I was in Rosa Nunes Farmacia today to get panadol. I took my place in the Q, stood and waited in considerable pain. When i got to the counter the male assistant refused to serve me because i did not pick a ticket up. I had no idea that this was the system. The assistant went and got me a ticket. He then informed that i had to go back to the end of the Q again. I just walked out in total disgust as i was unable to stand yet again and wait. I think that this assistant never heard of the word discrection. I have been in Portugal for the past week, and have met many people in lots of different areas. This was my first bad customer service experience. Would not recomend Rose Nunes Farmacia based on this bad experience.

Very clean and professional. They also have a few parking spaces right outside reserved for pharmacy customers to pop in for up to 15 mins. Just make sure you take a ticket from the machine on the right when you enter.
