Atendimento excelente, grandes profissionais

Gosto muito. A minha princesa é acompanhada lá desde que nasceu (10 anos). Ótimo atendimento.

Se tiver aves, leia: Dos poucos médicos para exóticos que são de confiança no Algarve com bom olho e experiência , excelente opção para quem tem aves ou exóticos. Fazemos 55 km porque para os lados de Portimão e Lagos não nos agradam os serviços prestados especificamente para com as aves. Os nossos animais já foram seguidos em algumas capitais estrangeiras com alguns médicos de renome na área da investigação cientifica e o serviço nesta clínica com o Dr. não fica aquém. É simpático e acessível na linguagem, e nota-se nitidamente que tem gosto no seu trabalho. Preços justos e abordagem gentil para com o animal.

Needed to see a vet this morning for my cat who is 15 years old, and I called ahead to check if an appointment was required. I was informed that no appointment was required. Upon arrival the registration was done within seconds and then shortly after my cat was seen by a Vet, who was very friendly and excellent. I was impressed and happy with my experience and my cat's. This vet is clean and very professional and will use it as my go to vet now, even though I have a nearer vet. They have onsite car parking and you are made to feel very welcome!!!

The people are so nice and caring. A week ago my Chloe went there because she had earache in no time she was felling much better. I liked the service and the kindness that I made an appointment to have Chloe groomed I just came from there. She looks so pretty and smells like a baby...so sweet. I am posting a picture before and after.

They are so nice and caring my little Morkie was having earaches I took her there in no time she was feeling better. The place is very nice with beautiful gardens well kept, inside is also very nice and clean. By the way they speak English...bonus. Next week I am taking Chloe there for grooming...yes they do that also...another bonus I am here in vacation...I go to the spa why not my pooch

Profissionais e muito simpáticos. Fui hoje pela primeira vez a esta clínica com a minha cachorra, e as recomendações, cuidados e ensinamentos de como tratar da "menina", foram muito importantes. Fiquei cliente.

Our dog swallowed a fish hook and the staff here were really helpful and removed it without having to operate. Everybody speaks very Good English and the vets are amazing.

We were roadtripping with our English Bulldog. One day she started to have some ear problems. Caused probably by some water in hear ears after a beach visit. We were staying in Albufeira and we were glad and happy this clinic was just a few minutes away. We called and were able to get an appointment just 1 hour later. It was saturday and it was very nice of them to take us in on such a short notice. Front desk staff was very friendly. Both the front desk staff and the Doctor did speak english perfectly, which made it easier for us to explain our dogs situation. She then took a sample from our Bully's ears and it took here only 10min in the lab to find out she had both a viral AND bacterial infection in her ear. Gave us some medicine with for the next 10 days with very clear instructions to follow. Also a cleaning fluid for the ears in the future, to prevent such infections. After these 10 days our dog was fully healed. Big improvements already came in after the 2nd day. Really a great and helpful clinic. Great staff and doctor. Can tell they really love animals and are here to help. Everything together just put us back 70 Euros. A small price for such a treatment. We were so happy to find this place with capable staff and I'm sure our Bully says thanks as well.
