Always pontual teacher, great professionalism, I learned a lot, It was important to learn as much as possible due to my new job. Very fast change of our courses from the physical school to online classes... no difference in quantity and quality of courses. Certificate provided at the end was very important for my job. Recommend!

I just finished Online general course, I had my trip planned for the last month but I had to cancel but I am so happy I had opportunity to attend my classes online. It was a great experience, and the teacher is very friendly and we had great relationship. Great alternative to my course.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this school. I booked 4 weeks in A2 Level, 20 group lessons per week. But the first two weeks I had lessons in A1 group. When I complained very direct the first week and asked for money back, the director said that I would be inpolite and that he could now remove me from the course because of bad behaviour. Although there were at maximum 6 students at the same time in the school everyone had some problem. He asked some to pay more money, although they already paid for their hours. One booked a host familiy and was not informed before his arrival that there was no host family. He also waited more than one week to get his certificate and had to ask for it several times. Every week had different hours, timetables and a lot of chaos. My first teacher skipped working because of bad working conditions. During september the toilet was not cleaned, the bin got fuller and fuller, the air conditionor was not working, the school had no internet and the director was not seen personally in Lisbon. He offered me in my last week a B1 certificate and also to stay longer to get more hours in my Level to make me satisfied again. But it makes no sense to give B1 certificates when you first gave 2 weeks of A1 lessons. All in all not organized and because of this not a good and relaxed learning atmosphere.

Non consiglio assolutamente questa scuola. Ci sono pochi iscritti (nel mese in cui io ho studiato li, ho conosciuto solo un'altra ragazza), se scegli il pacchetto lezioni di gruppo e, arrivati lì sei solo o siete max in 2 (come avviene quasi sempre a quanto pare), il direttore della scuola dimezzerà le tue ore di lezione senza metterti al corrente della cosa, che scoprirai solo quando, facendo semplici calcoli, realizzi che le ore per cui avevi pagato erano di più. Ho parlato con diverse persone e tutte si sentivano di aver fatto una scelta sbagliata nel decidere Worldpuzzle, scuola che ti lascia con l'amaro in bocca, ti senti di aver regalato i tuoi soldi a qualcuno che non si degna neanche di venire personalmente a risolvere i problemi che ti ha causato.

Great experience, very friendly teachers, a lot of learning and small group forced me to speak and think on Portuguese. I really loved it. I love the friendly atmosphere, there was a lady that is coming back to school every year when she visits Lisbon just to say hi, that shows how close they are with their students.

Honestly I don’t recommend this center. Disorganized and unprofessional. It was my mistake to choose here. - Supposed to be a group lesson and you should have informed that the other girl would not join the class and the class had to be changed for the private lesson then should have choose if I still want to keep the class or not. I only knew she didn’t join it later. Without sharing any info, I only knew it later. Hope some issues can be improved.

I had 14 hours of 1 on 1 lessons. My first teacher just gave my worksheets to do. I did not want to pay €25 an hour to fill in worksheets and even requested to only practice talking. I asked if I could quit and get a partial refund, but they refused and provide another teacher. That was much better, but I believe there are plenty of cheaper alternatives out there.

I could honestly say only the best about this school! I am so impressed with everything, I learned so much. Most important, price is great and no hidden costs
