We had a very good time with João and Joachim ! Despite my beginner level, the waves and the rocks, I felt very confident with them. We always had a safety briefing before jumping in the water. Then, they helped me to practice and improve surfing. They gave me lots of tips! We had a very good experience, we will come back for sure. See you guys and take care !

In 14 years of surfing with teachers from time to time, I've never been in better hands than in those of Joachim and Joal! 1. The guys watch out for your security, my friend who never surf felt really in confiance and never in danger. Though he took his first real waves with them! 2. They're dedicated: 3 students for 2 teachers, they were with us in the cold winter water, corrected us, gave us great tips 3. They encouraged us really well! A good balance between encouragement and correction/tips 4. They laugh, are curious to discover you and that you discover their culture: they're human and consider you like one :D We had the best surf experience we could have, thank you 3 surfers!!

I was there in July and it was a wonderful time. The sea was a bit rough, but with the knowledge of the instructors there was nothing to be afraid of. We went to the closest beach (S. Sebastião) and I fell in love with this fantastic sport. If you are looking for an uncomplicated school, 3' Surfers is the right one.

We had such a good time at the 3surfers! João and Innes are really good teachers, they are patient, give proper feedback and are really kind. The lessons are different each time based on the level off skills from the students. We surrely will come back here for more lessons! Thank you guys

Fun surf school, but more importantly a surf school that gives you clear feedback and encourages you to keep trying.

I would highly recommend this surfschool. With a class of 8 beginners, they have 2 instructors and all instructors working there are so friendly, patient and always in a good mood. They take really good care of you in the water and make sure you feel comfortable catching the waves, also the big ones. We will definitely come back to Ericeira to have more lessons with 3surfers.

Definitely try 3surfers if you’re in Ericeira and you need to learn how to surf. We had 3 lessons with João who is an excellent instructor. We were both standing up in the first lesson and improved from there. Looking forward to going back next year!

Owener has a bad Carma act like an spoiled kid (told us to be behave because we are from another country) why does he starts a surfschool for tourists. Weird ??????? Al of because we moved an surfcart 5 inch with no harm .

Looking for a local surf school in Ericeira I came across 3 Surfers. They are very professional and experienced, well organized, teach small groups and give individual feedback. We had 4 days with very different conditions – they always knew what beach was best and they helped me catching my first green waves :) They were in the water with us all the time, always focused, patient and ready to respond to each level. One day the waves were big, the wind was strong and I had some issue with myself feeling a bit scared. They took it seriously that I felt insecure and helped me to trust in myself a bit more. Thanks a lot for this! One day I will come back for sure to have some more lessons with you! Cheers, Nadia

Best surfschool in town. They have small classes so you can make great progress. João is a great and honest instructor.

В школе брал 5 уроков в продолжающей группе. В группе ни разу не было более 3 человек на инструктора. Занятия проходили чётко по расписанию. Споты выбирались под уровень участников. На уроках была хорошая атмосфера, инструкторы постоянно работали с нами, давали советы, которые в моем случае точно работали. Без сомнений, это был позитивный опыт и с удовольствием его повторю ещё раз. Спасибо, команда 3 surfers!

If you're looking for a great surfing lessons in Ericeira you should go to 3 surfers! They always look for good time and place for a lesson on intermediate level. I really liked the crew and the way they took care of their clients. They also provide a professional gear and billabong wetsuits for a lesson which is not common among other surfschools. I will definitely come back!

Amazing surf school in Ericeira. The teachers are very professional and really want you to learn to surf. They don’t have too many students per teacher, often max 5 people. Took intermediate classes with them, and always felt safe even in some big and rough waves. Always relaxed and laid back feel on the lessons, and the guys are also very funny! ;) Really glad we discovered this school and will definitely take lessons again with 3 Surfers the next time I’m in Ericeira!

Juão is an amazing teacher, who was very patient and took time for every single student. We had a really good time going surfing with you guys. I can only recommend them and would definitly go back! Thanks for teaching us surfing :)

It was my first time surfing and I am very lucky to have found these guys! I was one of those that didn't do too good, but the guys are amazing - I learned a tremendous lot, I had tones of fun and my respect for the Ocean and surfing became even bigger. On the practical side - they have very good offers, equipment and the organization is very good as well. I highly recommend the 3 Surfers school, and I am definitely coming back :)

We had a great week with 3 surfers. The instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient. The groups always had a very good ratio of instructor : student and we made progress even when the conditions in the water weren’t the best. Big recommendations, big love.

Ich kann euch die 3 Jungs schwer ans Herz legen! Ich konnte bereits am 1. Tag stehen, dass lag an den kleinen Gruppen (3-5 Schüler pro Lehrer) und an der sehr guten Erfahrung der Lehrer. Sie gehen auf jeden einzeln ein und helfen direkt auf dem Board mit Tipps und Tricks weiter. So dass dein Skill schneller steigt. Ich würde sofort wieder bei Ihnen meine Surfkurse buchen! Beste Empfehlung!

At this school, I really enjoyed my two first surf lessons ever. The guys were very supportive and dedicated and know well how to promote each student individually, so everyone could improve himself. The groups are small and I had a great and funny time out there.

Great surf school. João is an excellent coach, and takes the time to provide feedback to each student individually. Was impressed with his strategy to switch up surf times to avoid having to surf at the same time as all the other surf schools.

Deze mannen zijn geweldig! Ik heb vaker lessen gehad, maar moet zeggen dat ik hier de meeste progressie heb geboekt. Veiligheid voor alles, maar je wordt op een positieve manier getriggerd om uit je comfortzone te stappen. Hetgene wat je zelfvertrouwen een enorme boost geeft. Professionaliteit, gezelligheid, veel lachen en heerlijk surfen. Dikke aanrader!

The guys are great instructors and the groups are small - 3 to 5 students per coach. Individual attitude towards each student. We made a huge progress in 4 days - they are open to progress faster if you are motivated. If we come back to Ericeira, we will definitely go to the same school :)

New to surf, I really enjoy the lessons. Theses guys wet their suit to help you catch waves. Lot of fun while serious lessons and advice. Also Ericeira is awesome. Love you guys and see you soon.

Great experience : I chose this school based on comments and my 3 lessons were above my expectations. These guys ("3 surfers") are local experienced teachers and will adapt the course to each learner's profile and make sure everybody has a good progression and enjoy. They adapt the time of the course and the place to the conditions and will make sure safety is good. Just choose them too, listen to their advices, and surf, you won't regret it, and will catch the virus !

My girlfriend and I, who have never surfed before, had a lesson with Joao. It was a tonne of fun! It was a fantastic experience and Joao is a very knowledgeable instructor. He is very passionate about what he does and he gives you great feedback to succeed. There were lots of laughs as well. I did not think I was going to be able to stand on my board multiple times, but with Joao's teaching, I was able to. I can only imagine all of the instructors are solid at what they do. The equipment we were given was also very good. I would go to 3 Surfers Surf School again in a heartbeat and I recommend it to anyone.

These guys are great! Awesome teachers with a relaxed mindset. They'll got out of their way to find you good waves (appropriate for your level) and aren't reticent to make you progress to faster boards if you are motivated. My best memory surfing was with them when we went surfing at sunset. We were the only one's there and it was beautiful. The only reason we had to leave was because it got dark and not because our time was up. Trust me, go with these guys!

Honestly the best lessons i ever had. Classes are perfect size, usually 3-4 people per teacher, sometimes even less. So you really get the personal coaching you need from these guys. Other schools i saw in the water had 15 people waiting in line to catch a wave and then get back in line. True local surfers that happen to also be great at teaching! What more do you need?

Not only are these guys great surfers, but they have the rare ability to actually teach others how to surf. Thats not allways the case. At this school you will learn, laugh and make friends for life. They are good at seeing every student, and they are eager to see you succeed. A great school that i highly recommend to surfers of all levels.

Amazing surf teachers with a great sense of humor. Definitely worth the two weeks of surf lessons, they know all surf spots by heart and choose the best spot given the daily conditions (wind, swell, crowds). Would certainly recommend them!!!

Great surf school, great guys. Centrally located. I am a beginner, but improved a lot with these guys. Recommend highly!
