The manager and cashier were the rudest and coldest people we met in Portugal.. they made it incredibly hard for us to get our tax refund form, and when we finally did, they did so with an attitude. It was as if they resented the extra work. They seemed reluctant to help us the second we asked them a question (maybe they don’t like tourists?) This is the only bad review I’ve left from our whole trip, so save yourself the experience and go to a different Oysho location! The clothing is great! Customer service? Not so much...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. If you're shopping here as a tourist/non-EU citizen, BEWARE. The two cashiers /manager gave us the hardest time when we tried to get our tax refund form. Do yourself a favour and take your money to another Oysho location, this one IS THE WORST!!!!!

Excellent service. My girlfriend went in to find a new bikini. When she found one she liked but they didnt have the correct size the assistant advised us to another location of the store to try their. Amazing customer service. Can not recommended enough.
