Not a great place to rent from, boards were good but organised a rental from the hostel with transfers. We payed €50 to rent a board for three hours and one of us took a lesson. They ignored me in favour of their lesson when I asked twice to grab the board. I only got to surf for 1.5 hours as they were closing up after the lesson which they cut early, we had our watches to check. The lesson was in my experience not good, they hardly watched and gave no tips. Then quickly left when they were supposed to drop us back.

Vorig jaar bij Gota d'Agua Surf School voor het eerst leren surfen en het was super. De lessen zijn goed voor de eerste keer maar ook als je inmiddels al wat meer ervaring hebt. Kan deze surfschool zeker aanraden voor surflessen! :D

Super fijne surfschool! Ik had hier mijn eerste surflessen en ik ben ontzettend goed geholpen. De surfschool is kleinschalig en er zijn goede surfboards en wetsuits aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader!

Najlepsze miejsce do nauki! Świetna ekipa instruktorów, z ogromnym doświadczeniem, niepowtarzalny klimat podczas lekcji i poza nimi! Jedyny słuszny wybór żeby złapać pierwsze fale i zrobić olbrzymi postęp w ciągu zaledwie kilku lekcji! Zespół prosurferów z Gota d’Agua sprawi, że pokochasz surfing, ocean i Caparicę na zawsze!

Beste Surfschule in Costa da Caparica! Super Surflehrer und tolle Wellen!! Ich komme bald wieder.

Myself and my family have been coming to caparica for several years. We took our first surf lessons here and have came back every summer. This is the only place we hire from Great location, well maintained equipment and lots of good advice from the staff Not a bad thing to say about the place

Best place to learn how to surf in Portugal! Hot instructors, nice waves and a lot of fun! With my first class, with a little help, I was able to catch my first wave. Will come back for sure

heheheeeeee.....Altro che Onde!!! Ho preso piu classi e con differenti maestri: tutti prosurfers e bei bei ragazzi! Grazie alle loro istruzioni mi sono divertita tanto e ho potuto prendere belle onde. La cosa piú importante é che mi hanno dato molta fiducia per poter cavalcare le onde. Non mi resta che dirvi.... Ride your Life!!!

I think this is the best place for learning how to surf. The beach is perfect, and the instructors are the best ones. I was able to catch my first wave!! Gota d' Água is a magical place that everybody should know!
