My best holiday so far :) very nice house, awesome surf lessons and waves. A place for surf lovers :) I definitely will come again :)

The place to enjoy the perfect surf vacation along the beautiful portuguese coast. Super cozy house with nice interior design and everything else you need after a good day of surfing on the finest surfspot in europe. Not to forget the awesome host and surf instructor Rui. A great guy who exactly knows how to interact with you individual and can push you to your best. Local surfer that loves and lives the surf life. Will come back for sure.

Surfinstructor is a real idiot, starting fights and screaming around like crazy in the line up. Avoid this place!

Slechtste ervaring tot nu toe met een hostel, en heb er wel wat gezien in mijn leven.. Super onvriendelijk, onbetrouwbaar en ronduit schandalig hoe ze met hun klanten omgaan. Een hosteltje in verval. Bestolen geweest tijdens surfen terwijl spullen "veilig" in auto van instructeur lagen. Niemand heeft zijn handen echter uit de mouwen gestoken om ons bij te staan, zelfs een taxi naar de ambassade of terugbetaling van de overige nachten was al te veel gevraagd! Daar bovenop krijg je nog eens bedreigingen naar je hoofd gesmeten en proberen ze je te ondermijnen met hun macho gedrag! Op één instructeur na één grote bende gefrustreerde mannen, om dan nog niet te spreken over het zeer zwak ontbijt en de inzet van de dame die dit klaarmaakt.. Ik denk dat lachen tegenwoordig ook een dure optie is.. De surflessen met Johnny waren geweldig! Daarvoor toch nog 1 ster.

Thank you Ferrer surf house for an unbelievable experience we had this summer. It was our first time in the ocean, and we enjoyed it to the fullest. The most qualified and friendly instructors, who helped us to overcome the fear of getting into the water and introduced us into the world of surfing ‍♀️ Special thanks to Nastya for the photos and the owners for sharing their passion with us. Moreover, every day you find yourself on the most beautiful beaches of the coast We’ll definitely be back soon!

Great place, great atmosphere! It is so beautiful and cozy! The instructors are completely different!!! Strict and steep Pedro , kind and smiling Rui, and small and very strong Veronica! These three will put anyone! AND! The most important thing! Who wants cool photos - this is for Nastya! Amazing photo!

A magical place where you want to return again and again. The house is always clean, delicious breakfasts and a cozy atmosphere. At home there is a surf school, with the best instructors who are aimed at your result. Here you will always find cheerful and interesting people, you will never be bored. You really will feel yourself like at home.

The teachers are super professional! Rui, Pedro and Victoria, thank you for your work! You really teach how to surf... It's awesome to learn from you! Also the Surf House is just great and cozy! So many homemade details and made with love, you can feel it! If you will stay here you will get also a nice sunset view from the balcony Thank you again, my lovely surf family!

In my surfing experience I went all the way from a girl who didn't know how to go into the water with a surfboard to a regular on the lineup with this school. I feel completely safe when one of the teachers is around, so I can challenge my surfing skills. I feel the personal involvement of the teachers to individual success of every student, they really care! That's why, to the contrary of the majority of the schools, they always have a beginner group, but also an improver group, constituted of their ex-beginner students. The house is cozy and comfortable to live in, but even if the rooms are fully booked, I stay in the area and still come to surf with these guys. I have been to a great deal of surf camps, but this is the place I do come back to.

For the last 3 years I am spending my vacations in surf camps and Ferrel Surf House is my favourite destination in Portugal. I appreciate the individual approach they have to every student and I am always sure that they control the situation when we are together in the ocean. In addition, the ambiance in the house in always friendly and this is definitely the place you would like to come back to. P.S. The owner also makes very good barbecues.

The surf instructor was behaving disgustingly territorial trying to shoo away beginner surfers for 'being in his way' although they had the right of way in the line up. Avoid this place if you don't want to be humiliated by this disrespectful human being.

I was really disappointed after taking a lesson in that Surfschool. The Surfinstructor ist pretty toxic and is really impatient with beginners. This Surfschool isn't worth it's money.

WORST SURFINSTRUCTOR EVER!!! AVOID THE SURFING!! He is angry to everyone and shows bad behavior even though he is a local. Don’t waist your money! He just irresponsible endangers all other human beings at the surf spot!

Casa muito agradável, ótimo para quem pretende ser bem recebido e fazer uma experiência de surf. Super limpo, boa onda, boas vibrações, para quem precisa de descansar,relaxar e quem sabe ate surfar...

Incredible teachers and an unforgettable atmosphere! Second time I'm coming back and it won't be the last. Rui and his crew are absolute legends. And what a stunning house and service.

Really bad localist behaviour from a surf instructor. He pushed his student in to a wave I had priority on, cursed at me, threatened to punch me and sent me out of the water. It's this kind of behaviour that gives surfing a bad name!
