All the basics you need, good pastries. Dry freshly roasted chicken. A bit more expensive than Lidl and the other big box store but still reasonably priced for the location.

Supermercado que não respeita os horários afixados. Com horário afixado a indicar fecho às 22 horas nos meses de junho, julho e Agosto, na realidade, hoje, 7 de junho, às 21:20h já o encontrei estava fechado com pessoas a chegar sucessivamente e ficarem admiradas pelo não cumprimento do horário afixado.
Após se ter batido na porta para chamar a atenção das funcionárias que estavam dentro, só com muita insistência é que a"chefe" veio dizer que só no verão o supermercado estaria aberto até às 22 horas, pelo que não reabria a porta.
Porquê então induzir em erro com a afixação daquele horário de fecho?

Not very big but not too small. The ALDI or LIDL has better prices but this place is much more convenient and has a wider range of items. Decent wine section. Pretty much anything you would need at reasonable prices. It closes at 20:00 in the “off season” which is a bit frustrating. All in all, glad to have a grocery store close to the center.

After asking several local folks for directions we finally found this large supermarket outside of the walls. They have a good variety of everything you might want and their prices are good. As with most stores in the EU bring your own bag or you will need to buy one. The smaller one inside the wall is not too bad but the bigger one is way better.

É um mercado pequeno, mas tem de tudo um pouco, carnes de qualidade, enfim bons produtos e bons preços. Atendimento é muito rápido e atencioso.

A small supermarket right in town. A crazy busy supermarket, especially in the summer. Be prepared to queue. However for such a small space they manage to fill it with a vast array of goods. It's pretty impressive in it's choice.

O Intermarche, empresa de caracteristica internacional, se faz presente na simpática cidade de Lagos com uma filial muito bem posicionada em frente ao Rio que desemboca no mar alguns metros a frente.
Com gôndolas recheadas de bons produtos, apresenta preços bem competitivos e opções razoáveis.
Pessoal do atendimento bem simpático.

Supermarket, lots of basics here plus a meat counter. Lots of cheeses. Then standard groceries. Bit pricey (think of your normal smaller local shop vs a bigger one in town). Its super narrow so buggies beware.

Es gibt warmes Piri-piri Huhn fürn Appel und ein Ei. Es gibt kalte Getränke. Es gibt fertige Sandwichs und gutes Obst und Gemüse. Preiswerter kannste in Lagos in der Innenstadt nicht einkaufen. Ganz klar ein cooler Standort. Rausgehn, auf die andere Straßenseite gehen und schon sitzt man gegenüber vom Piratenschiff und kann seine Leckereien in Ruhe verzehren. Für Leute, die es rustikal mögen sehr entspannt.

Not a huge place but you'll find everything you need. Dairy, deli, refrigerated and frozen goods. Cereal, bread, snacks, pop, fresh fruit, vegetables and some prepared foods (roasted chicken). Prices are reasonable. Two minute walk from the old Town.

Pequeno com poucas opções, sempre cheio e com horário de funcionamento restrito. Melhor andar um pouco mais e ir ao Pingo Doce que fica há cerca de 500m desse mercado.
O atendimento foi ok, mas há pouca variedade e o mercado fica numa localização muito privilegiada, o que faz com ele esteja sempre cheio.
