Really nice bar BUT Shame about the staff (only one staff member). I can tell this place would be really great on a quiet day as in their defence they were under pressure on my visit. My only issues were having to ask for my seven euro change as the bar lady assumed it as a tip. (Naughty naughty, I’m not making dollar some help a brother out). But I was in good company and had a good time. Would be more than happy to give it another try as I’m sure my experience was a random occurrence.
A caveat to this review though: the food is absolutely amazing. Chicken nuggets are beyond belief and the garlic mayo is the best I’ve had.

Dry nice and fancy sports bar... probably good when a game is on. We came here on Monday night at 1:30am and it was empty.

It will always be remembered as Liverpool win against Barcelona bar. Did not find any seat before the game, behind a bar was ok. Super bartenders. Good cocktails, good vibe and crowd (at least during a game, it was Tuesday.

If you think you won’t be able to watch the NHL playoffs in Lisbon (like we did), you’re wonderfully mistaken. Was able to catch game 1 of Leafs/Bruins at The Couch, and they even let us stay a little late until the game was finished! 3:00AM start times for west coast games might be pushing it a little too far though... Many independently controlled TVs so you don’t have to worry if you’re the only fan in the bar. Also independent audio available; the staff even found us the English feed! Could not have hoped for a better spot and can’t beat the staff! And of course, Go Leafs Go!!!

Em dia de jogo grande, derby, saí de casa bem cedo e quando cheguei a este local não consegui arranjar mesa porque estava tudo reservado. Aceitava se fosse num restaurante, agora num bar desportivo estar a reservar mesas em dias destes não faz sentido...

We came here to watch the Portugal v Serbia Euro qualifying match. This place was great. They had Guinness on tap and a great atmosphere to watch the game. We finally got to try Prego no Pao after seeing it on Anthony Bourdain (RIP). It was really good. The bread was soft. We also had a salmon salad which tasted kinda like an Chinese salad with rice.

Went here to watch a football match and ended up leaving as soon as we found somewhere else to watch it (which wasn't far). They had reserved seats/tables with no one in them (even by half-time) so customers who were there to watch the current match had to search for seats or stand. They have lots of TVs, but the set up to watch them without blocking someone else is poor, especially with the main till point and beer taps that all the staff use being in front of the main large TV (4 screens joined together). Staff weren't even bothered to make space at the bar where other people could have moved up to fit more people in. Can't remember the price of beer, but it didn't matter as we didn't want to stay.

O bar é muito fixe, tem muitas televisões e bom ambiente ,mas no dia em que fui lá com amigos ver o Porto-Benfica para a taça da liga o atendimento foi mau, demoraram muito tempo a trazer os nossos produtos, desculpando-se que tinham empregados novos
Os produtos não vieram como o empregado disse que vinham, o que causou grande insatisfação e mal estar em todos nós
Assim que pedimos o livro de reclamações, após mais de uma hora para virem trazer aquilo que tinhamos solicitado, vieram logo 2 empregados mais o gerente para justificarem o mau atendimento que nos estavam a prestar
Ofereceram produtos, situação que não invalidou que pedissemos o livro de reclamações
Espero que quando voltar a este estabelecimento o atendimento seja muito melhor

This place was heaven sent. In Lisbon for a while and thought it would be impossible to watch NFL games. The bar is great. The staff is wonderful. Drinks great. Highly recommend for watching sports, especially the NFL if you're in Lisbon area and need your fix. Fly Eagles! Fly! :-)

The perfect spot to enjoy a football match, they have 3 or 4 really big screens, really good cocktails, a nice place to chill sit down in comfortable
Sofas and have a nice drink. The dj also had a good taste of electronic music in my opinion this place deserves 5 stars

Great bar; had numerous different games/sports on catering for pretty much everyone!
Staff even put on the Everton v Cardiff game for us and I'm fairly sure we were the only ones interested in watching it.
Service was good considering how busy the bar was (we were there during the autumn rugby internationals so was full of Brits).

Bar pour sportif soi disant. Plutôt bar d'hôtel 5 étoile qui choisi ces clients à la tête . Je déconseillé vivement sauf si vous voulez flamber votre pognon et passer une mauvaise soirée en prime .

Great service, friendly staff. If you are looking to watch any sport live this is the place to go. Rugby, la liga, English premier league, seria a, to name a few all shown at the same time. At least 20 different tv's so you won't miss out.

NFL!! We're Green Bay Packer's fans from Wisconsin. We never thought we'd be able to watch our game in Lisbon. We arrive for the game, the owner is running around trying his best to get everyone's game on the different TVs. We got our game! Food was good. Only reason for not 5 stars is the mixed drinks were weak. But, over all, a good experience. And, most important, we got to see our game.

This is THE place for watching sports in Lisbon, count over 6 screens in the main bar alone with multiple channels from across the world. Everyone here extremely helpful and cheerful. Great drinks and Nuno made me an excellent Old Fashioned. Bookings available.

Great sports bar. Lots of screens and all the sports. Service is very fast and efficient. They serve Sagres, Strongbow, IPA and many other drinks. For people that don't drink beer, there's a very good selection of other drinks. And lots of cocktails. They do a great old fashioned! Absolutely superb sports bar - couldn't recommend it enough.

A great sports bar I stumbled into while wondering the streets of Lisbon. The drinks were good. The bartender was friendly and engaging. I didn't eat, but the food looked good. Lots of TVs too.

Nice sports bar, alot of variety of sport on the television. Sometimes they do a karaoke bar at night. Good cocktails, you can ask for cocktails you love even they aren't on the list. Great variety of different strong drinks. Staff were very friendly, the service was a bit slow, but that wasn't a problem. We had a good stay here. I recommend this sports bar.

Very nice bar, booked a table for 5 to watch our team game. Were pleasantly surprised that there was a separate room for people who had booked in advance. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

Great bar to watch sport with friends. A bit on the expensive side. But with the right company you will enjoy a couple of hours. If you want to watch your sport and know the channel ask at the bar and they just find you a table and a screen.

The bartenders were friendly, and they had a (boring, but okay) IPA (Lagunitas) on tap. Lots of screens with lots of different games. I think they are technically listed as a "Steelers Bar", although we weren't there during a Steelers game to confirm :)

Friendly - great mix of young and ‘older’ - wonderful ambience, great service (Best Gin & Tonic in town) Plenty of English speaking staff.
Very relaxed & casual BUT if one is dressed up after a five star dinner etc - YOU WILL STILL BE MADE TO FEEL COMPLETELY AT HOME.

O bar se propôs a passar o jogo do Flamengo e Vasco, iniciado as 00:30h só que fechava as 2h da manhã, ao passo que o jogo ainda não havia terminado o dono do bar parou o serviço de bebidas e proibiu os clientes de falarem alto, só faltou expulsar a gente. Uma falta de respeito com os clientes.

We enjoyed drinks here on a couple of afternoons during our trip to Lisbon.
It's well appointed inside and the service was perfectly fine, no reason we wouldn't go back.
It's a little tricky to find as it's down a few steps off the bridge.

Lots of TVs and good if you can't find another place to watch sports. But, it is extremely busy and totally cramped with hardly enough seats. Not enough staff so had to wait several minutes at the bar to get someone's attention. Cheapest pint is 4€, the other ones are over 5. Quite expensive. The bathrooms were terrible. No toilet seats or toilet paper, and the sink didn't work so not water either...just not worth it.

We were able to watch German Cup match Waldhof Mannheim against Eintracht Frankfurt. ⚫They service was extremely friendly and quick. Food was very solid for a sports bar. Friendly punters. Had a great time hanging out with some dudes from Sweden. Perfect place to watch football and have great Sunday afternoon.

Hoje eu descobri que no TheCoach uns são mais clientes de que outros.
Nunca vi um cliente sentado no bar ser obrigado a levantar e a dar lugar a outro com a desculpa de que o outro tem a conta aberta ignorando não só o facto de que o cliente sentado no bar estava a consumir como também poderia voltar a fazer novos consumos. O TheCoach deveria ter em conta que uma imagem percebida pode significar um cliente ganho ou um cliente perdido.

Went there with a couple of colleagues to watch a football game. When I entered I immediately was greeted and asked what I would like to drink. There is a very good amount of big screen TV's.
When your glass is empty the waiter will come to your table to ask if you would like more. The personel is so extremely friendly, never had this experience in Lisbon before.
Okay, the bar is not cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for. Best service ever!

This place is awesome. We came here tired after doing touristy things to get one or two drinks.. but stayed for 3 hours chatting with the bartender Duarte.. he was super busy but took time out to talk to us, answer our questions! Made an amazing cocktail for us. When back in Lisbon, will definitely come back here!

L'ideale per vedere eventi come la Champions in cui si può essere interessati a più partite. Came here for the Arsenal game and FA cup match on a Sunday. Myself and my partner sat up at the bar and the staff asked us which game we wanted. 5 minutes before the game started the big screen opposite was switched to our match.
No matter where you stand in this place you can always see a screen and if they can get the specific match/sport on you've requested they definitely will.
The bar offeres cocktails but we stuck to Sagres on tap. Food-wise we ordered a bowl of nachos to start which came with salsa, guac and a spicy guac dip these were really good but honestly the star of the show was the pulled pork sandwich. This thing was amazing and would definitely recommend it if you plan on visiting.

The place is right in the heart of the Baixa, few steps away from metro stations. The concept is quite unique: it's a modern bar with several screens, where one can watch different sports. Particularly nice during Wednesday - Thursday to watch European football matches. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, the staff is friendly, same for the customers. They have a good selection of drinks and the food is good as well. Reccomended!

Really good sports bar, best variety of televised sport I think I've ever seen. Was very busy and a great buzz. Service is a tiny bit slow, but possibly because it was so busy, and one of our party was told we couldn't order from the bar. There were 12 of us, so that may have been a factor. Food was delicious, I had the steak sandwich and the homemade nachos. Staff were very friendly and the overall atmosphere was excellent, more than just an average sports bar.

Etant à Lisbonne pour 4 jours, je voulais voir la finale de la coupe de Belgique. J'ai donc réservé une table et un écran pour deux. Attention au décalage horaire avec votre pays et l'heure local du match! Le patron a fait tout le nécessaire pour nous satisfaire. Endroit sympa et pourvu de très nombreux écrans...

Finnaly a proper space to watch sports!! Lisbon was a long time in need of something like this!!
What about a fully dedicated space for you to go with some friends and watch you favourite football game? Or any other sports? And what about combining that with some amazing food and nice beer?
Well this is the place!! Go there and just try!! You will be satisfied the end! Even if your team looses...
My congratulations to the chef! None of the plates that I tasted deserve less than a strong tumbs up!
But be aware that the space is giving is first steps and it can lack of some coordenation from the staff when serving, altough all of them were very friendly.
Another point of attention goes to the availability of some of the drinks in the space...it is not good to say to clients that this and that drinks are not yet available when you have a full house!
It could also benefit from an higher diversity of drinks...specially of beers...only 3 different types in a sports bar...come on...
And please look into stabilising the tv signal...it is a nightmare to see the signal crashing when your team is kicking the ball to a possible goal situation...
Overall the space reveals a lot of potential and the proper foundations to become a reference in Lisbon on this segment...because everyone loves sport...and even more watching it in good company in a positive and vibrant environment like this one.
Another visit will be planned to check if the first weeks issues are overcomed. If it shows to be going on the right direction at least a 5 will be provided, but for now a 4 seems fair enough.
