Positivo: As wc estão em excelentes condicoes (de limpeza e de manutenção) e têm espaco para circular pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Alem disso o staff é muito atencioso e simpático e a comida do restaurante é muito boa. O espaco em si é agradavel e o conceito é diferente e suscita curiosidade.
Negativo: o espaco é bem mais pequeno do que aparenta nas fotos, o pequeno almoco deixa um bocado a desejar ja que ficam os alimentos todos em cima uns dos outros quase a cair dando um ar de "pomos onde cabe" (o que na comida nao e o melhor), ainda nos alimentos o jantar apesar de muito bom foi tambem muito demorado. Estavam, alem da minha mesa (de duas pessoas) apenas mais duas mesas ocupadas e apenas uma funcionaria a atender. Nao funcionou, nao fluiu, demoramos imenso ate termos a entrada e imenso tempo de intervalo entre esta e o prato e do prato à sobremesa. Assustador. O staff apesar de simpático parece que segura o resort pelas pontas e o disfarçam com sorrisos. Demonstraram ter um backoffice extremamente desorganizado. Temos uma bebe de 7 meses e ao fazer a reserva mencionamos isso e ficaram de nos adicionar um berço na tenda. Quando chegamos à tenda estava a cama feita mas pouco esticada (pensei wue seria eu a ser esquisita) dois copos na cabeceira e uma garrafa de água (oferta do resort) vazia, umas toalhas que diziam incluido no preco mal enroladas, lixo no caixote do lixo e berco nem vê-lo (havia apenas um "sofá-cambalhota" que eu supus que seria o "berco"). Como chegamos ja perto da hora de jantar ao resort, fomos entao confirmar com a recepcionista que a tenda era aquela, se tinham posto la o berço ao que ela disse que sim. No dia seguinte ao fazer o checkout os nossos nomes nao estavam tampouco na lista nem associados aquela tenda. Descobrimos entao que estavamos na tenda errada e que ali tinha sido feita apenas a limpeza parcial que inclui apenas a troca dos lencois (que nem isso sei se será tao linear ja que a cama nao parecia feita por profissionais). Houve um erro de comunicação interna e acabámos por nao ter uma estadia como se espera. Entretanto dado o erro a funcionaria da recepção pediu imensas desculpas e à saida a responsável do backoffice veio falar connosco desculpando-se e dizendo que enviaria um e-mail ainda naquela noite ou no dia seguinte. Isto foi dia 27/4/2019. Hoje é dia 24/5/2019, e quase um mês depois, ainda estou à espera desse e-mail (tal foi a preocupação que tiveram e a atencao que deram ao caso). Isso foi péssimo.

Conceito fabuloso e staff muito simpática. Fiquei numa tenda, que é bastante acolhedora e confortável, assim como os wc's bem higienizados. Valeu a pena, é um local a voltar :)

Las cabañas nos parecían muy bonitos , al alojarnos encontramos un ratóncillo dentro de la cabiña y le pedimos en recepción si por favor nos podían solucionar el problema , la respuesta fue que estábamos en la naturaleza y que era así , si no nos gustaba que no lo hubiéramos reservado . Es war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis in einem großen Baumhaus zu wohnen! Alles sehr sauber und ansprechend-komfortabel ausgestattet, nettes, hilfsbereites Team. Gute, gesunde Küche. Viele Möglichkeiten: Pool, Skatebowl, Fahrräder, Yoga, Massage...und angenehm ruhig, im Wald gelegen. Die Philosophie/Atmosphäre ist spürbar anders - einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

Very top place, for surfers and all people. Quite place for weekends or full week, the tends are very nice for good night. The place have all condiciones for a good day. The bar/restaurant have a great menu, hamburgers are amazing and very tasty. Can not describe how much are good :) music lounge on the terrace/pool place. Breakfast very chic and simple but tasty as well. The staff is very helpful in any situation, bathroom are always clean. Hot water is always on. This is a great example of a cool place can be, everybody have to check this out. I invite all my friends to visit wonderful place. They have surf boards, bikes for rent, have a skatepark for those radicals... A cool shop with some stuff to stay on "vogue". Top 10 place

Grundsätzlich gute Idee einer Anlage bestehend aus Baumhäusern und Zelten. Schön und gepflegt angelegt. In Baumhäusern besteht auch die Möglichkeit der Selbstverpflegung, da es eine kleine Küche und Geschirr gibt. Wer nicht selbst kochen möchte, kann im Restaurant gut essen.

Espaço muito agradável. Casas quase nas árvores e tendas, numa sintonia fantástica com a natureza. Staff muito simpático e profissional. Pequeno almoço com variedade e bem apresentado. As casas, muito giras, com espaço agradável e acolhedoras. Ah, nao esquecer a piscina.

Camere pulite e confortevoli, piano cottura a induzione e tutti i concert che si possono desiderare

Beautiful resort. Tents are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is super good and bar and restaurant have good and different choices available. Surf instructors are great: Camila (very sweet and professional), Davide and Rui. Our special thanks go to Gustavo (careful, professional and empathic surf instructor) and Monica, who coordinates the staff with delicate care. Bukubaki is a lovely place run by lovely people. Thanks to all of you for making our stay perfect...now we feel real SAUDAGE!!!

O Bukubaki foi a minha primeira experiência de glamping e superou as expetativas! Fiquei 2 noites numa tenda ampla e confortável, todo os espaços interior/exterior são muito agradáveis e o ambiente tranquilo, os balneários sempre limpos durante a estadia. O pequeno almoço é delicioso, dispõe por exemplo de vários tipos de leite vegetal. Staff atencioso, diversas atividades podem ser agendadas (yoga, surf, massagens). Aspetos menos positivos: algum ruido à noite atendendo a proximidade das outras tendas e da estrada, moscas na área da piscina e falta de uma área “lounge” para relaxar no interior.

Was there in June and stayed at a tent. Fantastic place, fantastic people and fantastic food. We had the warmest welcome from the team. Yoga classes are very nice. Surfing lessons are great as well. The instructures are professional and very helpful. Special thanks to @Gustavo! Surf equipment is very good. Highly recommended!

Positivo - Gostei do conceito, fiquei na tenda nº2 à entrada do resort, o check-in foi rápido e as funcionárias atenciosas. Tenda com quatro camas individuais, óptimas condições de conforto, limpeza, iluminação, aquecimento e arrumos. Piscina e deck junto ao bar, de dimensões adequadas para o empreendimento. Em todo o empreendimento sente-se "qualidade" desde os materiais utilizados na construção aos ingredientes do pequeno almoço passando pela preocupação com o conforto dos hospedes. O pequeno almoço buffet no bar junto à piscina sem reparos a fazer e num espaço muito agradável. Negativo - O resort fica localizado na estrada que liga Ferrel ao Baleal com constante movimento de carros durante a noite. Junto ao empreendimento estiveram vários cães a ladrar até cerca das 02:30 da madrugada e se juntarmos a isto o barulho provocado pelos hospedes que entram de madrugada a falar alto, não posso dizer que tenha tido uma noite como esperava ter. Recomendo pela experiência mas não voltaria antes de se encontrarem asseguradas outras condições.

Em termos de design é fabuloso. Ficamos numa tenda family, minimalistas mas suficiente. Possui aquecedor que minimiza o frio a noite. A piscina é muito pequena para a capacidade de alojamento do espaço embora agradável. Casas de banho comuns de luxo. Funcionários muito simpáticos, pequeno almoço digno de um 4 estrelas. Os pontos negativos apontaria o ruído proveniente da estrada, que acaba por perturbar o descanso e a ausência de atracções que nos prendam no recinto do bukubaki. Em suma o conceito está excelente mas falta algumas coisas..

Natureza atendimento e o espaço fantástico

Adoramos um conceito fantástico as crianças deliraram e uma limpeza espectacular. A única coisa a lamentar é o facto de o pequeno almoço não se encontrar incluído. Contudo são muito atenciosos!! Vamos voltar de certeza . Continuação de muito sucesso!!

Experiência muito agradável. Gostei do conceito, apenas acho que deviam ter mais.opções de entretenimento para as crianças,pois com o tempo mais frio e não tendo piscina, ficam um.pouco sem nada para fazer. Muito agradável, nature friendly e descontraído. Os meus filhos adoraram conhecer o Leo.

A nice place with so much more potential. We did stay in one of their tents for a couple of days. We booked some surf lessons and other activities in advance and couldn't get a confirmation when we arrived. Then when we finally got the dates, we tried to reschedule them for the next day and never got a confirmation. The staff seems very unmotivated, but forced to be friendly in a very strange feeling way. There is a small restaurant which serves good quality dinner and a decent breakfast for 7€ per person. There aren't many seats available though, so I can imagine getting some trouble finding a place in high season. There are also dogs barking the whole night which gets pretty annoying if you are trying to sleep.

Impresionante, los mejores días de la vacaciones. Espectacular el sitio, las tiendas de campaña son de cuento, las casitas en los árboles súper cómodas y acogedoras y el personal de lo más amable y atento. Es la primera vez que venimos en familia y pensamos volver todos los veranos si podemos.

Bukubaki is s great place. The staff are really helpful, the resort is fantastic and the area around Baleal absolutely beautiful. If you want an experience that is a bit different yet high quality then Bukubaki is for you. We will definitely return.

Spent a couple of nights with my SO. Getting to the virtues of the place first: it is a beautiful small spot, carefully landscaped and delightfully decorated. You get what you see in the pictures. The staff also tries to be very friendly. Now for the reason this place gets one star: you’ll be completely fooled if you think it is anything remotely resembling a “resort". It’s a very very small forest area with about 10 tents squashed at each other and a handful of elevated wooden houses. Plus a very small tank they call a pool and a magnificent pit intended for skateboarding, that takes about twice the size of the pool. The staff, while certainly generous with the smiles, are blatantly unexperienced and/or untrained in the craft. Even to the point where it’s almost hilarious. They seem to be trying their best, but it clearly isn’t enough. If you’re looking into having a worry free time without having the staff blaming you for their own mistakes or shortcomings—inadvertently or not—, I wouldn’t put my feet there. Tents have no security whatsoever, besides a small area in the cupboard—be sure to ask for the key, they only let us know it existed when we checked out. Other people may just go in our out of your tent at their discretion when you’re not there. We found a put out cigarette in the ashtray they put right in the tent’s entrance, when we came back the first day we spent. The ashtray was empty when we had left and neither of us smoked. Besides that, they are, you know, tents. Made of cloth. Which means that acoustic isolation is non-existent. You’ll spend some fun nights listening to: Your next door neighbours laughing out loud Every kid in this glorified camping spot Everyone coming in or out dragging their trolleys The cars roaring in the road nearby People using the bathroom People using the Air Dyson jets they put in the bathroom—which was a genius move You’d think the staff would somewhat moderate that, or bring the fact that everything you whispered could be heard by everyone, but then you get what seemed to be the staff going out to bed at 2am having a laugh and taking pictures in the bathroom while laughing hysterically. So yeah, brace yourselves for some quiet, tranquil and peaceful nights. Also, pretty much like any other regular camping spot, don’t expect to have a bathroom in your tent. Don’t know about the wooden houses, but tents get a shared bathroom. You get a very small soap—that smells in a lovely way—, and some towels but no shampoo or any other amenity. Or even a garbage bin in your room. The breakfast is weak and very very uninteresting. Those scrambled eggs were hardly scrambled—there were whites everywhere—and boy they were overcooked. Again, the staff is friendly, but don’t expect anything incredible coming out of the kitchen. Also, be sure you get there way before 10am—which is the cutoff time—or else they’ll refuse to serve you breakfast, even if you have to pay extra for it like we had to. The TL;DR of all this is that this place overpromises and clearly underdelivers. We were completely fooled by either the way this place markets itself and for the price tag. Our expectations were clearly off, and so is the price you pay to stay here. If we were told this was a glorified camp site with beautiful tents, a pool and a spa house, and we paid about half of what we paid, then we would be perfectly happy. After all, you do have to pay extra for everything spa related. Expect no freebies and get there on time, they are really clingy to that late check-in policy fee.

Pequeno almoço fraco. As tendas n tem casa de banho! Empregados Italianos (nada contra) o q dificulta a comunicação! Nota-se claramente ausência de experiência no ramo e alguns funcionários com mto pco conhecimento!
