We submitted 2 macbooks for repair to this business 3 weeks ago, havent' heard anything from them, they haven't contacted us. We have sent countless of emails, we have tried calling them, we have had external people calling them, no answer. We called up Apple Europe to investigate, but even they are not able to get in touch with them. My associate went to their physical location again (twice), but the employees said the Macbooks weren't there. He requested them to give it back to us. Till this day today, we have not received a single reply, neither have they given us back our Macbooks, so we are planning on filing a police report next week to claim our property since we have requested it so many times now. I just want to say that I am in utter disbelief that this business has so many good reviews, it shouldn't be possible. We are not even sure how to get in touch with the owners. I hope with this review that the owners fill fix this and give us back our macbooks.

Portátil MAC deixado para analise de avaria, cobrados 62€ pagos para análise de um dia para o outro com diagnóstico de avaria da Logic Board. Após levantamento do equipamento e tendo pago o valor de 35€ pelo trabalho do diagnóstico deixo o meu portátil na M.REPAIR que faz a analise em dois dias GRATUITAMENTE e que me entrega o mesmo sem qualquer custo de reparação visto que a avaria se solucionou apenas com o reset ao cabo da Bateria. A GMS pediu-me para reparação 608,84. Resolvi a situação sem gastar um cêntimo.

Super atenciosos, com rápida resposta, excelente simpatia e bastante conhecimento técnico. Só tenho a agradecer pelo atendimento, mesmo o meu computador não tendo sido reparado. Se houver novos problemas informaáticos, o que não espero, com certeza irei procurar esta loja.

Very professional, kind and helpful. I just got my MacBook Pro 2016 repaired (I had a cracked screen and a broken key cap) for a fair price of 635 €. It might sound a little too much but for the overall price of the computer it was more than okay. I got it back in a week in perfect condition. Not only they replaced one key cap the replaced my whole keyboard and gave me the old one just in case something happens (which I hope it won’t). I was served by Pedro Nano who speaks English very well and who was very calm and patiently explained every single detail before and after the repair. I am more than satisfied with the service and for the safety of your devices I would highly recommend this place!

Very unprofessional. So Apple announced that some MacBookPro 3017 have deffective batteries. So I went to GMS Care in Rua Sanches Coelho and they told me that would be ready in 5 working days. It’s been 10 working days and they still dont know when it will be ready. If i was told that i had to wait 2 weeks for my laptop to be ready i would never left my laptop there. So now I can only wait for the service to be finished someday. That’s ver unprofessional. Does anyone knows another apple certified support place to go in lisbon ? Because this was my last time for sure.

Friendly and reliable! My MacBook Pro had some screen problems, which were covered by apple guarantee. They fixed it in less than a week!

Sem qualquer tipo de contacto(senão meu), desde a entrega do iPod na loja do Chiado ,até á devolução á mesma. Material que não foi reparado por ser "vintage" demora quase um mês a ser devolvido. Pena ter de dar uma estrela...

A equipe é muito atenciosa. Consertaram meu Mac em menos tempo do que eu imaginava.
