Excelente Hotel, atendimento nota 10, tudo muito limpo e o quarto e maravilhoso estive em um apartamento de 1 quarto e não tenho absolutamente nada a reclamar completo. Foi uma ótima experiência. Esqueci um item no quarto e no outro dia já o recuperei na recepção.

Um hotel ótimo, numa excelente localização e com muito boa comida. Peca pela lentidão do serviço no restaurante e no bar, bem como pelo controlo exagerado por parte do gerente sobre todos os passos que os clientes dão. É uma pena que num espaço tão agradável não seja permitido aos cliente estar de forma descontraída e relaxada.

Espaço muito interessante para juntar uns amigos, beber um copo e picar uma tábua de queijos. Gosto bastante do ambiente, é um hotel descomplicado e vanguardista. É também bastante friendly para startups e reuniões de trabalho.

Die Lage des Hotels auf dem Berg ist super. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick. Der Pool und der Außenbereich sind sehr schön. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist auch nicht mehr die modernste, aber trotzdem in Ordnung.

Acogedor y con unas instalaciones muy completas aunque en algunos casos las instalaciones necesitan una actualizaciones, sobre todo en las habitaciones. Está situado en una zona tranquila, muy cerca del parque Jamor con unas muy buenas instalaciones para deportes de exterior o simplemente para pasear. Buen parking subterráneo y de superficie ambos gratuitos. Un buffet de calidad normalito y con una variedad suficiente.

I hear nothing but great things about this resort/hotel. Spacious modern apartments; fantastic Tejo estuary and and Atlantic Ocean views. Restaurant and Bar facilities are excellent, staff are welcoming, friendly and multilingual (excellent English). Pool and Spa facilities are excellent with something for everyone. Whether business or personal, family or solo visit, you get the feeling of a home away from home. Highly recommended

Foi a segunda vez que fiquei neste Hotel, ambas as estadias foram por motivos profissionais. A experiência começa pela recepção que tem um elevador panorâmico muito bonito, embora os/as recepcionistas estejam muito mal localizados numa zona lateral. As limpeza dos quartos é boa, tal como esperado. As televisões e mobiliário de sala são um pouco datados, especialmente as TVs que ainda são as velhinhas CRT. Evitem o 5° andar, os ar condicionados instalados na cobertura fazem um ruído contínuo que se ouve em todas as divisões e prejudicam o descanso.

The hotel is located on a hill overlooking the mouth of the Tejo river close to the Atlantic ocean. It is also not too far from the Belem region of Lisbon, but not at a convinient walking distance. The apartment that I got was comfortable and large for one person. The service was very good and I had a delicious dinner at the hotels restaurant. Exercising in the hotels gym was quiet convenient. The hotel is a nice place for a stay close to the city of Lisbon at an affordable price. Having a car is recommended.

Hotel (piscine extérieure et chambres) très sympa mais un peu loin de la ville et surtout personnel peu aimable. J'ai du dîner debout dans une salle quasiment vide parceque je n'avais pas le droit de m'asseoir à une table vide alors que nous étions presque 60 personnes de ma société (en séminaire pour 3 jours) et que nos tables elles étaient pleines. Vraiment incroyable.

O Hotel passou, há uns tempos, por mediáticas dificuldades mas (pelos vistos) deu a volta por cima. Apresenta-se de "cara lavada", o staff contínua afável e simpático e o restaurante é só o melhor local para uma refeição num raio de uma boa dezena de quilómetros. E claro que as vistas (Serra de Sintra e Rio Tejo) ajudam na experiência. Os quartos são meticulosamente limpos e o único senão (para mim) é terem demasiados locais para arrumações. Mas isso é mais um problema meu e não do Hotel. Tem salas para alugar (apresentações/palestras por exemplo) e estacionamento incluindo o que torna tudo mais fácil. Os preços são justos, em especial para um Hotel de 4 estrelas, mas deveriam aproveitar a época baixa para promoções agressivas. Penso que há poucas pessoas que conhecem um local espetacular, perto de Lisboa, onde podemos "fugir" da barafunda da grande cidade! Recomendo!

As the other post said its a nice spacious room with a washer/dryer. The hotel provides the free shuttle to and from Lisbon. One evening we took Uber back that cost about 10 euros.

An Uber ride downtown costs EUR12-17, but it's worth it. The grounds and pool are beautiful, the fitness center is large and well equipped, and the apartments are modern and spacious with a large balcony and washer+drier unit. Very relaxing.

Bad dreckig und schimmelig. Schimmel wurde erst nach beschwerte beim Manager entfernt. Hätte doch von Anfang an sauber sein können und nicht erst nachdem man sich beschwert. Positiv war das kostenlos ein Bus in die Stadt gefahren ist und man wurde auch kostenlos wieder abgeholt. Aber..... man wurde 10 Uhr in die Stadt gefahren und 19 Uhr geholt. Das sind 11 Stunden in der Stadt....etwas lange. Bus hätte 2 mal fahren sollen. Geländer vor dem Hotel und im Foyer sehr locker, gefährlich. Zum Frühstück gab es jeden Tag das selbe. Nicht gut.

The hotel was in a nice quiet location and the staff were so helpful and friendly, they always went out of their way to help. Taxis are the best mode of transport to get into Lisbon, about 7 euros, the hotel offers an excellent free service to Lisbon which we made use of, the driver was so informative advised us on the best sights and gave us guidance on how to plan our day out. Breakfast was excellent so much choice and of a high standard. Outside area maintained well and the pool and facilities were great. The only downside was the noise at night, even though it says the rooms are soundproof the noise carries from reception when people check in, the lift noise and also from other rooms above, it could just be we were unlucky and a room in a different part of the hotel would have been quieter. But overall we had a fab time and would recommend the hotel and staff and would definitely return.

Un sitio paradisíaco a un precio más que razonable. Sauna, jaccuzi, piscina interior, bar dentro de la piscina exterior al estilo Riviera Maya, desayuno buffet. Es sobre todo un hotel de apartamentos espectaculares con muy buenas vistas a la desembocadura del Tajo. Personal amabilísimo. Restaurante nada caro con muy buenos platos.
El único pero es que está aislado, hay pocas cosas en los alrededores.

El apartamento está muy bien nos tocó la planta quinta con las terrazas enormes. Comida buena pero un poco cara en comparación con otros restaurantes. Para ser un hotel al cual van muchas familias les falta menú infantil o por lo menos opciones en el menú para los niños. En los desayunos aparecían personajes pero no había ninguna actividad ni animación para ellos. Es una pena que con todo el espacio que tienen no tengan simplemente un tobogán y un columpio. Tampoco tienen animación para adultos quitando el bar de la piscina que encima cierra a las 19 y el horario del comedor cierra a las 22. Había muchos españoles creo que deberían ampliar los horarios. La atención en general buena. El gimnasio enorme y bien equipado y el parking cubierto estupendo.

El hotel tiene unos apartamentos muy amplios, rodeados de jardines y unas instalaciones estupendas para jugar, hacer deporte y tomar el sol en la piscina como el nombre indica, es genial para ir en familia. El desayuno es estupendo. El hotel está situado en un barrio residencial a las afueras, pero está a solo 10 minutos en coche del centro Lisboa y muy cerca de Cascais y Sintra. El personal muy atento y amable.

Wir waren nur zum schlafen in dem Hotel, da wir nur einige Stunden Zeit hatten bis der Anschlussflug. Die Zimmer und der Balkon waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Vom Flughafen waren wir ca. 20 Minuten unterwegs.

O hotel tem excelentes instalações mas o atendimento ao cliente por parte de todas as recepcionistas com quem tive o desprazer de interagir (pelo menos cinco) e péssimo, são mal educadas e pouco pró-ativas. Também nada impressionado com a atitude da mais jovem das empregadas de limpeza, amigavel demais.

Overall very nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Good bar and restaurant, big choice for breakfast. One of the best outdoor pools Ive ever splashed. Very spacious apartment with nice view from balcony. Bathrobes and swimming pool towels very complimentary. Apartment it self needs some redecorating (flaking paint behind curtains) and maybe renewed furniture in sitting area, but beds very, very comfortable. Indoor pool and sauna apart of each other, little bit strange. Overall very good and pleasant experience, would come back for another stay.

This place was almost perfect. Our apartment had TWO bathrooms, an insanely long wraparound balcony, kitchen, laundry/dryer, etc. The parking garage was indoor and has charging stations. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was awesome. It’s one of my favorite hotels. Even though there weren’t too many restaurants at a walking distance, I would stay here again. You can drive to a lot of places and it felt like a home away from home. Lisboa is not too far away and neither is Cascais. We will be staying there again the next time we are in Portugal.

For families with young kids, this place is excellent. Check in was quick and easy, staff very helpful and friendly. When we checked into our room, we had an issue that I raised and it was resolved by the time we returned a short while later. On this point, we also had a broken air con remote during the night, they had someone resolve it within minutes. From the perspective of issues being resolved, they’re 10/10, super attentive and fast to act. They appear to have a maintenance team on site. The room we had was very dated. The furniture could definitely do with updating and I wasn’t mad about the bathroom but the shower was strong and it was clean. The cooking equipment is basic, bring your own or eat out. Zero condiments available, bring your own or eat out.
We ate there 2 nights, the food was great.
The kids club is hit and miss, our 3 year old never got to play in the very good looking playroom because it was either outside the room opening hours or the person was away doing a different activity... kids not allowed in the playroom unsupervised. Annoying but understandable.
Breakfast definitely exceeded expectations; nespresso machine for lovely coffee, juice machine for fresh juice, other good quality branded juice available too, it had the usual breakfast choices and then there was a stand with a guy making omeletes/fried eggs and waffles.
We had a car but could not imagine staying there if we didn’t. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the center but that leaves at 10am and returns in the evening.
The pool area was my favourite. Paddle type pool for young kids.. we could actually leave our little one run in and out as much as she wanted and relax at the same time. Overall, we had a great time!

Very handy for NOS Alive music festival just down the hill at Algés. But too far to walk to Lisbon and typically €15 in a taxi to town. Great morning Shuttle to town with return in the early evening, but seldom wanted to be in town during the heat of the day. Facilities and pool, with swim up bar were excellent and staff exceptionally friendly. We werent allowed to take some breakfast up to our children still in bed and had to pay room service. Do wish we could get teenagers up before 10:30! But highly recommended for a great holiday in Lisbon. Food in hotel was good and prices reasonable.

Der Hotelkomplex liegt in Oeiras, einem westlichen Vorort von Lissabon. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Lissaboner Innenstadt ohne Auto nur etwas aufwendig zu erreichen, das Hotel stellte uns aber einen Fahrdienst bereit, der uns um 10 Uhr ins Zentrum fuhr und um 19 Uhr wieder abholte. Das Studiozimmer des ruhig gelegenen Hotels war in unserem Fall sehr groß mit großem Balkon und Blick aufs Meer. Kühlschrank, Kühltruhe, Herd, Mikrowelle incl. Geschirr sind vorhanden, so dass wir uns auch einmal selbst etwas zu Essen machen konnten. Allerdings sollten auch Spülmittel und Lappen vorhanden sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war völlig ausreichend, hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen zuvorkommende und nette Personal. Der Indoorpool war leider wegen Revision geschlossen, der große Außenpool im April zu kühl zum Schwimmen. Dafür war die Sauna (getrennt nach Männlein und Weiblein) geöffnet. Es gibt auch ein großes Fitnessstudio. Das Essen im Restaurant fanden wir gut..

Für unsere Zwecke war das Hotel optimal. Ruhige Lage - mit Zug/Bus gut erreichbar. Schönes großes Zimmer (Ausblick erst ab 3. Stock wirklich gut), tolles Frühstück, warmer großer Innenpool mit Jacuzzi (im November angenehm), kostenlose Fahrräder - gut für Ausflug nach Cascais und Radeln am Tejo (Räder im Zug kosten nichts). Restaurant ist gut, ausserdem eine schöne Pizzeria und zwei große Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe.

I had a huge apartment withtwo bedrooms and two bathrooms though I was traveling alone. That was a bit weird, but after one day I enjoyed that spacious apartment. The staff is incredible friendly and always at your service. The garden is nice and the pool area is very comfortable with a lot of various seats and possibilities to relax. Though it was end of Augustine, their were less people on the pool then I expected. I guess most people were on a sightseeing trip in Lisbon like me. But its very comfortable to relax in the garden after a hot day in the city. The city is about twenty minutes away. Doesnt matter if you take Bus no 11 (3,30€) or a taxi cab (14€). Mostly in the night time I took a taxi to come back, but took the bus allover daytime cause its so easy there. I will definitely come back to Lisbon and to Solplay cause its such a perfect combination for a vivid city and a relaxing stay in a comfortable hotel

Des chambres très spacieuses, en passant par la situation (proche de Lisbonne et vue sur le Tage) et l'accueil, tout est parfait.
Il est calme, le personnel est aimable et attentif, les petits déjeuners sont copieux et offrent un large choix, ... Que du bonheur.
Et je ne parle pas des nombreux services gratuits : parking souterrain, navette vers Lisbonne, activités pour les enfants, piscine intérieure, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis, prêt de vélos,...
Un seul regret : tout ça est bien trop loin de la France.

Estuvimos en una suite familiar con impresionantes vistas a la desembocadura del río, a Belém y al puente 25 de Abril.Tienen un autobús gratuito diario a Lisboa, que sale del hotel a las 10h, te deja en la plaza Marqués de Pombal y regresa a las 19h.El desayuno tipo buffet variado, incluía zumo de naranja natural y platos calientes que te preparaban en el momento (tortillas variadas, huevos fritos, revueltos...)Dispone de piscinas exterior con bar y zona chill out, piscina interior con jacuzzi, gimnasio, sauna y baño turco.

Hôtel très bien placé à proximité de Lisbonne.
Les chambres ils sont spacieuses avec terrasse, propre, agréable, de nombreux placard de rangement.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le personnel est toujours à votre disposition pour vous donner de très bons renseignements et de très bonnes adresses quand on est touriste c'est très agréable.

Bedrooms are spacious clean and comfy although are slightly dated. The facilities and services they offer are amazing such as gym, pool, jacuzzi, tennis court & the free shuttle bus with return into Lisbon CBD (10am-7pm). The main purpose for going to Lisbon was to meet a friend. Sol Play Hotel was in the area close to where they lived and I liked it had a gym & laundry available. Was I ever surprised in a good way!! It had everything I could ask for and more!!! Great gym, spa, hair salon, and great restaurant!!! And the washer / dryer right in my room. I was so comfortable there I didn't do a lot of sight seeing (it was cooler & not exactly beach weather). I enjoyed simply relaxing, using the gym, walking around the area. It was nice to charge meals & everything to my room and pay once so only 1 international fee on my card. The staff is so friendly & helpful with anything you need. I do plan to go back to Lisbon some day in warmer weather & I can do some sight seeing & will definitely stay here when I do; can also then enjoy their pool & tennis court too!!

Wir hatten das Hotel für einen Städtetrip gebucht. Zuerst waren wir skeptisch weil es relativ weit außerhalb von Lissabon liegt. Am Schluss waren wir aber dann froh den Tag im hektischen Lissabon mit der Fahrt zurück ins entspannende Hotel zu beenden und dort noch das Welnessangebot zu nutzen. Wir würden täglich kostenlos per Van in 10:00 in die City gefahren und um 19:00 dort wieder abgeholt. Ein toller Service! Das Personal ist wahnsinnig nett, das Essen im Hotel günstig und sehr gut. Viele Sportler und Geschäftsleute um diese Zeit im Hotel ! Was aber nicht negativ sondern eher positiv war , da wir die Angebote im Hotel quasi für uns allein hatten. In großen und ganzen ein toller Aufenthalt!

Tres belle chambre, mais les compliments sarreteront la. Le personnel fut franchement desagreable, cest comme si nous etions transparents, inexistants. Il y avait une magnifique salle où nous aurions pu prendre le petit dejeuner, mais nous navons pu en beneficier quun seul jour. Le reste du sejour, nous avons dejeuné dans une piece attenante borgne , petite et sombre(....restaurant reserve aux footballeurs adolescents venus faire un tournoi).... aucune excuse de la part de lhotel!!Le seul point vraiment positif etait cette vue à couper le souffle!!Quand à la piscine interieur.....en maintenance chaque matin!Dans la chambre où nous etions 5, il ny avait que 2 verres.... etc, etc....Heureusement, un sejour abordable, mais loin detre un 4 etoiles!!

Sehr ruhiges, auf einer Anhöhe solitär gelegenes, exclusives 4-Sterne-Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Der Blick auf das Hotelareal mit großem, ausladendem und gepflegtem Poolbereich und auf die Tejomündung ist fantastisch. Der Blick auf die Stadtseite ist weniger empfehlenswert (deswegen wohl preiswerter). Die finnische Sauna ist rudimentär eingerichtet (kein Kaltwasserbecken, kein Aufguss, defektes Dampfbad). Der Weg zum erfrischenden Pool ist nur durch die Lobby möglich. Restaurant und Bar samt Personal ist insgesamt ok. Ein Shuttle-Bus-Service verkehrt täglich um 9:30 (perfekt) und 17:30 (Rückfahrt leider zu früh). Massage und Frisör zu vernünftigen Preisen.Wir hatten das Glück, dass die portugiesische Fussball-Nationalmannschaft (samt Ronaldo) mit uns parallel logierte. Dort ziehen wohl öfter Teams ein (Besiktas). Dadurch hatten wir das Hotel 4 Tage fast für uns allein. Danach wurde es unruhig. Die Zimmer sind z.T. sehr großräumig mit Diele und Kitchenette zur Selbstverpflegung. Kleine Läden in der Nähe haben das Notwendigste vorrätig.

Was a wonderful place to stay. The apartments were all big and clean. The beds were nice and comfy and the appliances were all new and easy to use. The bathroom was very modern and came with toiletries. They had a cinema, gym, indoor and outdoor pool which I utilised all the features. Aircon was a bit weak, had to wait for a while for it to fill the room. Also parking in the underground was difficult. Overall would recommend.

Hemos aterrizado en este hotel para visitar Lisboa y estamos encantados. Tienen un autobús gratuito que te lleva a la ciudad y te recoge a la tarde. Unas piscinas estupendas, spa, el wifi muy potente.
Las habitaciones enormes, te dejan bicicletas gratis para andar con ellas.
El desayuno muy bien, el personal muy amable.
Por poner un pero las televisiones de las habitaciones son antiguas aunque se ven bastantes canales, pero no tienen conexión HDMI ni usb.
Muy recomendable para descansar.

La habitación tiene de todo. Es un aparthotel pero todo está muy nuevo: mobiliario, tv, electrodomésticos. Terraza muy amplia, caja fuerte. Le faltaba tener más menaje pues, básicamente tenía dos de cada cosa: dos platos, dos vasos, etc.Limpieza diaria.La piscina, estupenda, el agua no muy fría. el gimnasio bastante bien. Y la piscina climatizada, excelente por si llueve, aunque ahí sí que habría apreciado el agua más caliente.

Problème de langue à laccueil. Trois jours pour régler un Pb de plaque de cuisson qui sest soldé par un changement de chambre dont nous navons pu utiliser le balcon pour cause dexposition au vent.Un accessit pour laccueil en salle de sport.

Worst experience I ever had. Money is getting stolen; management is not ready to listen any complain and pretty cold reply.
Room phone and safe not working and no one to look into the issue.

I’ll try to detail the things step by step:
Saturday:
We (me and 2 of my friends) checked in on Saturday for a business trip (office timings 9-8). My friend and I found that the safe of our room is not working. We complained to the front desk; one of the staff member looked into my friends issue and fixed it but no one care to check my room safe.
Sunday:
On Sunday we went out and on coming back I noticed my room phone stopped working (as the safe was not working my money was in my bag). I again complained at the front office and they assured us they will look into both the issues on priority. We went to pool for some time and as we return one of the staff person was passing near my room on asking he mentioned he has checked the phone and instrument need to be replaced. He promised he will replaced it tomorrow (Monday). After few minutes I realized my bag was not in the positioned I left it in the morning; I went ahead to cross check the money and found ~60 Euro less. I checked all the pockets and done calculation of 1.5 day spending but still short of 60 Euro. I informed to the front desk on a lighter note and they reacted as nothing has happened.
Monday-Friday:
I asked 3-4 times to get my phone fixed and every time I got guaranteed that it will be fixed today but no resolution.
One day I was sitting in the lobby and hear another guest talking about their safe not working; one of hotel staff has taken the faulty safe from there room sometime back but haven’t returned yet. (not sure what was the resolution of the issue as I left shortly form there).
Saturday:
Phone and safe is still not fixed. Being Saturday I left for some sight seen before leaving I took all the money with me but left 85 euro in my bag. I returned in the evening and as I planned to go for dinner I checked my money; and to my surprise nothing was there in my bag.. all gone.. I was stunned..
I quickly reached to front desk and inform the incident. Again the reaction was stoned.. I asked them to set a meeting b/w me and office manager; I got a reply that office manager is not available on the weekend and I need to wait till Monday; but I can register complain over the email. They also assured me that they will check the CCTV camera footage.
I done the same but as expected (by now my expectation were getting fine tune with the hotel management) I didn’t get any reply.
Sunday:
Left with no cash; and it’s very hard to live on credit card in Lisbon; but tried to manage.
Monday:
When asked on Monday morning Manager was busy and not available. I requested them to set a discussion on Tuesday, and is possible ask manager to reply to my email.
Again no reply.
Tuesday:
Skipped my breakfast to meet the manager. A lady came (don’t want to mention the name here); listen all the problem and told me that I should have used the safe… I recalled her that I complained her that it was not working and I had informed the front desk the same. She told me that she will talk to her staff and update me.
In noon I got her email that he checked with the staff manager and they informed that someone had helped me with operating the safe at the time of check-in. She also mentioned that one of the staff has checked the safe and it’s working.
I replied that its my friend who got help on check-in and not me. But didn’t get any reply
Wednesday:
I somehow able to meet to manage again and this time to my biggest surprise: Sir we have checked and safe of your room and it’s working. We can’t do more than this. You can take any action you want.
With this treatment at least I won’t be coming back again to the hotel again and advise everyone to avoid SolPlay and in case you have to than keep in mind that the stuff you are leaving in the room is on your responsibility.

Cet hôtel correspond exactement à ce que nous recherchions, le calme et le confort ,profiter de la très belle piscine après les balades à Lisbonne.Nous avons loué une voiture qui ne nous a que très peu servi car les transports en commun sont vraiment très pratiques et suffisants.

très au calme, il faut une voiture avec un GPS; le déjeuner est complet, les équipements sont corrects; la piscine extérieure nest pas chauffée.

Giga appartementen in een rustige buurt van Lissabon, in de Alges-buurt kun je ook nog eens lekker eten voor niet-toeristische prijzen.
Met auto maakt het wel een stuk makkelijker, parkeren is gratis.
Buitenzwembad helaas onverwarmd verder nog enkele zaken die met een kleine inspanning verholpen zouden kunnen worden maar waar in dit soort landen nooit iets aan gedaan wordt.

Hotel correct, quelques détails à revoir cependant, peinture qui se décolle au dessus de la douche.Accueil et service peu chaleureux comme une certaine clientèle dailleurs , j. Rarement vu dès clients aussi indiffèrent pas de bonjour dans lascenseur etc, certe plus de la moitié venaient en affaire ..ceci explique certainement lambiance ressentie.

Hotellet var mycket välstädad trevlig personal. Stora fina lägenheter i mycket bra skick. Och fantastiskt utsikt över Lissabon. Hotellets restaurang har mycket god gourmetmat och bra priser. Åker gärna dit igen. Dock se upp för dyr taxi resa från flygplatsen blev tyvärr lurade på 40 euron för mycket....

Lugar maravilloso para relajarse. Las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación y el desayuno es bastante básico, pero en conjunto merece la pena pasar allí como mínimo una semana.

Habitaciones grandes y totalmente equipadas, buena piscina y zona ajar donada, aunque al estar el lo alto le afecta bastante el viento. Recomendable para aquellos que busquen relax y piscina con posibilidad de alguna escapada a Lisboa. Dispone de aparcamiento subterráneo gratuito.

sehr tolle zimmer, mit großem Balkon. Service sehr hilfsbereit. shuttleservice etwas schwierig, da sich die Uhrzeiten oft ändern. tolle anlage, Supermarkt mit Auto um die ecke.

nuestra experiencia asido muy buena todo a estado perfecto el personal del hotel, los camareros muy atentos, las instalaciones nos a gustado muchisimo todo muy bn volveremos a repetir el mismo hotel.

Las instalaciones del hotel estan muy bien, con piscina interior y exterior, gimnasio, sauna etc . Las habitaciones son muy amplias y estan muy limpias. El desayuno buffet muy completo y en el restaurante se come bien. Queda cerca de Lisboa y Cascais para ir en coche.

Personal nicht freundlich ausser die Putzfrauen, total unflexibel, für Gruppen ist dieses Hotel sicher in Ordnung aber sonst würde ich es von der Lage her abraten, wenn nicht in Lissabon dann eher ein Hotel in Belem nehmen. Poollandschaft ist schön.

This place is very comfy and convenient especially if you go to Optimus festival. Rooms are comfortable, and the swimming pool is perfect even with the bar in it. A little bit expensive but it worth it

lo unico que le vi de malo a este hotel es que no se encuntra dentro de las inmedicaciones de lisboa, hay que tomar taxitienen una camioneta que te lleva en la mañana, pero el la tarde te puede recoger solo a las 5 y es muy temprao, asi que simpre hay que usar taxi....recomendacion, tengan cuidado con los taxistas, el primero que me llevo al hotel me estuvo pasenado y me cobro 150 euros, cuando la tarifa normal era de 30 maximo.....

super Hotel Apartments zum Relaxen nach einem spannenden Tag in Lissabon ! Gut ist die Lage auch um die Strände im Westen zu erkunden. Ein Mietwagen ist als bequeme Lösung gut, sonst fährt ein nagelneuer VW Bus einen in die Stadt. Weiter empfehlenswert & super Service in der Lobby

Ha sido buena, un pco alejado de Lisboa pero bién para comunicarte con los pueblos de los alrededores, por ejemplo Estoril, Cascais y Sintra, que son muy bonitos sobre todo este último por sus castillos.Por otra parte el hotel me ha sorprendido que no ofrezcan información turistica y ni siquiera tengan un mapa de los alrededores por si necesitas orientarte.Con respecto a las habitaciones los cristales un pco bastante sucios, lo dijimos y se solucinó rápido, las vistas son muy bonitas y en general el hotel está muy bién.Los mojitos en la piscina muy buenos pero a mi parecer bastante caros.

como en casa, amplio, limpio y muy cómodo. dos televisores, uno en la habitacion otra en el salon, un baño muy grande, la cocina correcta.
