I was there to fix my display and I needed a new battery. My Smartphone should have been in one day because the next day we had to take our flight to Porto and the person in charge knew that. He made a „good price“. I paid 50€ so that the Technician can ruin the home Button, although we discussed with him about it. He didn‘t do anything about it and because of our Flight in this day we couldn‘t do anything about the situation. After that I recognized that the display and the battery doesn‘t work properly and I visited places like Worten and Fnac to fix the Phone and the people working there told us, that the connection to the Homebutton was taken of and that they never saw such a bad job. So thank you for nothing. My smartphone is now much worser then before. To the people who consider to use the service, please don‘t do that. You can visit places like Worten and Fnac. You even get a warranty.

Went in to get my charging port replaced and the screen because it was broken. While dropping the phone off the staff were engaged in a heated argument with a customer. When I went back to collect my phone they were having a fight with a different customer because of shoddy work performed. The charge port works again however the screen replacement is very poor and had not been sealed properly. When you press down on the screen it leaves a visible imprint. Looking at the reviews I thought I work get the same great service. But you get what you pay for when you don't go to a licensed repairer. Avoid unless you're desperate.

I needed a phone urgently as my old one gave up on me somewhere in the Alfama district of Lisboa. I randomly landed on this phone repair shop. Fortunately for me, the service was great, I am happy with the phone I bought and I don't feel like things were overpriced. If only more phone shops were like this one. Thanks for your help!
