Excelente restaurante, bem decorado e ótimo atendimento! As porções são razoáveis bem como os preços. Desde a entrada com excelentes molhos à limonada que estava feita na perfeição! Acabou na perfeicao com um digestivo que nao é comum de todo, mas que surpreendeu!Recomendo vivamente o Chutnify tanto para um jantar a dois como uma reunião de grupo de amigos!

Much better than expected. Great service and amazing flavorful food! The dosas and samosas are amazing, would also really recommend the daal! The service is great and really friendly, will be back for sure. My only small complaint is they could add a bit more of spice but if not top notch

Just ok. Neither good nor bad. This is south Indian restaurant. If you are a visitor and done with bland Portuguese food after few days, then you will like it. Also unlike Portuguese restaurants, portions are not big. One dish is enough for one person and no more.

Good taste. Friendly service. Even though the name sounds south indian, Most of the dishes are north indian. A very few exceptions. Sambar was exceptional. Even better than a lot of Saravana bhavans across EU. Prebooking is a must. A bit difficult to find a parking place. We had to go a garage near by which is often full on a saturday evening.

I freakin love this place. It is very authentic South Indian cuisine that you can find in the South of India and Malaysia which I am from. The Lightness but flavourful curry. The perfectly cooked Basmati rice and the so crispy samosas brings me back to south of India and Malaysia for sure! Before I go to Indian restaurants I always read up on Google maps review and I just ant to point out to some of the people who gave this place 1 or 2 stars.. This is not northern Indian cuisine which is also very good. The masala. Dosa is also só good. Will come back again for sure!

We ordered takeaway, unfortunately we found the food overpriced and overall not good. One of the Curries was extremely salty, the other dish was just dry and bland, the bread was dry and floury. We had a much better experience at other Indian places before. More genuine flavours and balanced food might be worth a go.

I really liked this place. Flavors were good, staff was cheerful and friendly. Decent prices and a good selection of wine and cocktails. Stand out dishes were Tandoori Paneer and Butter Chicken. Also good Mango Chutney. Food was adequately spicy where indicated [can be in issue in Lisbon]. My only gripe was the seating was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, great place. Definitely make a reservation as it can get busy during peak times.

Magnifique découverte que cet endroit ! Nous avons goûté des mets tous plus savoureux les uns que les autres. Nous étions 7 et avons été très bien reçus !!!
Je recommanderai ce restaurant à tous mes amis qui iront à Lisbonne.
Ça me donne envie d'aller à Berlin dans l'autre restaurant de la patronne ;-)

Moderno informal colorido e delicioso este restaurante de cozinha indiana. Tudo adjectivos que se podem aplicar à vida tão viajada de Aparna Aurora, que começou por abrir dois restaurantes em Berlim e agora também este num regresso a casa, na vibrante Lisboa. A comida do sul da India, street food à mesa, com surpreendentes e tão legítimos os caris, as Dosa ou o Sharkakandi Chaat de entrada. Muito recomendado.

Amazing food and consistent taste. I stayed in Lisbon for more than 6 months. This place made sure that I never long for Indian food. The taste of food here is just like in South India, very authentic. Must try all of their dishes.

The employees here are absolutely amazing. Got locked out of our apartment with no phones and they helped us out immensely. Food was delicious and very nicely presented. Very impressed and happy!

Had visited this place on a Monday evening for dinner and ordered chole, butter naan, dal makhani and Bombay potatoes. All the items were very well made. Each of them were prepared with authentic method. The servers were kind enough to keep checking on our comfort level over the food and seating which is welcoming. Pricing is really reasonable too. Would recommend this place for a good Indian meal.

The quality of the food is really good, but some of the portions are small.
We had different things to try: Cheese Dosa, Sweet Potato Chamussas, Pomegranate Raita, Cheese Nan, Tandoor Chicken, everything was delicious but because the table was so small it almost didn't fit and it got a bit discomfortable.
If it was for the taste of the food I would give five stars, but...
The food came really fast, so fast the cocktail that I asked arrived after the food.
The restaurant has too too many small tables, very close to each other, so it gets really noisy and it gets hard to talk to the persons you are with, you need to shout...
I know it would be less profit, but they should consider to take out some of the tables.

Highly disappointed, to say the least.
Called before to confirm if they have parking, they said yes, it is not at all a problem. Spent at least half an hour trying to look for a parking spot upon reaching there.
When it comes to food, we were excited to try this place based on good reviews. Ordered Masala Dosa, paneer curry, Garlic cheese naan etc. Masala dosa was below average for me. Accompaniments like Samabar and chutnies were barely enough for a person to taste them, let alone finishing the whole dosa with it. Potato masala was exceptionally dry. Others items were also mediocre.
The whole thing didn't work for me unfortunately.

Ótimo restaurante indiano no Principe Real, na minha visita optamos por partilhar vários itens do menu. Decidimos ir para pratos que não encontramos noutros restaurantes e dou destaque absoluto à dosa de pato que estava divinal, com uma carne de pato muito saborosa. Os cocktails que saem do bar são criativos, optamos pela margarita de tamarindo e o kachumber cooler, que estavam perfeitos para acompanhar o inicio do jantar. Também experimentamos o Mango Lassi, grosso, cremoso e delicioso, com um sabor muito perfumado de manga, foi absolutamente incrível e refrescante de beber. O restaurante é acolhedor e relativamente pequeno. A uma sexta ou no sábado à noite é recomendado fazer reserva.

I'm a local and went with my girlfriend to chutnify. We heard about it but went totally by chance. The food surprised us, it was truly delicious. Not the typical 100 types of meal u usually find in these Asian/Indian restaurants, but the dishes they make are truly above average. The atmosphere is amazing, very well decorated, quiet atmosphere, serves both locals and visitors and well within typical price range. Overall 5 stars.

We landed earlier in the day in Lisbon and wanted a solid, vegetarian friendly meal after our flight. We found Chutnify and since it was close to our flat, we walked there around 20:30. The staff were so friendly and answered all of our questions. The restaurant itself is small and has a wonderful atmosphere. The food portions were perfect and for the two of us, we ordered the spicy potatoes, dal & garlic naan. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Highly recommended. Also, our waiter was so friendly and gave us suggestions on what to do and see in Lisbon as well as another staff member. They even told us to come back even just for any questions we had. 5/5 stars absolutely, we loved Chutnify.

직원들은 매우 친절하며, 손님들의 요구에 적극적으로 응대하며, 음식이 입맛에 맞는지 계속 확인하며 식사를 제대로 즐기는 지 확인을 하네요.
음식은 버터치킨커리(밥 포함), 플레인난, 망고라씨 그리고 추천해주신 이름이 기억나지 않는 스타터를 먹었는데 전부 다 맛있었어요!!!
덕분에 리스본의 마지막 저녁식사를 멋지게 마무리 했습니다.
또 오고 싶은 식당입니다~

The most authentic Indian restaurant in Lisbon. I celebrated my birthday party with 18 people at Chutnify and the food, drinks and service was excellent. Many thanks to the whole team for supporting my organisation and making it happen.

Excellent Indian food in Lisbon. Through our 15 day Portugal trip we have found good Indian food from Lagos (Algarve) to Lisbon. Chutnify does not disappoint. It is rightly found in the top 10 vegetarian restaurants in Lisbon on several food blogs. We ordered their Punjabi Chhole which went very well with their Cheese Garlic Naan. A warning - their Punjabi Chhole is spicy even for an Indian palate. Their Dal Makhani was also quite nice and so was their Papdi Chaat. If you like a strong taste of ginger in your drink, try out Mera Naam Joker. It is a small and a busy place. We went there on a Tuesday without a booking and were fortunate to get the only table that was not booked. They had to turn away at least 4 guests in front of us. It would be recommended to book in advance especially on the weekends considering Tuesday was so busy. We did not get to try their dosas and unfortunately will not be able to since we don’t know when we will be visiting Portugal again; but given the fact that we liked everything we ordered, it should be fine.

What happen? You guys use to be my favourite Indian place in Lisbon and the last two orders have not been up to par. Please please go back to your old recipes, because the food I ordered tonight was so expensive, there was barely anything, and i felt cheated. Really great evening with colleagues at Chutnify. Make sure you try a cocktail at the bar. I had the mojito that is complimented with Indian spices. Yum.
Then for starter and main we shared a mix of starters and mains.
My picks were the samosas which were good, the chickpea chat, and the nan breads.
I'll be going back when I go next to Lisbon.

Quem aprecia comida Indiana deve experimentar o Chutnify! Comida muito saborosa (e picante!), um staff simpático e um espaço pequeno mas acolhedor. Cada Dosa é servida de forma diferente, e dá para várias pessoas. A limonada ao estilo Indiano também surpreendeu pela positiva! As sobremesas que experimentámos não nos pareceram extraordinárias para o preço que apresentam.
Apesar de nem tudo o que experimentámos ter muito picante (de acordo com o número de malaguetas no menu), a maioria de nós sentiu (e bem!) aquele "heat" indiano. Para quem é mais sensível ao picante é provável que tenha alguma dificuldade em comer alguns dos pratos.
A voltar sem dúvida! Ainda há muito para experimentar!

Comida muito saborosa mas em doses pequenas.
Comemos duas entradas, a bem dizer três pois um dos pratos pedidos (lamb chops muito boas) não estando nas entradas é considerado entrada, dois pratos (melhor dizendo um - caril de camarão muito bom) e duas sobremesas, a de semolina muito boa a outra nem tanto.
Sem bebidas ficou a 21€ por cabeça.

The food they server will not taste exactly like south India but it is good to have Dosa because there isn't any restaurant in Lisbon who serve Dosa, I would not give 4 because of the price, yes its "expensive" and just one Dosa is no way sufficient .

Opções Veg muito limitados. O prato da berinjela, faltava sal e acidez, o molho sabia muito a amendoim e pesado.
Masala dosa muito bem. O molho do coco é muito pouco pelo tamanho do dosa.
Entradas pani pari muito bom e samosa veg também.

Honestly one of the best Indian meals I’ve had, anywhere! We had four courses and each one was just as good if not better than the last. The atmosphere was great and very relaxed and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful with their dish recommendations. We even got a doggy bag to take home. If you enjoy your curries (and I do!) you must check this place out.

Il paraît qu'ils sont venu de Berlin ouvrir un Resto dans Lisbonne, mais ici il y en a déjà des bons.
Il nous faut donc un très haut de game et pas des moyens.
Décor bof , mais il y a trop de tables et si vous pesez plus que 50 kilos vous aurez du mal à vous assoir, tellement les tables sont serrés .
Invitez surtout des Amis à qui vous ne savez pas quoi dire, parce que si vous leurs parlez ils n'entendrons quedal.
Cuisine moyenne,curry au poulet et agneau ok, un plat de canard sous un cône de pâte â crêpe ,moyen,.
Les entreées ok sans plus.
Les desserts pas bons,mêmes se les indiens ne sont pas experts dans cette matière.

The best Indian food in town. So delicious that I was sad that I was full at the end of the meal. Dosas were amazing. Chicken curry is delicious. Real Indian taste!
