music. We came for one glass and stayed for more.

Inolvidable velada escuchando a unos cantantes excelentes de fado, en un ambiente tradicional y cenando platos portugueses. Personal encantador!

We had a really good time in this nice, cozy and authentic local. The life fado music brought us the atmosphere that we were looking for.

C'est un café accessible le vendredi et le samedi soir pour des nuits de Fado. On y passe une soirée à couper le souffle. Il faut réserver à l'avance. Le prix comprend le spectacle et des tapas ( caldo verde, Pastéis de bacalhao, salada de polvo ou rojoes). Si vous souhaitez passez une soirée avec de la musique typiquement portugaise c'est là qu'il faut aller.

La música estupenda y cantaban muy bien, pero la comida incluida en el precio del espectáculo me pareció regular y la botella de vino que no se incluía en el precio resultó cara. En cuanto a la organización de las mesas y el servicio me pareció pésimo, te atendían tarde y no por orden de llegada, tampoco entendían bien el español, y cuando te ibas no sabían si habías pagado o no.

Attended their Friday night Fado event and had a lovely time. This was more a community event than a strict performance. People were very friendly and there was lots of interaction and singing along. A unique and memorable event. We loved it.
