Péssimo atendimento não me deixaram entrar, o recepcionista disse que isso foi por que eu incomodei outros clientes quando eu estive pela ultima vez. Que eu me lembre paguei a minha conta e tenho dinheiro o suficiente para pagar e frequentar lugar que eu bem entender. Nunca aconteceu isso comigo estou indignada! Vou reportar isso, por que não incomodei ninguém, ele é um colaborador de trabalho não se pode falar assim com cliente, nem me conhece, não sabe nada sobre minha persona. Isso é um lástima.

Um espaco localizado no topo do maravilhoso hotel Tivoli com uma decoração de muito bom gosto e uma carta fenomenal. Fui tomar um cocktail ao bar e fiquei maravilhada com o ambiente. Recomendo vivamente. Irei concerteza

A experiência começa bem já na chegada, o hotel é lindo e cria um bom clima já no começo, o restaurante em si é lindo e a árvore no meio do bar é super bacana, os pratos estavam TODOS muito bons mas chamo atenção ao carpaccio de beterraba, estava DIVINO. Os cocktails estavam bons. O atedimento da Gabriela foi ótimo, super simpática e atenciosa. Obrigado pela experiência e parabéns à equipa.

Ein hippes Restaurant mit perfektem Service. Wir sind nicht mehr die Jüngsten fühlten uns aber sehr wohl. Die Lage ist grandios. Tolle Sicht über die Stadt. Wie gesagt, der Service ist aufmerksam und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir bestellten zur Vorspeise die Austern. Hervorragend. Das klassische Brot mit Butter dazu habe ich vermisst. Als Hauptspeise das Rinderfilet. Das war der absolute Hammer. Noch nie in meinem Leben so ein butterzartes Stück Fleisch gegessen. Gratulation an die Küche!!

Bebidas incríveis, tinha dos melhores cocktails que bebi em minha vida! Deixei sempre a escolha dos barmens e bartender. Estava muito movimentado mas um ambiente excelente, e a equipe sempre foi incrivelmente boa com as nossas necessidades. Ótimo bar para um encontro de amigos e para passar o tempo! Pratos shushi óptimos e o nhoque o melhor de minha vida! Associado a isto as vistas que temos de Lisboa durante a noite! 5 estrelas

We had reservations to eat here for dinner and what happened was absolutely outrageous. We walked in and were turned away because of the age of me and my brother. I’m thirteen and my brother is twelve and they told us that we couldn’t dine because if some restriction that said young children are not allowed. We booked our reservation through an app called The Fork, and NOWHERE did it say that children were not allowed. The hostess was nice about it and tried to help us make another reservation at a different restaurant, but the damage was already done. Huge disappointment. Thumbs down.

Necessaria la prenotazione. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo non c'erano tavoli disponibili per la cena, ci siamo quindi accomodati al bancone per un cocktail. L'ambiente è meraviglioso, location bellissima. Dalla terrazza si gode di una vista bellissima. Il personale è gentile ed estremamente preparato, nonché professionale. C'è molta attenzione al cliente. I cocktail erano buonissimi e il costo era relativamente contenuto. L'ambiente è lussuoso ma allo stesso tempo rilassato. C'è un bancone per il solo sushi.

Appetizers were so over priced. One taco for 10€. Very limited menu. The main courses were light for hefty prices. The view is decent but the place is just not worth the crazy amount they charged for such little food.

Espaço agradável. A comida embora estivesse bem confeccionada, sendo este um dos restaurantes do chef Olivier, ficou um pouco aquém das nossas expectativas. Staff simpático embora o serviço da nossa mesa tenha apresentado algumas falhas: um dos acompanhamentos que pedimos só veio praticamente no fim da refeição e uma das bebidas que pedimos a meio do jantar só veio após termos terminado.
A música embora proporcione um ambiente descontraído o facto de estar um pouco alta demais, dificulta o diálogo acabando por se tornar ligeiramente barulhento.

O restaurante fica localizado no 9° andar do Hotel Tivoli, na Avenida da Liberdade. O ambiente é sofisticado e muito agradável. Há um terraço de onde é possível ver uma belíssima vista de Lisboa. O atendimento é bom e os atendentes muito simpáticos. A comida é boa, sem ser excepcional, mas é um lugar que vale a pena ir e desfrutar uma noite agradável. Não funciona para o almoço e tem área separada para fumantes.

Cool atmosphere and very good service, with professional and friendly staff, especially the bartenders. Food was nice, but, maybe Olivier has spoiled us and I was expecting something a bit more especial. Anyway, a good place for a quiet, romantic dinner.

Considerado o melhor Rooftop da cidade, realmente é.
Precisa de reserva para não hóspedes do hotel.
Preços condizentes com a experiência. Nem muito baratos, nem muito caros.
Vale pela vista e pelo clima aconchegante e moderno do local.
Badalado principalmente por brasileiros e locais.
Um passeio que vale a pena. Não deixe de conhecer. Recomendadíssimo por portugueses e brasileiros.

My third time at Seen. The service is above and beyond. World class sushi. Gourmet meals. Almost everything is done to perfection. If I have to find a downside then I would say the steak was cooked slightly more than requested. I would come again and again. Highly recommended.

O restaurante é ótimo, excelente ambiente e com bom menu, porém a Hostess foi extremamente esnobe e ignorou nossa reserva. Ela tem espírito seletivo e preconceituoso. Acredito que essa não seja a política do Seen, mas o fato é que não tivemos uma experiência agradável quando chegamos no local.

Be prepared to wait your table at the overcrowded bar even if you have reservation. Almost all tables for 2 have restricted city view - the famous point of this restaurant. Too dark and music too loud. Good for quick bites but definitely not for proper food. Sushi were ok.

Perfect sushi and great ambiance with views overlooking the city. We did the tasting menu, which included all of the specialty sushi items and also ordered the crunch roll and another round of the Toro with caviar. The chocolate dessert was good as well. Get reservations in the terrace but know that they do allow smoking on the terrace. If you don't want a full meal, the sky bar is outside and has the best view in town.

If you want a great evening you need to make a reservation. We got there early and enjoyed an amazing view from the Sky bar with some drinks. The sashimi was very good, and the sweets were really special. Wine selection also very good, tried a Chardonnay from northern Portugal. Will be back.

La ubicación es ideal! El restaurante esta muy bien decorado y organizado. Cenamos en el area de fumadores sin embargo el olor a cigarro era casi nulo, el mesonero que nos atendió toda la noche fue muy atento y rápido al atendernos. La comida es un poco costosa, para una ocasión especial merece la pena. Cosas a mejorar como el orden en el restaurante, pienso que es un restaurant muy nuevo y le falta pulirse. Un lugar delicioso para cenar y tomarse una copa en la terraza la cual esta muy chula! Volveremos

La magnifique vue sur toute la ville de Lisbonne à partir du rooftop de ce restaurant branché.

One of the best restaurants that I visited during my trip. The burger is up there with Hans im Gluck in germany, joint first place. Very tasty and well done. Decor is amazing so good for family celebrations or date nights. Cocktails come at a premium but my amaretto sour tasted top notch. The chocolate mousse dessert is a must try. Texture was lovely.

We visited the hotel this afternoon to book a table. Because the restaurant opens at 19:30 we tried to book at the hotel reception. Unfortunately they told us it is not allowed to bring (smaller) children. We were with 11 months baby and 2,5 years old toddler. I can understand from their point of view, but disappointing do. The place, menu and view looked amazong and would have loved to eaten there!

Outstanding!
When on holiday, we often eat late so that we can get the most out of our days even if it’s just sunbathing.
Took a 22:30 table last night, arrived a little early to enjoy a cocktail at the incredibly cool Sky Bar then back upstairs to take our table in SEEN.
Everything about this place is stylish. A real opportunity to get dressed up into your best threads.
We were greeted by Ricardo, taken to our table then introduced to our waitress Lara.
Ricardo was such a good guy and even took my phone to put on charge while we ate.
Lara was superb and absolutely knows their menu inside and out. Offered great advice and suggestions and was able to explain how each dish is created. She was able to offer far more detail than I expected. Top marks there.
We had an amazing fusion style taco and a few sushi options to kick off. The presentation of each dish was painstakingly beautiful but more importantly, the flavours literally stop you in your tracks. Unbelievable creations.
For mains we opted for Sliced Wagyu and a portion of taglialini gratin with porcetta and truffle. My wife and I just shared and the two dishes worked amazingly together and again the flavours were out of this world.
Lastly, we had some homemade ice cream and an outstanding speciality dessert, I can’t remember the name but translates to ‘Guilty’ something. It was amazing.
A couple of espresso martinis and we were done!
Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The decor, the music, the service, the view over Lisbon’s rooftops and of course the food. Top marks all round!
Thank you SEEN for an unforgettable night, cannot wait to come back!

I don't think I can fault this place. The food is varied enough for those who are not into sushi. The ambience is very chilled out and the service was impeccable. Definitely recommend going to the roof top bar for post dinner drinks!!!

This place is great. Reservations are recommended. It fills up fast. We didn’t have one, they sent us to the rooftop bar to wait. The rooftop bar has great views of the city and good music. There is a smaller restaurant menu up there as well.
We were contacted for restaurant seating after half an hour. The restaurant was beautiful inside. The waiters were friendly as could be. Service was great. The food was top notch. You get what you pay for here. The black cod melts in your mouth! They best views at night are in the upstairs bar. During the day sit at the sushi bi in the restaurant. Deceivingly good place. Will go back.

I have decided to spend my anniversary and booked a table for the 15th of July around 8pm
This place is considered on of the top restaurants in Lisbon and the moment after our arrival - which I must say it was bellow average, no professional reception for a luxury place, the hosts then ask us to wait for our table at the bar, and left us there waiting for someone to speak with us for 20 minutes. This wait I am assuming this stop was "invite" us to spend some cash at the bar drinking which I was not yet in the mood.
Then one of the key features of the restaurant is the view, and unfortunately there are few tables for two people and the few available are next to the staff orders counter, so I was celebrating my birthday next a running sprint lane with staff running like crazy back and forth really close to my table.
I also had no city view... my only view was the sushi counter, that had people seated in , so my view was people in a tall seating really close.
The food is bellow average, I have paid 140 euros for two people, which is consider very expensive for two in Lisbon. Sushi is not recommended, the rice is cold and not well cooked, sushi tastes like a 10 euro restaurant.
Also this is a overstaffed restaurant I have counted at least 30 staff running around like headless chickens and no real impact on service excellence.
To be honest don't go to this restaurant, very bad experience.

We started our night at the Sky Bar for drinks at sunset. For the view and the atmosphere, the prices were actually cheaper than expected. Tables are first come first serve, but we were able to find one after 30 minutes. Later on, we met Ricardo, who was the manager of both Sky Bar and Seen, and he helped with the rest of our evening. The restaurant itself has many different areas, depending on the ambiance you want. There are two sides to the menu: Japanese and italian/seafood. We tried dishes from both sides, and especially enjoyed the gunkan sushi, the parma ham pasta, and the artichokes. Thank you for a great night!

A comida é boa (nada de extraordinario) e o atendimento dos empregados é impecável. mas o local onde nos sentaram não é aceitável! Não se vai a um restaurante como o seen para ficar sentado num canto, junto a uma porta de passagem, sem qq visibilidade da sala ou da vista. Absolutamente inaceitável, ainda por cima com reserva prévia.
Ah, e esperámos 30 min por uma sobremesa...

Excellent service from everyone we met. Relaxed, but very professional.
Great view over the city. The food was amazing, especially the fish taco.

Unfortunately our second visit was not the same experience. The headwaiter forgot about us, then our waiter forgot about our food.
