Excelente bar de autentico cheff: latas de sardina a 7 euros, bocadillos de jamon queso o salmon (fin de la carta)

Junges Team. Nette Gespräche, guter Wein und gekonnte Empfehlungen. Leider weiß ich den Namen des Kellners nicht mehr, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

While the wine was alright, the service was not! They brought bread and olives to the table without asking. My gut was right when I descovered that they charged us 4,10 euros for it. So we didn't take any of it. When we confronted the staff, she replied that she didn't see that we did not take any of it. Within seconds she returned with a new bill. This time without the covert. BUT the wine was overcharged by a €, the menu said 3,50 and they charged 4,50. It is a tourist trap and they try it with every table.

Tourist trap and all that goes with it. Food isn't bad thou maybe a little bland. Staff are pretty friendly

Accueil sympa et souriant . A se demander s'ils n'ont pas changé de serveur au vue des critiques précédentes.... Prix raisonnables pour un lieu à proximité du monastère

Piège à touristes. Sardines servie dans leur boite ouverte et deux feuilles de salade. Saucisse sans accompagnement à 8 euros.
Rien de sympa. On repart déçu par le rapport prix prestation. A éviter.

Pésimo. Te cobran cosas que no pides y te traen (pan, aceitunas y dos tarrinas pequeñas de mantequilla) y no conocen lo que tienen los platos que ofrecen.

The only reason I'm not giving this place only 1 star is because you cannot really ruin canned sardines. I ordered spicy sardines and bread. The waiter brought bread, butter and olives. Given the reviews I had read about the place before, I asked if this was the bread for €1 I wanted. Of course not - it was another item from the menu for €4.50. When I said I ordered only the bread, the waiter took out the butter and took away the olives, giving me quite a bit of attitude in the meantime. In summation: DON'T GO THERE.

Comme le précise les autres avis, des efforts sont à fournir sur le service !
Nous avons déjeuné, les prix sont élevés pour ce qu’on mange.
Seul plus : la petite terrasse au soleil très agréable après une balade dans le coin.

¡Ole, ole y ole! Mi novio salió encantadísimo de aquí. Estuvimos de visita toda la mañana por Belem y desde las 15.30 horas buscábamos dónde comer y todo tenía cocina ya cerrada, excepto este bar-restaurante.
Es cierto que es muy pequeñito y no tiene casi cocina, sino una barrita con un microondas y un horno fuera y tal, pero se lo curran muchísimo. Nos dijeron que nos atendían y nos sentamos en terraza y siguió llegando gente sin parar. Solo había un chico con la comida y otro sirviendo, pero iba rápido y estaba super pendiente.
Comimos muy bien porque pedimos una tabla con embutido, sardinas... y luego unos postres y pagamos 35,90€ por todo, con un aperitivo que nos puso con la bebida.
Para volver sin duda,

Well situated place, close to the Jeronimos abbey, with a terrace outside where you can enjoy a drink or a snack. Sound perfect? It would be if not for plain rude service - the waiter of Asian origin behaves impolitely, showing disrespect if you want to stay only for drinks. I don't recommend coming to Wineguest - I didn't feel welcome.

Had the best meal of my time in Lisbon here. A light lunch w salad and a cheese plate. Friendly staff. Vinho verde of course. Lovely setting. Not overcrowded. Friendly staff

We came as a family of four to have a small lunch before heading to the city centre. The staff was in a complete mess, disturbing one another and the guests too. Within 45 minutes we have experienced a return of a glass of wine ( most probably sour) and croquettes. Both of these were totally wasted!!! Put aside waiting for other guests. The trash bin in the middle of a service room is just unacceptable. The working space ( kitchen ) is a joke. How they even manage to prepare a sandwich there still remains a miracle for me! Last but not least.... What an overpriced place! Sandwiches and salads for 50 euros made us feel ripped off! We left that place disguised and sorry to have spent money on things completely not worth it!

Op het terrasje wat gedronken. Je zit er heel krap op elkaar. De tabua mista (plankje met wat kaas en worst) die we bestelden voor 13,50 euro, was maar een karig plankje voor die prijs..En brood en olijven en boter die je erbij krijgt moet je allemaal nog extra betalen (1 petieterig pakje boter: 1,90 euro!)

Unfortunately we couldn't taste anything, we waited 20 minutes outside and called several times to the number on their Facebook page, finally someone answered, it was a private house with no relation whatsoever with Wineguest.
Very disappointed.

Waited in the area for hours and checked repetedly to test and to buy nice wine...but it was closed the whole time, even though supposed to be open according to their own Facebook page. Tried to call several times on the phone - no answer. Could have spent this vacation day better, and bus ticket money more wisely.
In response to the owner's reply: I accept your apology but will not make another attempt (fool me once - shame on you, fool me twice - shame on me... ). And no, as I wrote, the day I tried to visit you it was indeed closed during opening hours stated by your own site. Your FB page, by the way, still claims you are open on Sundays, and provides the "old" phone nummer.

Amazing wine tasting place! I went with my husband and I got the premium wine tasting of 5 port wines for 26 euro and he got the regular 5 port wines tasting for 16 euro. My favorite was the ruby port and 20 aged port wine. We went around 3:000pm on a Thursday and they were able to do the tastings on the spot with no reservations.The woman that was serving the wine was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! A very cool place to visit! A must see if you like port wine!

Very helpful staff. Willing to work with my butchered Portuguese and then finish up in English. Good selection of both fortified and non-fortified wines. Probably tourist prices, but it's convenient and still cheaper than home. Offers shipping to both USA and Europe.
