시계 잘 구매했고 보증서 및 택스리펀 서류 까지 잘 챙겨주셔서 감사했습니다 그런데 영업 종료 얼마 안남기고 가서 그런가.. 저도 급해서 생각못했는데 시계줄을 제 손목에 맞게 줄여준다던지 이런 세부적인 서비스가 없어서 아쉬웠어요 여행중에 시간이 없어서 다시 못갔네요 시계줄 줄이는 건 한국 매장에서도 가능하니까 그러려니 했네요 - 택스리펀은 가격대 마다 다르겠지만 탱크솔로 여성 s 기준 14% 예요!

Went into Cartier Lisbon to have my watch battery changed. Everyone very polite and enjoyed a coffee whilst waiting. Had my husband and his 80 yr dad waiting in car as parking is very bad during the xmas holidays. After waiting 45 minutes, they tell me they didn't change the battery, that my watch had to stay for the 6 years recommended service, and it would cost me around 600 euros! I was completely shocked as they made me wait 45 mins to tell me this! They could have told me all this when they checked my details on the computer and not waste my time. It's for the customer to be advised that a service is due and make a decision. But to make me wait 45 mins to tell me this and that they didn't change the battery? A really bad customer service. A real disappointment!

Personnellement, la pire expérience de ma vie! Je fréquente régulièrement les boutiques Cartier dans le monde, mais à Lisbonne le service est épouvantable, entretien d’une montre un mois et demi, avons du téléphoné à Paris pour qu’ils interviennent auprès de Lisbonne pour récupérer la montre. Je déconseille fortement.

Love the cologne and perfume, staff very friendly and even though we did not purchase anything this time, the sales associate gave us some travel destination tips and a couple of sample size scents for the road.
