Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. War ein netter Besuch. Eigentlich nur mal schauen, was es gibt und ein wenig Smalltalk machen. Durch Zufall gab es dann noch ein seltenes Rolex Modell, welches angeblich ein Kunde bestellt, dann aber nicht haben wollte. Mir im Grunde egal, ich freue mich über die neue Uhr am Arm und die nette Zeit im Store! Alle Daumen hoch.

De lamentar uma casa como esta que foi uma referência, hoje é uma casa pouco credível. Fui à loja na Av liberdade por um relógio ( comprado na Torres da baixa já há uns anos) a arranjar, aceitaram o relógio e que dariam orçamento mas que provável teriam que enviar para a fábrica, passadas mais ou menos 3 semanas fui informada pela funcionária que o mesmo já tinha seguido para a fábrica, passadas mais duas semanas sou novamente contactada que para o relógio ir para a fábrica teria que pagar um valor de absurdo para o transporte. Fiquei incrédula com esta atitude, fui levantar o relógio e fui atendida por uma senhora... Torres expus a minha indignação, que se limitou a pedir desculpa pela má informação. Excellent service and environment, typical ambience of a large high end retailer. The main draw is, of course, Rolex but they have a wide selection of brands from Lange to Chopard and GP.

I had an excellent experience at Torres. They helped me pick out the perfect Rolex for me. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, Sergio went above and beyond. When I had an issue with the VAT tax-free system at the airport on my way back to the states, Sergio called the tax-free desk himself and made sure my tax refund went through. I am truly impressed with Torres and I would highly recommend them (and Sergio)!

Very welcoming and friendly people that know their watches and are happy to show you their collection. The store is quite nice and large as well.

Lamentável no que se tornou esta casa. Os valores do que outrora foi uma casa nobre perderam-se.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a very limited selection of Rolex but that was expected. Shop is nice and big and you have a variety of brands with some very cool models worth the price of your car (and more!). On the hunt for a specific model that they didn't have - they took my name and promised to call if they are to receive it.

Me impressiona que a marca Rolex possua a Torres como autorizada e revendedora no país. Não se preocupam com a satisfação do cliente e muito menos com a qualidade do serviço prestado.
