The best briefcases, the worst high prices because it's Avenida da Liberdade, Lisboa for rich tourism

Were not able to replace a broken lock-clasp on my Rimowa Topas within a possible window of 7 days during my work trip here (it would have taken them 4 weeks). It took them 2MINUTES to replace the same defect in Zürich on an earlier occation. This simple procedure I could do myself in minutes. Now forced to back with a broken suitcase. I also offered to take the suitcase directly to their repairshop (20minutes away) for a quick clasp replacement. They would not allow it. I would even replace the clasp myself if they gave me one! Not service oriented and not worthy of the Rimowa brand name.

This store sells all luggage at a higher price than stated in the official website. As an example, the Original Cabin costs Eur 870 in the store while the official price is Eur 800, almost 10% more!!!

リスボンに到着しキャリーバッグを開けようとしたら開かない番号を合わせても開かない絶望感のままとりあえず近くのリモアを検索したらここが出てきた、ダメ元で行ってみたら店員さんがすぐに９９９通りを試し始めた素晴らしい対応でした。それでも開かないと近くの工場にアポを取ってくれてた。店からタクシーで10ユーロ位で到着した工場で24ユーロで鍵ごと付け替えてくれて無事直った。最悪またバッグを買ってなど考えたら痛い出費だったが本当に良かった。ポルトガル人は本当にいい奴だと思った。もちろんダメな奴もいるだろうが。元はと言えば空港職員マジでいい加減にしろ世界中の空港職員を適正な人を雇用してほしい。観光立国は特に‼️面接の時に物を投げる癖があるかどうか確認すべき。

Zwar ein schöner Laden aber die Top Modelle nicht vorhanden/ausverkauft und die beiden Mitarbeiter hatten null Ahnung von den Produkten. Wollte einen Koffer kaufen, bin ohne raus... Das hat mit Premium nicht wirklich etwas zu tun.

Came here to find good quality luggage to fit all of my gifts I had purchased from three countries to take home. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up leaving with two lovely pieces. We've purchased other Rimowa luggage from other parts of the world (US and Asia). Prices here are worth it!! The VAT Tax service is literally next door and up their back stairs. Purchased and received my tax back immediately to do more shopping! So easy and convenient.

Adorei o serviço de atendimento ao público, as malas são realmente espetaculares. Uma compra de sucesso a voltar a repetir. :)
