This place is everything I was hoping it was and more. They have created a beautiful space. Chill vibe, lovely people, great teachers (both yoga and surf) and good food.

The staff were nice, the people staying were nice, the location was OK, the house was pretty messy. I enjoyed most things about this place, however the owner made me feel terrible uncomfortable and was rather rude. I had booked a private room (double bed), and had to move to the other house they have, when they ran out of space in the main house, which was fine. However they did not tell me that it only had single beds and charged the same as a double room. Also when moving I had to hire a car and move myself, the pick up at the airport was an hour late and I only received surf guiding for a few days (note they did refund this, which was good). The disappointing part was when I brought this up with the person running it, they were arrogant and agressive and tried to blame any problem with their accommodation/ service on me. This felt very awkward and ruined my stay in Ericeira.

Wir wohnten vom 08. – 15.09.2018 im Guesthouse, im „air“ Doppelzimmer, welches auch noch ein drittes Bett falls nötig gehabt hätte. Alles ist sauber und bequem. Vom Schlafzimmer aus geht’s auf den großen Balkon mit super Meerblick und Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Die Lage des Hauses ist am Stadtrand von Ericera, eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Nach Ericeira selbst kommt man locker zu Fuß, ein sehr schöner Spaziergang am Strand entlang, der nur 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt ist. Viana und Carlos und ihre Freunde und Helfer haben ein einmaliges Flair und einen besonderen Spirit geschaffen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, in der großen Surf und Yoga Familie. Wir buchten das 7 tägige healthy relax-package, was im Einzelnen beinhaltet: - ein Frühstück und ein Abendessen, geschaffen von einer ganz besonderen Köchin, man schmeckt und spürt ihre Liebe zur guten Ernährung. Sich noch gesünder und bewusster zu ernähren ist praktisch unmöglich. - täglich zwei Yogastunden, geleitet von Luana und Lisanne. Beide gestalten die 90-minütige Einheit sehr angenehm und ruhig. Uns wäre eine zumindest am Morgen etwas intensivere (sportlichere) Stunde mehr entgegengekommen, aber in Anbetracht des zusätzlichen täglichen Surfens ist es auch ganz gut, wenn es mehr entspannend und ruhiger ist. - zwei Surf Einheiten inklusive Materials und Beachtransfer. Der Spot ist sehr nah in 10 Minuten ist man vor Ort. Die Surf Lehrer sind super freundlich und motivierend und sie haben uns blutige Anfänger direkt aufs Board gebracht. Tausend Dank an euch ihr seid Spitze und wir haben eine neue Leidenschaft! - eine Reiki Session bei Luana. Eine sehr entspannende und interessante Erfahrung, - zwei Ayurvedische Massagen a 90 Minuten. Ich hatte schon unzählige Massagen, diverse Arten etc., seit 30 Jahren. Eine Massage wie die von Paulo hatte ich noch nie erlebt. Seine Massagen sind etwas ganz Besonderes, für mich ein Muss beim nächsten Besuch. Also für uns war der Aufenthalt nicht nur ein Urlaub sondern vom Pick-up am Flughafen bis zum letzten Tag eine sehr besondere liebevolle und ganzheitliche Erfahrung. Wir kommen wieder, definitiv. I had an incredibly good time! The surf instructors were very good with me and showed me many new tricks. The staff were all very warm and the food was simply delicious! I will definitely come back!

Perfect days in a perfect spot! The staff was really wonderfull, the food was excellente, the yoga was profound and the surf was just heaven!!! I have to say that the surf instructors where very, very good, with lots of experience and we were all really happy, smilling all the time. So, I mean... everything was just great
